        아동의 댄스스포츠 참가와 사회적 능력의 관계

        The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between dance sport participation and social ability. The 332 subjects were selected by using a cluster random sampling method from elementary schoolers in Chung Nam who participated in dance sports. Questionnaires based on a self-adminstration method were used and collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis according to a specific research purpose. Each hypothesis was tested at the level of a =.05. Results are as follows First, dance sport participation had an effect on leadership of social ability. Second, dance sport participation had an effect on sociability of social ability. Third, dance sport participation had no effect on responsibility of social ability. Fourth, dance sport participation had an effect on openness of social ability.

        경찰의 범죄 피해자정책 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 실무 현황을 중심으로 -

        Police is the primary state agency to intervene in crisis situations caused by crime. In other words, the police are in a differentiated position for overcoming a crisis and recovery of damage caused by the crime, thus have had a unique significance which should establish and promote effective policies to protect and support victims. Police accordingly established the “Victim Protection Division” a unit to take charge of victim protection and assistance in January 2015, and began to build a foundation for a victim protection activities by specifying the victim's dedicated police officers. Despite the building dedicated to the victims systems, there is limitation due to the promotion of individual victims policies of each function, the lack of expertise and funding, inadequacy of support systems based on laws and integrated support system, the lack of site response capabilities are caused by awareness of police officers and insufficient training in the professional victim policy. With this reason, this author understand the current situation mainly with the system being conducted by major division of the police, and suggest the activation plan of the police crime victim policy in practical point of view such as the functional intension of the victim protection division, the enhancement of the police officer's expertise, the development of its own victim policy, the establishment of budget and legal footing, the strengthening of training.

        유아의 환경소양증진을 위한 통합적 녹색성장교육의 효과

        본 연구는 유아의 환경소양증진을 위한 통합적 녹색성장교육의 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전북 I시에 소재한 S어린이집 3세 두 학급, 5세 두 학급 총 66명이며 이들 학급을 연령별 실험집단과 통제집단으로 임의 배정하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 통합적 녹색성장교육은 3,5세 유아의 환경지식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 통합적 녹색성장교육은 3세 유아의 환경태도 향상에 효과를 미치지 않았으나, 5세 유아의 환경태도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 연령별 통합적 녹색성장교육의 효과는 3세보다 5세 유아의 환경지식과 환경태도 향상에 더욱 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. The objective of this study is to explore the effects of integrated green growth education for infants` environmental literacy improvement. The study was conducted with a total of 66 infants in two 3-year-old classes and two 5-year-old classes of S Day Care Center in I City, Jeollabukdo. Those infants were randomly assigned in experimental group and control group depending on age. The results of the study are as follows. First, integrated green growth education had positive effects on environmental knowledge of infants aged 3 and 5. Second, integrated green growth education did not have positive effects on environmental attitude of 3-year-old infants, but had positive effects on 5-year-old infants. Third, the effect of the age-specific integrated green growth education had more positive effects on 5-year-old infants` environmental knowledge and environmental attitude improvement than on 3-year-old infants`.

        학대 피해 장애인에 대한 수사 전 면담기법에 관한 연구

        Over the past few years, forensic interviewing to obtain information from victims with disabilities has been discussed mainly by investigative agencies focusing on victims of sexual violence. However, disability can be a more vulnerable factor in cases such as violation of human rights, abuse, and neglect as well as sexual violence. Furthermore, victims of crime who have a disability can be less able to contact law enforcement and, without disability accommodations, help in the investigation of their victimization. All these cases against persons with disabilities are not proceeded as criminal cases. In this regard, the role of organizations for the disabled dealing with human rights and interests of persons with disabilities is very important. Because these agencies check the facts of discrimination, exploitation and violence, and abuse against persons with disabilities, ask for necessary administrative disposition, and advocate the rights of persons with disabilities. In order to fulfill this role, disability organizations providing help support and assistance for persons with disabilities should interview persons with disabilities. There are the psychological vulnerabilities of people with disabilities attempting to give reliable accounts of events when interviewed by the advocates for the disabled and when testifying in court. Due to improper interviewing, cases involving victims with disabilities have rarely been moved forward for prosecution. In other words, when an interview has not occurred or has not followed the steps of a professional interview, it may make it difficult later on to defend the interview process or content. This study aimed to increase the capacity of advocates for abuse victims who have a disability to interview to people with disabilities in a sensitive and effective manner, recognizing the unique needs of certain individuals. The main aim of the study is offering guidance and tips on approach-ing and interacting with victims who have a disability to find out if he or she has been maltreated and if they have special needs. Advocates for abuse victims who have a disability should learn proper interviewing techniques. They need to obtain an objective comprehensive history before the abuse victims or witness who have a disability is interviewed, carefully prepare for the interview. They should build rapport with interviewee by orienting the individual and conduct a non-leading, non-suggestive, and non-contaminating interview which will produce reliable and complete information from the victims. It is suggested to first ask victims with disabilities to provide a narrative account of the event in question, since this aspect of the interview tends to contain the most reliable information. The interviewer should use the questioning techniques, taking into the account the type and the degree of disability. When closing the interview, the interviewer should thank the victims with disabilities for participating, regardless of the outcome of the interview. The interviewer also should encourage the victims with disabilities to contact him or her later when the victims thinks of new information. Advocates for abuse victims who have a disability have more contact with victims than any other criminal justice professional. This makes their role critical and puts them in a unique position to assist victims immediately after the abuse and encourage and facilitate victim participation in the criminal justice system.

        STS 접근에 기초한 유아 녹색성장교육이 유아의 환경감수성 및 창의성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 STS접근에 기초한 유아 녹색성장교육이 유아의 환경감수성과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전북 J시에 소재한 A유치원과 B유치원 만 5세 유아 42명이다. A유치원 유아 21명을 실험집단, B유치원 유아 21명을 통제집단으로 임의 배정하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, STS접근에 기초한 유아 녹색성장교육은 유아의 환경감수성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 환경감수성의 하위요인인 자연에 대한 관심, 자연과의 접촉, 감정이입, 자연이나 사람과의 상호작용, 환경보전에 대한 실천의지 모두 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, STS접근에 기초한 유아 녹색성장교육은 유아의 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 창의성의 모든 하위요인인 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력 모두 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. This study is to find out the effects of children green growth education for based on the STS approach on children``s environmental sensitivity and creativity. This study was conducted with 42 infants aged 5 of A kindergarten and B kindergarten located in J city, Chollabukdo. Those infants were divided into two groups: experimental group (21 infants of A kindergarten) and control group (21 infants of B kindergarten). The results of this study are as follows. First, children green growth education for based on the STS approach improved infants`` environmental sensitivity. Namely, the activities improved all the sub-elements of environmental sensitivity such as interest in nature, nature of the contact, empathy, human interaction with nature and environmental conservation. Second, children green growth education for based on the STS approach improved infants`` creativity. Namely, the activities improved all the sub-elements such as originality, fluency, flexibility, and imagination.
