      • 가정폭력피해여성의 우울증상에 대한 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료 사례연구

        본 연구의 목적은 가정폭력피해여성을 대상으로 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료를 적용하여 가정폭력피해로 인한 우울증상에 대한 변화를 살펴보기 위해 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료가 가정폭력피해자의 에니어그램 성격유형 발달수준변화는 어떠한가를 탐구하고, 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료가 가정폭력피해자의 우울감 변화는 어떠한가를 이해하고자 한 것이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 쉼터에 구조요청을 하여 입소한 여성으로 우울증상을 나타내는 가정폭력 피해자 1명을 대상으로 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료를 매주 60분씩 총 16회기에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 연구문제에 대한 가정폭력피해자의 우울변화를 알아보기 위한 검사도구로 한국형 에니어그램 성격유형 검사(KEPTI)와, 1969년에 中井久夫 교수에 의해 창안된 풍경구성법(LMT), Beck 우울성 척도(BDI)를 사용하였다. 연구의 결과로 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료프로그램을 마치면서 우울점수가 현저하게 낮아졌음을 볼 수 있었고, 한국형 에니어그램 성격유형 발달수준이 건강하지 못한 7, 8, 9수준에서 보다 보통범위 4, 5, 6수준으로 향상을 보였으며, LMT의 그림에서 변화 된 형태, 내용 색채에서 생활경험이 확장된 푸르고 큰 나무로서 우울정서에서 벗어난 생기가 도는 자아상을 나타내며, 이제는 편안한 마음으로 생활할 수 있을 것 같네요. 라고 말하는 등 1달 전 부터 신앙생활을 하게 되었다면서 자랑삼아 이야기 하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 우울증상을 가진 가정폭력피해자가 에니어그램을 활용한 미술치료를 적용하여 사회적응자로서 생활하게 하는데 있다. The purposes of this study are firstly to find out how many changes are in the development levels of personality type by art therapy using enneagram for hypochondria symptoms for women casualties of domestic violence. Secondly to find out how many changes are in the depressed feelings by art therapy using eneagram for domestic violence casualties. For these purposes, I carried out art therapy using enneagram 60 minutes a week 16 times for a woman casualty of domestic violence with hypochondria symptoms in the home for woman. I used KEPTI, LMT invented by Nakarahishioto in 1969 and BDI for casualty of domestic violence to find out the changes of depression. In the conclusion of this study using enneagram, I found out that the depression mark is lower. In the case of KEPTI level, it became higher from 7, 8, 9 unsound level to 4, 5, 6 normal. Changed shapes, subject matters and colors are appeared in LMT drawing. In LMT drawing, a big green tree means vivid self image which overcome depressed emotion. And I found out that the woman overcame mental physical pathological symptoms in the expression of free spirit and attitude to environment. A object as a casualty of domestic violence told me that now she can live a life with ease. And she said that I will live with my children in the near future. She registered a nursing institute to have a job. A month ago, she told me with pride that she's got a faith. A significance of this study is for casualties of domestic violence to live a comfortable life with ease, to reduce psychological depressed emotions for a social adaptation and to have a job.

        미술활동이 품행장애 행동 개선에 미치는 효과

        품행장애 행동을 나타내는 아동의 경우에는 그들의 삶에서 무엇인가가 결핍되되었기 때문에 문재행동이 발생한다.품행장애의 형성과정은 물건이나 돈 훔치기 자체가 부모의 사랑, 관심, 염려 등을 상징적으로 대신하는 경우도 있다. 품행장애 아동이 있는 가족에게 부모의 역할을 향상시키거나 가족내의 문제를 효과적으로 해소하거나 그에 대응하는 방법 등을 강조하는 프로그램들을 실시했을 때 문체행동이 감소되었다는 연구결과들은 가족의 영향이 상당히 크다는 것을 증명하고 였다. Some children show behavior disorder because they have some deficits in life. such disorder may appear in the form of stealing things or money, replacing parents\' love, attention and concern. Thus the purpose of this study is to help children adapt to their homes and schools, raise their own qualities coping with many problems by providing a positive sense of self to kleptomaniac children who have a negative sense of self due to behavior disorder and ADHD, imnproving their attention and regulating their impulse through artistic activities. For the purpose, the study examined the single case(N=l) of K, a larcenous boy, 2nd grade elementary, school student, who was among children having behavior disorder referred to the Pusan Art Treatment Institute. Selected in July. 1999, the boy received art treatment for 50 minutes a time, two times a week for three months from August. The Qualitative analysis was made at each session on the program of art treatment, and pre-, post- and follow-up tests were carried out to detennine the effect of the program Measurement devices used for this study included DAP(Draw A Person), K-HTP(Kinetic Housc-Tree-Person) and Comers\' Patent-Teacher Rating Scale. Results of the study can lead to the following positive conclusion as consistent with the purpose of the study. The program of art treatment changed cmldren having behavior disorder and ADHD qualitatively. This is supported by results of the sessions and drawing inspection. Going through initial, intermediate and final sessions, the problernatic boy became interested and actively participated in the program of art treatment, and expressed his own emotions honestly to this researcher. Consequently these changes suggest that the program used hcre has an effect of reducing the kleptomania of children having behavior disorder, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder.

        다양한 미술활동 프로그램이 아동의 주의집중결함과 조음오류에 미치는 영향

        언어장애의 유형 가운데서 가장 많은 출현을 보이는 것은 조음장애로서, ‘사과’를 ‘차과’로 발음하는 것과 같은 음의 대치와 왜곡, 생략 등의 오류 형태를 나타낸다 조음장애의 원인은 기능적 요인과 기질적 요인이 있으며, 기질적 요인이 없는 경우에는 개인적 요인으로서 아동의 지능과 성격, 사회경제적 지위, 언어유형 및 문화적 영향, 학엽성취도, 형제관계 등과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다. 이러한 요인들은 본 연구의 대상 아동이 지닌 특성과 매우 관련성을 지니고 있어 연구의 의의를 뒷받침해 주고 있다. 예컨대, 아동 및 부모의 성격과 조음장애와의 관련연구나 읽기 및 쓰기 능력과 조음장애와의 관련성 연구 등은 본 연구의 실행에 많은 시사점을 주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out what effects the art activity has on artictulation error and attention deficit behavior. The specific problems which solutions are sought after are as follows. Problem 1. What effect does art activity has on articulation error? Problem 2. What effect does art activity has on attention deficit behavior? To find a solution to the problem above. a case study was conducted on a problem student The subject of this case study was a grade 4 student. The subject showed a serious degree of articulation error in Picture Consonant Articulation Test and Test of Language Development-Prima ry(TOLD-P) and a serious degress of attention deficit behavior in Drawing A Person Test and HTP Test. To measure the degree of correction in articulation error. Picture Consonant Articulation: TCAT and test of language development-primary(TOLD-P) was used. CTPS-48 was used to measure the attention deficit behavior. The art activity program was developed in consultation with the supervising professor taking into consideration the subject and the uniqueness of art activity. The program was 42 sessions of 50 minute session in length The result and the concIusion is as follows. First. the application of art activity program had a tremendous collection effect on articulation error Second. attention deficit behavior decreased while the art activity program was administered. Third. such correction effect was also seen in HTP and DAP The results show that articulation error or attention deficit behavior in children can be corrected and treatment using art activity seems to be the best method.

      • 정서 학습장애아의 집당 미술치료 사례

        In this studies, group art activity program is applied to solve behavior problem of emotional and learning deficient children. In the first stage, four children (A, B, C, D) chosen as examples were rigid and nervous and a certain part of body was partly omitted in their works they drew. They didn't recognize a conception of their own bodies and didn't integrate a sense system. It seemed to be difficult to advance their cognition and their own conception because of self-control and discord. These children gradually improved through their own body drawing, a landscape drawing, carving and modeling, scribble story, mask making, egg painting and so on. while these various styles of the group art activity program were in progress, even children who seldom had any expression of their intention decreased their rejection. A, B, C except D(some behaviors of shouting remains) show a good result which is a stable form of picture. They improved to express their works as well as their behavior problem were eliminated. Therefore, It is worthy for using as a kind of skill of solving emotional and behavior problem.

        집단미술치료 프로그램에서 자아관련 변인의 효과에 대한 메타분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the results of domestic theses, dissertations and academic journals about the effects of group art therapy programs on self-related variables, which were presented and issued between 2001 and 2013. 158 research papers were finally selected according to the tertiary selection criteria. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the overall mean effect size of the group art therapy programs was .971 when a fixed-effects model was used to estimate it. Second, as for mean effect sizes by self-related variables, the mean effect size of the programs was greatest in terms of self-esteem, followed by self-expression, self-concept, self-efficacy and ego-identity. Third, concerning effect sizes by the subject of intervention, the effect size of the programs was greater, according to the gender of subjects, the effect size of the programs was greatest in mixed-gender groups of subjects, and the type of subjects, that of the programs was largest in the underprivileged classes, and age, that of the programs was largest in adulthood. Fourth, regarding effect sizes by the intervening variables including group size, the effect size of the programs was greatest in the groups of 10 or less, according to the number of sessions, that was largest in 11~15 sessions, and the number of weekly sessions, that was greatest when they were conducted once a week. As to the length of a session, that was largest when a session run 121 minutes or more. By scale, that was largest when the other scales of self-expression, followed by the other scales of self-conception, domestic self-efficacy scales, self-esteem inventories(SEI), and foreign ego-identity scales. 본 연구는 2001년부터 2013년까지 집단미술치료 프로그램에서 자아관련 변인의 효과에 관한 국내 석·박사학위 논문과 학술지를 대상으로 성과 연구를 실시하여, 사전에 이루어진 선행연구들의 상이한 연구 결과를 분석하고 통합적인 결론을 내리는 데 그 목적이 있다. 선정기준에 따라 분석 대상 논문이 158편을 최종 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단미술치료 프로그램에서 고정효과모형으로 추정한 전체 평균효과크기는 .971, 둘째, 자아관련 변인 평균효과크기는 자아존중감, 자기표현, 자아개념, 자기효능감, 자아정체감 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중재대상에 따른 효과크기는 연구자 전공에 따라 미술치료 전공자, 성별에 따라 혼성으로 구성된 경우, 유형에 따라 취약계층, 연령에 따라 성인기에서 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중재변인에 따른 효과크기는 집단 크기에서 10명 이하로 구성된 집단, 집단회기 수에서 11~15회, 주회기 수에서 주 1회, 1회기별 소요시간에서 121분 이상이다. 측정도구에서는 자기표현의 기타 측정도구, 자아개념의 기타 측정도구, 자기효능감의 국내에서 개발된 측정도구, 자아존중감의 SEI(Self-Esteem Inventory) 척도, 자아정체감의 국외개발 측정도구 순으로 효과가 나타났다.
