Discussions about Korean Diaspora within the Korean literary circles usually put an emphasis on the sharing of collective memories about the mother country, maintenance of the identity of the unique national culture, and efforts for it. It is characterized by its concentration on patterns related to the historical separation. This study focused on the constructive nature of collective identity and overall patterns of acculturation in the literature of ethnic Koreans living in China, who formed a dynamic cultural community throughout the former half of the 20th century and underwent a process of changes. It set out to analyze discourses about the differentiation of ethnic boundaries and changing processes from the literature of Joseon people in the early days of their immigration to the literature of ethnic Koreans living in China during the Reform and Opening period in the latter part of the 20th century. The understanding of ethnic Koreans living in China for their collective identity as a people requires an insight into their history, culture, and tradition and context of humanities they brought based on their history of settling down as a minority cultural community in China and on their accumulated cultural elements, as well as a unique venue for public cultural opinions to shed light on the different concepts of people between the mother country and the current resident nation. This approach is a preceding task to investigate the diverse variations of the community culture among the Korean people and their horizontal distribution. It is expected to examine the interaction, bond or segmentation patterns of different cultural communities of the Korean people in a synthetic manner on the extension of this task. 본고는 20세기 전반에 걸쳐 독자적인 단위의 문화공동체를 형성하고 역동적인 변천의 과정을 겪어온 중국 조선족의 문학에 나타난 집단정체성의 구성적 성격과 문화적응의 제 양상에 주목하여, 이주 초기 재만조선인문학으로부터 20세기 후반 개혁개방기에이르는 조선족문학에서의 민족경계의 분화와 변천 과정에 관한 담론들을 분석한 것이다. 이주 초기 재만조선인문학은 조선과 중국 ‘사이’에서 마이너리티로 외면당한 이민자집단의 정체성 형성과정에 있어서 국가나 국경, 국토와 분리된 ‘북향의식’을 보여주며, 중화인민공화국에 ‘소속’된 이후 시기 조선족문학계는 조국과 모국, 국적과 민족적 정체성의 갈등에서 오는 이중정체성 문제를 중심적으로 다룸으로써 중국 내 소수민족으로서의 정치적 자각과 이에 따른 민족경계의 분화를 전경화하고 있다. 개혁개방기 이후 조선족문학에서 본격적으로 대두된 것은 거주국에서의 문화적응 문제이며 민족문학의 혈통을 지켜나가는 것과 동시에 접본과 융합을 지향하고자 하는 배경의 핵심에는 민족공동체에서 문화공동체로 새롭게 구성되어가는 중국 조선족의 집단정체성 문제가 있음을 본고는 밝히고 있다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 중국조선족에 있어 민족이라는 집단정체성에 대한 이해는 중국 내에서 소수민족 문화공동체로 자리매김해 온 내력과 그에 따라 축적된 문화요소들을 토대로 그들이 가져온 역사와 문화, 인문학적 전통과 그 맥락에 대한 통찰을 요구하는 동시에 모국 및 거주국의 상이한 민족개념을 상호조명하는 특수한 문화적 공론장을 필요로 한다. 이러한 접근은 한민족 공동체문화의 다양한 변이태들과 그 수평적 분포를 조망하기 위한 선행작업으로서 이러한 작업의 연장선에서 한민족문화공동체 간의상호작용과 유대, 혹은 분절의 양상이 종합적으로 규명될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

문예창작학 연구의 현황과 전망 — 『한국문예창작』을 통해 본 문예창작론 연구사를 중심으로

This study set out to review the research horizons of literary creative writing studies and their theoretical discussions’ achievements in the topography of Korean literature study and analyze all the trends and tendencies of the researches, diagnosing the current stage of research on literary creative writing studies and searching for the future direction of its research. For these purposes, the study reviewed the research history of literary creative writing studies, categorized its research domains, and examined the major topics for discussion and issues of each category among the papers published in The Journal of Literary Creative Writing, thus conducting a total inquiry into the achievements, limitations, and remaining tasks in the research of literary creative writing studies. The main body of the study 1) examined the backgrounds and developmental processes of literary creative writing studies, analyzed the characteristic aspects found in the process of literary creative writing studies establishing itself as a field of study, and reviewed and assessed the activities and achievements of the Society of Korea Literary Creative Writing involved in this process. 2) The study then selected 164 papers about the theories of literary creative writing among 460 papers published in The Journal of Literary Creative Writing, a total academic journal in the field of literary creative writing studies in the nation, making an attempt at categorization by the area and analyzing the research flows and issues by the domain. 3) The study analyzed keywords extracted from 268 papers published in the journal for the last ten years by the frequency of exposure, checked the current state and trends of research on literary creative writing at multiple angles, and proposed future tasks for the research of literary creative writing studies based on analysis results. The present study analyzed objective data with a quantitative approach to understand the actual and current state of research on literary creative writing studies more accurately. The analysis results will hold significance as basic data to establish the academic identity and system of literary creative writing studies. Based on these, more diverse follow-up studies will explore methodological directionality to settle literary creative writing studies down on the foundation of Korean studies via a qualitative approach. 이 연구는 한국문학 연구 지형에서 문예창작학 연구의 지평과 그 이론적논의의 성과를 점검하고 연구의 제 동향과 경향들을 분석하여 문예창작학연구의 현 단계를 진단하는 한편 앞으로의 연구의 방향을 모색하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본고에서는 『한국문예창작』에 수록된 논문들을 중심으로 문예창작학 연구사를 검토하고 문예창작학의 연구영역을 범주화하여 범주별로 주요하게 제기된 논제와 쟁점들을 살핌으로써 그간의 문예창작학 연구의 성과와 한계, 남겨진 과제들을 종합적으로 고찰하고 있다. 이 글의 본문에서는 1)먼저 문예창작학의 성립 배경과 전개 과정을 면밀히 추적하여 그 학문정체성의 토대를 이루는 것이 무엇인가를 규명하고자하였다. 문예창작교육이 대학 제도 내에서 전공학문영역으로 인정되고 독자적인 학문 분야로 자리잡는 과정에서의 특징적인 국면 및 양상을 분석하고, 이 과정에 관여한 한국문예창작학회의 활동 및 성과들을 검토하고 평가하였다. 2)다음으로 국내 문예창작학 분야의 유일한 종합학술지인 『한국문예창작』에 수록된 460편의 논문들 가운데 164편의 문예창작론을 다룬 연구논문을 선별하여 이론적 범주화를 시도하였으며, 분야별 연구의 흐름과 쟁점을 통시적으로 분석하였다. 3)이와 함께 최근 10년간 『한국문예창작』에수록된 268편의 연구논문에서 추출한 핵심어(Keyword)를 그 노출빈도수와연관관계를 기준으로 분석하여 문예창작 연구의 현황과 동향을 다각도로점검하였고 분석결과를 토대로 문예창작학 연구의 향후 과제들을 도출해내었다. 이 연구에서는 특히 문예창작학 연구의 실태와 현황을 보다 명확하게 파악하기 위해 양적 접근을 통한 객관적인 자료 분석과 질적 연구를 병행하였으며, 분석자료들은 『한국문예창작』을 중심으로 전개된 문예창작학연구의 경향과 전반적인 현황을 가늠할 수 있는 기초자료로 의의가 있을 것이다. 분석의 결과를 토대로 현 단계 문예창작학 연구 상황과 당면한 과제를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 문예창작학의 학문적 정체성은 유동적이고 원심적으로 확산되는 경향을 보이지만 그 구심점은 매우 허약해져 있다는 것, 둘째 문예창작학의 학문적 역량을 강화하고 확대하기 위해서는 체계적이고실천적인 문예창작・교육이론의 기초토대연구가 시급하다는 것, 셋째 이를위해서는 장기적인 관점에서의 문예창작학 의제 설정이 중요하고, 이와 함께 지속적이고 실질적인 양적 성장이 필요하다는 것, 넷째 원론적인 논의에서 답보상태인 문예창작학 연구에 활력을 불어넣기 위해서는 개별대학의창작교육의 현장에서 발굴되는 수업사례연구 등과 같이 경험적 자원들을이론적으로 자원화하는 학문적 경주가 뒤따라야 한다는 것, 다섯째 이러한성과들을 교육과정에 매개하고 환류하는 선순환구조를 강화해 나가야 문예창작교육의 실효를 거둘 수 있을 것이라는 점이다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본고는 현 단계 문예창작학 연구에 있어 우선적으로 요청되는 것은 문예창작론의 의미를 어떤 이념적 토대 위에서 가치화하는 관점이 있을 수 있는가에 관한 정교하고 체계적인 학적 접근과 독자적인개별 학문영역으로서의 배타적인 전문성을 강화하는 방향으로의 연구분야구조화, 그리고 이를 통한 문예창작학의 지식생산체제 정비이며, 다양한 인접학문영역과의 협력관계를 구축해 나가고 담론의 생...

The severe competition taking place in the airline market in South Korea requires a branding strategy for differentiation. However, few studies have tried to measure the effects of brands on the consumer or customer in the context of airline industry. This study aims to identify the antecedents of national airline, Asiana airline, and examine empirical analyses to develop a customer-based brand equity model. Surveys were conducted to customers who have experienced Asiana airline services in South Korea. A total of 256 respondents participated and completed a survey questionnaire. The findings suggest brand awareness, brand quality were positively related to brand value. However, brand image was not associated with brand value. In addition, a positive relationship was observed between brand value and brand loyalty toward Asiana airline. The results provide useful information to marketers for such as the importance of brand awareness, quality, value and how to achieve success for airline brands. Specifically brand awareness amongst customer-based brand equity constructs has the largest impact on brand value. So airlines have to focus on advertising and publicity to arouse customers. In addition, this study indicates that brand image of airlines is not the key of differentiation to compete with other airlines through hypothesis testing. In light of customer-based brand equity theory, this study contributes to airline branding literature through its empirical evidence and practical implications.

디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구를 활용한 대학 글쓰기 교육의 미래

This study is a way to revolutionize the way universities’ writing curriculum are shifting from a traditionally conservative character to a method focused on text-oriented teaching in reading and writing and exploring the possibilities of new sustainable and progressive paradigms. One of them is focusing on digital storytelling authoring tools. In Chapter 2 of the body of this article, we reviewed the status and aspects of the development of digital storytelling that would benefit from automating and standardizing the writing process. Chapter 3 analyzed the algorithms, principles, and mechanisms of digital storytelling authoring tools, focusing on <Dramatica Pro> and <Story Helper>. Chapter 4 of the main body draws implications based on the analysis results and looks for application points to university writing education from a practical point of view. This study argues that the content and reference best practices of writing education in general university writing classes should be shared with learners in a more open and innovative way than researchers. Digital storytelling authoring tool analysis will serve as a meaningful reference as an example of the convergence of university writing education and media literacy education, and the convergence of humanities and computer science. 이 연구는 대학에서의 글쓰기 교육 과정이 전통적이고 보수적인 성격에서 그 방향을 선회하여,텍스트 중심의 독서와 작문 교육에 편중된 교수방식을 일신하고 지속가능하며 발전적인 새로운 패러다임의 가능성을 타진하는 방안의 하나로 디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구에 주목하고 있다.이 글의 본문 2장에서는 글쓰기의 공정을 자동화, 표준화하여 보조하는 국내외 디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구의 개발 현황 및 양상을 검토하였다.본문 3장에서는 국내외 대표적인 우수 사례로<드라마티카 프로>와<스토리헬퍼>를 중심으로 디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구의 알고리즘과 원리,기제를 분석하였다.본문 4장은 분석 결과를 토대로 시사점을 도출하고 실용적인 관점에서 대학 글쓰기 교육에 적용할 수 있는 활용 지점들을 모색해 보았다. 이 연구는 대학 글쓰기 수업 현장 일반에서 이루어지는 작문 교육의 내용과 참조된우수 사례들이 연구자들보다 학습자들에게 더 개방적이고 혁신적인 방법으로 공유되어야 한다고 주장하고 있다.디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구 분석은 대학 글쓰기 교육과미디어 리터러시 교육의 융합,인문학과 컴퓨터공학의 융합의 사례로 유의미한 참조가 될 것이다.

This paper will examine the service quality of online education as a substitute for face-to-face classes, rather than an auxiliary role in classroom settings after COVID-19. For this purpose, the research subjects were selected as students attending airline service departments. Research on whether online education has the service quality that can replace traditional face-to-face lectures could lead to a variety of implications, both theoretically and practically. The data collection for research was conducted through an online survey, then the analysis found that materiality, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy of the quality of online education services all have a positive impact on the value of education services. Also, the value of education service has a positive effect on satisfaction of major. Based on these results, the fact that the performance of the system for online education, communication with students, and prompt response to student inquiries should all be recognized as important. In addition, reliability should be the most important quality of online education services. Finally, in order to enhance students' satisfaction with their majors, they should increase the value of the educational services they feel.
