In this paper, an efficient watermarking technique in wavelet transform domain is proposed. Watermarking is embedding a digital signal called as 'watermark' into images to claim the ownership. In the proposed method, the image is 1-level wavelet transformed, and then the watermark with a binary stamp is embedded into the baseband. The watermark is embedded by inverting the polarities of he selected coefficient paris. In the inverting process, we can increase image quality by finding means and differences of the selected neighboring coefficient paris, and then adding values, which are inversely proportional to the differences, to th means. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good quality and is robust to various attacks such as the JPEG lossy comparison, noise addition, clipping, blurring, etc.

본 논문에서는 진단에 중요한 정보를 가진 영역에 대해서 무손실 부호화하고 나머지 영역에 대해서는 손실 부호화를 하여 비트를 효율적으로 할당하는 MRI 영상 압축 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 척추 디스크 질환 인식을 위해 촬영된 MRI 영상을 대상으로, 질환의 특성을 이용하여 중요한 객체가 포함된 부분을 인식한다. 인식된 부분은 의사의 디스크 질환 유, 무의 판단에 중요한 부분이므로 무손실 부호화하고 나머지 부분은 손실 부호화하여 전송한다. 또한 손실 부호화하는 영역에 대해서 웨이브릿 변환 영역에서의 프랙탈 압축 방법을 적용하여 블록화 현상이 제거된 선명한 화질을 유지한다. In this paper, a MRI image compression technique, which allocates bits effectively by using lossless coding for region having important infommtion to decide disease and lossy coding for the rest, is proposed. In the proposed method, for MHI images needed to rccognize disk disease, we recognizc region having important objects by using the characteristics of c1isease. As the recognized region is imrxlrtant to decide whether disease exists or not, it is compressed by lossless coding and the rest is compressed by lossy coding, Also for the region compressed by lossy coding, we can obtain fine reconstructed images without blocking effect by adopting fractal coding in wavelet transform domain.

For the purpose of clinical analysis of secundum atrial septal defect, the patients with atrial septal defect operated on during the period from Aug. 1959 to Aug. 1983 were analysed. The age of the patients was ranged from 3 months to 60 years and there were 132 males [45.3%] patients and 145 female patients [54.6%] in this series. The most frequent type was oval type defect in 219 [86.9%]. The PAPVC were present in 7 patients of high defect group. Clinical analysis revealed 53 patients [19.9%] were asymptomatic. The QP/QS above than 3.61 were 45 patients and less than 1.5 were 24 patients. The pulmonary artery pressure was 10 to 100 mmHg. The majority of the defects were closed in primary suture and closed with a Dacron patch in 19 patients. The postoperative complications occurred in 35 patients [13.1%] and the most frequent complication was wound problem which was present in 10 patients. The hospital mortality rate was 1.6%.

‘Jungmo1045’, a multi-resistant japonica rice cultivar developed from a cross between ‘Hanggeumnuri’ having a good eating-quality and high yield and ‘SR30071’ having brown planthopper (BPH) resistance, was developed by the rice breeding team of NICS, RDA in 2015. This cultivar has about 121 days growth duration from transplanting to harvesting in west-southern coast, Honam and Youngnam plain of Korea. It has 73cm culm length and 22cm panicle length. In reaction to biotic and abiotic stresses, it shows resistance to bacterial blight pathogen races from K1 to K3, stripe virus and brown planthopper. The milled rice of ‘Jungmo1045’ exhibits translucent, relatively clear non-glutinous endosperm and medium short grain. It has good palatability of cooked rice compared with ‘Nampyeongbyeo’. The milled rice yield performance of this variety is about 5.74 MT/ha in local adaptability test for three years. ‘Junngmo1045’ would be useful genetic resources for multi-resistance breeding program against disease and insect and eco-friendly cultivation. ‘중모1045호’는 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원에서 2015년 고품질 품종인 ‘황금누리’와 벼멸구 저항성을 가진 ‘SR30071’를 교배하여 육성한 친환경재배적응 고품질 복합내병충성 벼 품종이다. ‘중모1045호’는 서남부해안지 및 충남이남 평야지(충남, 전남북, 경남) 보통기보비재배에서 이앙부터 수확까지 121일의 생육일수를 가지며 간장은 78cm고 수장은 22cm이다. 병해충 저항성은 벼멸구, 벼흰잎마름병 K1, K2, K3 레이스, 벼줄무늬잎마름병에 강하지만 기타 바이러스병 및 해충에 약하다. ‘중모 1045호의 쌀알은 맑고 투명하며 종자형태는 중단립종이다. 쌀수량은 5.7MT/ha로 ‘남평’과 비슷하며 밥맛은 ‘남평’보다 좋은 수준이다. ‘중모1045호’는 복합내병충성 벼 품종으로 친환경재배단지에 적합하여 안전한 먹거리 생산에 매우 유용한 유전자원으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
