J.J Rousseau-움직임의 교육사상에 관한 연구김현남본 연구에서는 18C 프랑스의 위대한 사상사의 자연주의 교육사상을 살펴보고, 신체 및 움직임의 교육사상에 따라 소재 및 방법론적면에서의 무용교육에 시사하는 현대적 의의를 제세하는 데 그 목적은 둔다. Rousseau의 저서인 Emile에 나타난 신체 및 움직임 교육사상은 자연에 의한 신체의 훈련, 신체적 훈련을 통한 정신개발과 자연법칙에 따른 움직임 터득을 주장하고 신체 움직임의 조기교육과 무용교육을 장려했으며, 획일적인 움직임 교육의 반대와 신체활동의 생활화롤 요약되어진다. 18C 당시는 신체 경시 풍조에서 벗어나 신체와 움직임의 중요성을 강조하여 전인교육을 위한 무용의 위치를 확고히 했음은 물론이며, 오늘날까지 무용교육에 시사하는 점은 매우 크다. 무용교육의 방법론과 소재의 요점을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용의 교육 내용 중에서 움직임의 표현소재를 자연에서 찾아 학생들 스스로 느낀 것을 표현하도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 무용교사는 자연주의 방법론을 통해서 학생들이 스스로 자발적인 수업을 진행하도록 유도해야 한다. 셋째로 교사는 무용의 평가 시에 고도의 테크닉만을 판단하지 말고 무용교육 과정에 대한 개개인의 평가 즉, 각 학생들의 발전과정에 대한 평가가 있어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to observe how mathematics-joumal activities is done according to leamers’ level and to seek more efficient ways to boost Mathematics-joumal activities in the classroom by analysing students' joumals. This research was carried out over 4 weeks and survey was implemented by interviewing a number of students. The entire group of the classroom participated in a survey and 6 students of the entire group were interviewed. Sample group of this research wrote mathematics-joumal to review the lessons for 5-8 minutes before class c10sing every mathematics class (4 hours a week). The teachers checked students' mathematics-joumal and there was a feedback between student and teacher that includes comments by a researcher once a week. The conclusion of this research is as follows. First, mathematics-joumal has a positive effect on mid and high level students. But there was no meaningful differences in lower level students. Second, students expressed their own thoughts through this joumal and reconstructed lessons in their own way. They thought this joumal is a road of communication with teachers. Third, mathematics-joumal has a positive effect on teacher-student relationship.

The word Chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centers in the body. Each of these centers correlates to major nerve ganglia branching forth from the spinal column. In addition the Chakras also correlate to levels of consciousness, archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, body functions, and much, much more. Below is a brief description of each Chakra. Within the realm of Kundalini Yoga, the assumption is that a powerful store of energy lies coiled around the base of the spine, and that for most people, there is remains. This energy, with meditation or, in our case with Bodywork, can be safely released from its location through contact, breath and visualization. The release of this energy has often been described as quite powerful -- even mind altering. The full release should be undertaken under the supervision of someone gifted in this area. A Spectropolarimetric Investigation of the Photospheric and Chromospheric Layers of Sunspots

Spectro-polarimetry is the most powerful technique for deducing the magnetic structure of the Sun. Stokes vector allow us to infer the physical conditions in the solar atmosphere prevailing during the line formation. Inversion codes are the main tool to extract this information from the Stokes spectra. This study will focus on measurements of the chromospheric He I 1083.0 nm triplet and the photospheric Si I 1082.7 nm line. A spectropolarimetric data set of sunspots, obtained with the German Vacuum Tower Telescope (VTT) at the Teide observatory on Tenerife, is analyzed using an inversion technique. We will introduce the German Vacuum Tower Telescope and the inversion code HeLix, and will show data sets that are analyzed by HeLix. Finally I made variety plots and maps for understanding photospheric and chromospheric layers of sunspots.

위계적 로지스틱 모형을 이용한 H 할인매장 고객 이탈 분석

국내에 많은 기업들이 고객관계관리를 통해 기존 고객 유지 및 신규고객 창출을 위해 고객을 세분화하고 고객군별 혹은 개별 고객별 특성에 맞춰 기존과 차별화되는 효율적인 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 고객관계관리에서 고객이탈분석은 매우 중요한 고객 분석 중 하나이며 주로 고객의 인구 통계적 변인들과 거래 속성 변인들을 이용하여 이탈가능성을 측정하게 된다. 그러나 고객 데이터가 지리적 변인과 같이 위계적으로 구성되는 경우 위계적 요인을 고려한 고객이탈분석이 필요하게 되며 즉, 고객의 상위수준에서의 분석과 하위수준에서의 분석이 동시적으로 필요로 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 개인 고객별 특성뿐만 아니라, 고객이 주로 이용하고 있는 매장에 대하여 위계적으로 소속되어 있는 특성을 동시적으로 분석 가능한 위계적 로지스틱 모형을 적용하였다. 분석 결과로 이탈에 영향을 주는 요인으로 RFM 변수들 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며 구체적으로 살펴보면 최근 방문일이 53일 이상일수록, 방문횟수가 작을수록, 그리고 총 구매금액이 작을수록 이탈확률이 높아짐을 볼 수 있었으며 매장간의 지리적 여건으로 인하여 매장간 차이를 볼 수 있었다. Using the customer relationship management, lots of firms in Korea classify the customers for the purpose of keeping old customers and creating new customers, and provide differentiated and efficient services. In the customer relationship management, churn analysis is a very important tool for the analysis of customers, and measures the possibility of churning by using the variables, such as the customer population statistics and trading characteristics. In the case where the customer data are formed hierarchically such as in geographic form, we need the customer churn analysis which considers the hierarchical factor. In other words, we need to analyze simultaneously both the upper level and lower level. Our work apply the hierarchical logistic regression model, which can analyze simultaneously both the individual customer characteristics and the hierarchical characteristics of the discount stores where the customer visits mainly.
