고속이동체 인터넷 위성무선연동 시스템 개발

본 논문은 고속열차와 같은 고속 이동체에서 위성무선연동 전송기술을 이용하여 지상무선망과 동일한 수준의 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 이동형 위성 인터넷 접속기술에 관한 것이다. 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 터널이나 역사(Railway Station)와 같은 N-LOS 환경에 대한 대처기술이 필요하며, LOS 환경에서도 철로상에 설치되어 있는 Electronic Power Post나 Power Bridge 등으로 인한 주기적이고 짧은 시간동안의 신호열화 현상이나 고속 이동에 따른 도플러 현상에 대한 극복기술이 필요하다. 이러한 기술들이 집약된 본 시스템을 소개한다.

This study performed a survey on the effects of the interaction between coaches and Judo players on exercise satisfaction and emotion. As a result, in the interaction between coaches and players, communication and know-how affect the social approval of exercise satisfaction levels; trust and know-how affect the satisfaction of playing career; encouragement satisfies their daily life; and technique instruction affects the satisfaction of outside environments. In the exercise emotion, encouragement, conversation, and technique instruction affect the interest; trust, communication, and technique instruction affect the pride; communication, encouragement, and technique instruction affect the vitality; communication, technique instruction, and encouragement affect the remediation; and trust and technique instruction affect the achievement. In conclusion, the conversation and encouragement of coaches positively affect the player life and exercise adherence, and the technique and know-how instruction also largely helps the performance building of players. The positive interaction between coaches and players becomes a factor of increasing their relationships and significantly helps players to improve their performances.

와이어직조 다공질 재료 제작장치의 설계 및 제작

Wire-woven Bulk Kagome(WBK) is fabricated by assembling of helically formed wires in six directions. So far, WBKs have been assembled manually. Also, our research group requires new weaving equipment to fabricate WBKs using flexible composite fibers. In this work, we design and construct a loom to assemble WBKs. This loom can be operated with straight rods and combs to prevent axes from interfering each other under control of Pc.

중국공산당의 이당치군(以党治军) 확립, 1927-1938

중국공산당(이하 중공) 관련 연구는 수를 헤아릴 수 없을 만큼 방대하게 축적되어온 반면, 정작 그 치당(治黨)과 국가 통치의 구심점인 ‘중공 당치(黨治)’가 언제 확립되었고, 어떻게 당국체제로 이행되었는지 등에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이 때문에 중공 창당 100년에 이른 지금까지도 중공 당치 형성의 ‘과정’ 자체가 핵심 쟁점이 된 적은 거의 없었다. 일부 연구자들이 1920-1930년대의 “군당관계” 문제를 제기한 적은 있었지만, 이는 일시적, 일탈적, 단편적 문제로만 인식되었고, 심지어 그 문제들이 해소되었다라고 판단한 것은 ‘역사적 분석’이 아닌 ‘믿음’에 의해서였다. 하지만 중공 당치 형성은 사실 중공중앙의 오랜 숙원이었다. 중공 ‘볼쉐비키화 세력’이 주도한 당치가 일시적으로 확립된 것은 대략 1933년부터 1934년 시기에 국한된다. 그 시기 동안에도 마오쩌둥 개인의 영향력은 약화되었지만 ‘그 파벌의 군사적 영향력’은 지속되었고, 이 때문에 1935년 1월 쭌이회의에서 코민테른이 파견한 군사고문 오토브라운의 군권 박탈이 가능했다. 이런 측면에서 중공 ‘이당치군’ 확립은 볼쉐비키화를 주도한 중공중앙이 아닌 반볼쉐비키화로 내몰린 마오쩌둥 파벌이 ‘군권’에 기반하여 ‘당권’을 획득한 결과물로 접근할 수 있다. 즉 마오쩌둥과 그 파벌의 ‘군사적 쿠데타’가 현재 창당 100주년을 맞이한 중공중앙의 ‘기원’이 되었다. 다만 마오쩌둥이 지방 군권을 중심으로 로미나제·리리싼, 미프·왕밍, 리더·보구 연합과의 오랜 억압을 이겨내고 중앙 당권을 획득했음에도 불구하고, 중공 ‘이당치군의 초석’은 사실 리리싼과 왕밍이 마오쩌둥 파벌을 억누르기 위해 뿌린 피의 유산에서 생성되었음을 잊지말아야 한다. Historically, the process of forming the party and rule of the CCP itself has rarely become a problematic issue. Although some researchers raised the issue of military-party relations during 1920s-1930s, it was recognized only as a temporary, deviant, or fragmentary issue, and even the judgment that the issues were resolved was not by historical analysis, but by ideological beliefs. However, the establishment of the party and rule of the CCP was actually a long-standing aspiration of the CCP. The temporary establishment of the party and rule led by the CCCPC forces seems to have to be limited to the period from 1933-1934, and even during that period, the Mao Zedong’s faction has influenced in the military. Their is led to the deprivation of Otto Brown’s military power, in January 1935. In this respect, the building the party-rulled army regime of the CCP can be approached as a result of the Military coup of Mao Zedong and its factions against to the CCCPC.

초경량 금속 구조재 직조장치의 설계 및 제작

와이어직조 카고메(WBK)는 나선형으로 성형된 와이어를 6 방향에서 조립하여 제작된다. 지금까지의 WBK 는 수작업으로 조립되어 왔지만, 산업적 적용을 위해서는 조립공정의 자동화가 필수적이다. 또한, 유연한 와이어로 WBK 를 제작할 경우 기하학적 형상을 유지할 수 없으므로 직조기와 같은 자동화 기계의 개발이 절실하다. 이번 연구에서는, 유연한 와이어를 이용하여 WBK 를 제작하는 직조기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 이 직조기는 상부 플레이트의 회전운동과 와이어를 삽입하는 장치의 병진운동으로 작동된다. 그리고 이미 삽입된 와이어 간의 간섭을 방지하기 위한 빗살장치는 다층의 카고메망 사이에 위치된다. 또한 이 직조기는 나선형 와이어와 직선형 와이어로 구성된 semi-WBK 의 제작에도 이용될 수 있다. Wire-woven Bulk Kagome (WBK) is fabricated by assembling helically formed wires in six directions. To date, WBK samples have been assembled manually. For industrial application, the assembly process must be automated. Furthermore, if WBK is to be fabricated using flexible wires that cannot maintain their helical shape during fabrication, a specialized automatic machine, i.e., a loom needs to be developed. In this work, we designed and constructed a loom for fabricating WBKs using flexible wires. This loom is operated by one rotation of the upper plate, two translations of the insertion device, and insertion of wires. So-called “comb devices” are placed between multiple layers of Kagome nets to prevent the wires that are already in place from getting entangled with those that are being inserted. This loom can be also used to fabricate semi-WBKs composed of helically formed wires and rigid straight wires.

차세대 위성 방송통신융합 기술 표준화 동향

본 논문에서는 유럽 EU를 중심으로 활발하게 진행되고 있는 이동형 광대역 차세대위성방송/통신 융합기술에 대한 표준화 동향에 대해 언급한다. 특히, 최근 위성기반 유럽 DVB를 중심으로 이동형 서비스를 추구하고자 기술개정의 필요성을 보여준 DVB-S2M(Mobility)와 현재 표준화 진행중에 있는 Mobile DVB-RCS 표준을 소개하고 이와 관련된 주요 핵심 기술 및 향후 전망을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

방위산업에서의 학습률 적용

본 연구에서는 방위산업에서의 학습곡선의 계산과 적용에 대해서 알아보았다. 방위산업에서의 군수물자는 수요에 의해 계약이 이루어지므로 업체의 생산방식은 계획(예측)생산이 아닌 주문생산 위주로 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 승인되지 않은 군수물자의 초과 생산은 불가하므로 기업의 자원을 효율적으로 계획성 있게 사용하기란 쉽지 않다. 이러한 방위산업의 특성 때문에, 1970년대부터 자주국방 실현을 위한 방위산업육성 정책에 따라 모든 발생비용을 국가가 책임지고 보전해 주는 방식이 30여 년간 변화 없이 유지되어 왔다. 하지만, 최근 원가관리 업무의 혁신적인 전환이 요구되기 시작하였고, 이에따라 본 연구에서는 원가산정 및 검증 시 방위산업체와 방위사업청간의 의견 대립이 자주 발생하는 노무량의 "학습률"에 대하여, 그 적용 현황을 알아보고 학습률의 산출에서부터 적용단계까지의 몇 가지 사례연구를 통해, 계약형태별 학습률 적용 최적화 방안과 적용 시 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하고자 한다. This thesis is to study of "Learning curves" calculation & application in defense industry. Recently, the work style in defense industry is changing from compensation for incurred expenses into reasonable compensation in order to lower the cost. Government set up the DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration) Inspection Team for cost management. And DAPA Inspection Team inspects each cost element. The standard of "Learning curves" calculation & application is often different in calculating working hours that basis information of labor cost. This thesis explains the current state of "Learning curves" calculation & application. And it suggests the optimization of "Learning curves" application for each contract type & considered factors through a study on the consistency of Learning curves standards.

중국 동북지역 사회관리 정책에서 나타나는 당·정 주도성

동북지역 사회조직이 사회관리에 대한 참여에서 주로 채택하는 것은 ‘합작모델’이다. 동북지역의 사회관리 정책이 사구차원에서 수행되면서 나타나는 주요한 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회조직에 의한 서비스구매가 형식적으로 이루어지더라도 경쟁력 있는 사회조직들이 거의 없기 때문에, 구매는 경쟁적 입찰이라기보다 수의계약에 가까운 방식으로 특정 사회조직에 혜택을 집중시킨다. 둘째, 사회조직의 저발전 때문에 지방정부와 지방정부의 후원을 받는 반(半)-관 사회조직 사이의 긴밀한 협조관계가 수립되기 쉽다. 셋째, 단위체제의 역할은 약화되었지만, 동북지역의 사회관리와 사회조직 운영의 배경에는 여전히 단위체제의 특성이 온존하고 있다. 넷째, 위에서 아래로의 관리가 실질적으로 강조되다 보니, 현실적으로 남는 것은 격자망화에 기반한 통제에 집중되는 경향이 있다. Northeastern Provinces in China are catching up with ‘advanced models’ of social management(or social governance) in Southern Provinces. In Northeastern provinces, one of the most prominent characteristics of social government policies is witnessed in their cooperative model. Northeastern provinces display their important characteristics in social management policies as follows: 1) owing to few independent social organizations, targeted model social organizations are easily selected as suppliers for social services; 2) semi-governmental organizations are established as official ‘NGOs’ suit for government standard; 3) continuing legacy of work unit system is still found in these area; 4) ‘Grid management’ technic is widely introduced to control the society.
