        일본전통종교의 경제윤리 : 심학을 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to make clear the relation of traditional religion with economic ethics and attitude in Japan. I selected Shimhak(心學) of Japanese traditional religions to analyze because it has been said that Shimhak was related to the modern ethics of merchants in Japan. The contents of this paper is composed of two parts. First, the religious character of Shimhak is discussed. I will analyze the relation of Shinto, Buddhism and Confucianism to Shimhak to certify the syncretism of Japanese religion. Second, the economic ethics of Shimhak is discussed. I will make clear the historical significance of Shimhak in modern Japan, and the relation of the economic ethics of Shimhak with the spirit of Japanese capitalism. This paper will be useful to make out the social influence of Japanese traditional religion, to estimate the sustaining mode of traditional value and ethics in Japan in the future.

First of all, this study will get us to understanding the system of traditional value in Japanese society and particularity of Japanese culture. And by grasping the meaning of Cultural identity, we will recognize the true value of religion in modern society and become awake of the necessity of the sociological study of religion as a constituent element of social system

        相互作用論的観点による対馬神話の類型分類とそのシンボルの解釈

        This paper aims at classifying Tsushima's myths and interpreting its symbols through the explanation logic to the ancients' recognition system and the creation and the interpretation of symbols from a viewpoint of interaction theory. According to the explanation logic in this paper, Tsushima's myths were classified with the "come-across the sea type", the "settled type", and the "syncretism type", and the meaning of gods' appearance, the creative principle and the duty of God, and the meaning of God for people in each model were analyzed. Next, the creation of a symbol, and the giving meanings to the symbol, and the interpretation of the symbol in a myth were analyzed with the explanation logic of this paper. I think, this means that Tsushima's myths and its symbols are interpreted from a sociological aspect, which is different from the Tsushima research from various viewpoints done until now. However, it is difficult to generalize the result of this paper's analysis. And it is necessary to inquire Tsushima' myths more deeply because this paper showed the only a part of Tsushima' myths, traditions and tales as examples. Therefore, this paper becomes a starting point which analyzes Tsushima‘s myths from a new viewpoint.

        일본 정신문화의 한국 유입과 정착: 국내 일본계 종교의 탈-일본화와 친일 콤플렉스의 극복 과정을 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategy of de-Japanization of Japanese religious groups in Korea and the overcoming process of pro-Japanese complex which their believers had, and to re-evaluate the position which Japanese religion occupied in Korean religious culture. I investigate the history of Japanese religion which has grown up to be in anti-Japanese sentiment of Korean society and the cause by which Japanese religions have grown in Korea. Next, I clarify the process which the negative social stigma has been given to Japanese religions and their believers by anti-Japanese sentiment in Korea. Then, I grasp the formation and the content of pro-Japanese complex of Japanese religion believers which was produced by social stigma from Koreans. Finally, I analyze the reaction of Japanese religious groups in Korea to anti-Japanese sentiment of Korean society, and explain the process which Japanese religious groups and their believers have overcome pro-Japanese complex. 본고는 국내에서 활동하고 있는 일본계 종교 교단의 탈-일본화 전략과, 신자들의 친일-콤플렉스 극복 과정을 분석하여, 일본계 종교가 국내 종교문화 속에서의 차지하는 위치와 그 의미의 변화를 재평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로는, 국내에서 일본계 종교가 한국사회의 반일 정서 속에서 성장한 역사와 그 원인을 살펴보고, 다음으로는 반일 정서에서 비롯되어 일본계 종교와 신자들에게 친일이란 부정적인 사회적 낙인이 부여되는 과정을 밝힌다. 이어서 그런 사회적 낙인에 의해서 일본계 종교와 신자들이 가지게 되는 친일-콤플렉스의 형성과 그 내용을 파악하며, 마지막으로는 이런 반일 정서와 친일-콤플렉스에 대한 교단과 신자들의 대처와 극복 과정을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

        宗敎社會學的にみた日本の佛敎受容之 日本佛敎の成立

        This paper is aimed at the analysis of the acceptation of Buddhism of Japan and the formation of Japanese style Buddhism from the view of religious sociology. Generally, it is said that Buddhism was localized in Japan since the Kamakura period. This paper tries to deal with the acceptation of Buddhism of Japan and the formation of Japanese style Buddhism by the viewpoint of the history of struggle between naive faith and transmitted faith. First, I take up the feature of the Mahayanist Buddhism transmitted in Japan. Second, I solve the position of Japan that accepted Buddhism in relation to the international politics situation of those days. In the next, I interpret the process of Japanese Buddhism which had been secularized from institutionalized faith system in relation to a social situation of those days. Finally, I analyze the process of Japanization of the Buddhism as an history of formation of popular religion and religious group.

        構成原理와 存在樣式으로 본 對馬島 神話 · 傳說속의 神들의 性格

        본고는 한일 고대 교류사 연구에 있어서, 중요한 사·자료의 보고인 대마도 신화와 전설에 나타나는 신들의 성격을 파악하여, 그것이 한일 고대 교류에 있어 어떤 의미를 가지는가를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그것을 위해서, 본고에서는 ‘신화 속의 여성원리와 남성원리’라는 해석도구를 설정하고, 그것을 통해서 대마도 신화, 전설 속에서 여성원리로부터 남성원리로의 전환을 확인하여, 대마도에서의 권위적 공동체 성립의 부재를 설명한다. 그리고 또 대마도 ‘신들의 존재양식’ 분류를 통해서, 신들의 대마도에서의 존재의미와 기능을 설명하며, 이를 통해서 고대 한반도와 대마도와의 관계를 추정할 것이다. 본고에서 이용하는 ‘남성원리와 여성원리’, 그리고 ‘신들의 존재양식’이란 해석도구는 어디까지나 대마도 신화, 전설을 해석하기 위해서 논자가 만든 하나의 이념형(a ideal type)적 도구이며, 따라서 본고는 이 도구를 통해서 대마도 신화, 전설을 새로운 관점에서 설명하려는 하나의 시도이다.
