A numerically efficient performance analysis method for Thomson coil actuator of an arc eliminator is developed by transferring the problem to an equivalent circuit model considering the distribution of eddy current in conducting plate. Through a numerical analysis, the developed method is proven to give a solution, with only 1.3% of computing time, as accurate as finite element method. The developed method is testified by comparing with FEM calculation and experiment results.

This paper firstly summarizes the visual narrative of augmented reality art, and then compares and analyzes several artists' augmented reality artworks, and studies the artistic creation characteristics based on augmented reality technology from the perspective of visual experience. The results of this study show that augmented reality technology has profound influence and help on art creation: (1) Augmented reality can bring colorful visual experience to art and make the viewing process have a sense of space, context, and interaction. (2) The visual narrative of augmented reality art can bring fun to the art creation and have a storyline.
Shape Optimization of a Thomson coil Actuator of Arc Eliminator Using Topology Modification

The shape optimization of a Thomson coil actuator used in an arc eliminator is done for fast response by adopting topology modification method. The performance of the actuator is analyzed by using an equivalent circuit method. Both shape optimization and performance analysis are accomplished based on the segmentation of plate. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by the comparison of results before and after the shape optimization.
LMX가 창의성에 미치는 영향: 관계에너지와 창의과정몰입의 연속다중매개효과를 중심으로

As a study on the mechanisms by which creativity is improved in an organization, this study tried to verify the serial multiple mediating effects of relational energy and creative process engagement in the effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) on creativity. To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted on 200 workers in China, and 154 of them were analyzed. The analysis used model 6 of the PROCESS macro. As a result, first, LMX has positive effects on creativity. Second, relational energy mediated the relationship between LMX and creativity. Third, creative process engagement mediated the relationship between LMX and creativity. Forth, relational energy and creative process engagement continuously mediated the relationship between LMX and creativity. Based on these research results, the implications and limitations of this study were presented, and methods to improve creativity in the organization were discussed.

본 연구는 고객들의 자동차 속성의 선호도를 분석하여 외국산 브랜드 제조업체들의 한국시장에서의 경쟁우위 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국 고객들을 대상으로 자동차 속성 선호도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 컨조인트 기법을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석결과 한국 고객들은 탁월한 네트워크 접근성을 지닌 가솔린 차량과 탁월한 성능을 지닌 글로벌 브랜드 자동차를 가장 많이 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문은 외국산 브랜드 제조업체의 대 한국시장 촉진 전략을 제시하면서 결론을 맺는다. The authors aimed to provide an understanding of customers’ preferential factors of automobile attributes in their purchase decisions. A conjoint analysis was conducted to investigate Korean consumers’ typical attribute combination in a purchase decision. The results of the analysis indicated that Korean customers preferred gasoline automobiles with excellent distribution network accessibility and global brand automobiles with excellent performance. The authors suggested several promotion strategies for foreign exporters of automobiles who desire to sell their brands to Korea.

In this paper, holding unit of high speed repulsion actuator is analyzed by FEM. First the ring type permanent magnet (PM) coupling is utilized for the holding unit. Ring type PM is comforted for the holding. Due to negative influence to repulsion actuator performance, an optimal size of PM and other parameters are analyzed. At last, holding unit of high speed repulsion actuator is obtained without negative effect to actuator and enough for holding.

In this paper, the optimization design and performance analysis of Thomson-coil actuator are implemented by using two different algorithms: enumeration algorithm and one global mixed-variable optimization algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm. The efficiency of these two methods are compared. Finally, the best design is obtained and corresponding dynamic performances are analysed.
