As we meet the transition to knowledge-based society in global environment, intellectual properties are more important than ever before. Industrial design can be protected by intellectual property law which represented by design protection acts and copyright law. Despite both laws have same goals that protect intellectual property, but two legal systems are distinguished in structure of regulations and procedural requirements such as period of protection. Therefore suitable system could be chosen for protecting industrial design in various conditions. Also it may be filed up application and registration coincidently with legal mind and effect on scope of protection of industrial design.

뮤지컬 <노트르담 드 파리, Notre-Dame de Paris>에 나타난 연극적 의미망 구축으로서의 음악의 역할

The musical <Notre-Dame de Paris>, based on the Victor Hugo’s novel, has been known as one of the representative French musicals since it has been premiered in 1998. The work not only announced the revival of French musicals but also presented the characteristics of it, which are absent of dialogue in a recitative style, succession of the traditional French musical dramas, and suggestion of the new form of musicals, as the French spectacle musical. In this work, the music is given varied significances and roles as one of dramatic functions in attempts to solve the limitations of the spectacle musical form such as the diminution of dramatic reality. In this research, the music of the work is studied to prove how to perform its dramatic roles in narrative and mise-en-scene to construct the semantic network. Emphasizing of psychological descriptions of its main characters and conflicts between incidents in the drama through the shifting of tonalities and contrast between harmonies and elucidating of its background and realistic stage through musical symbol and description are identified by practical analysis of its music. The given roles of its music as new understanding of dramatic device are classified and determined and it will be helpful to consider the music how to affect the semantic network construction and convey meaning and theme of the work to audience.

이 연구에서는 광주지역 하상퇴적물에 대한 지질집단별 지구화학적 특성에 대해 규명 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 물이 흐르고 있는 1 차 수계를 대상으로 하상퇴적물시료 104 개를 채취하였고, 실험실에서 자연건조 시켰다. 화학분석을 위한 시료는 알루미나 몰타르를 이용하여 200 메쉬 이하로 분쇄하였고, XRF, ICP-AES, NAA 분석을 실시하였다. 연구지역 하상퇴적물에 대해, 지질집단별 지구화학적 특성 비교와 기존 암석에 대한 연구에서 얻어진 암석화학적인 특성과의 비교를 위해, 선캠브리아기 화강편마암 지역, 쥬라기 화강암 지역, 백악기 화순안산암 지역으로 분리하였다. 광주 지역 하상퇴적물의 주성분원소 함량은 SiO 2 51.89~70.63 wt.%, Al 2 O 3 12.91~21.95 wt.%, Fe 2 O 3 3.22~9.89 wt.%, K 2 O 1.85~4.49 wt.%, MgO 0.68~2.90 wt.%, Na 2 O 0.48~2.34 wt.%, CaO 0.42~6.72 wt.%, TiO 2 0.53~1.32 wt.%, P 2 O 5 0.06~0.51 wt.%, MnO 0.05~0.69 wt.% 이다. 하상퇴적물과 암석에 대한 AMF 삼각도에서, 암석은 칼크-알칼리계열에 도시되는데 비하여, 하상퇴적물은 솔레아이트 계열과 칼크-알칼리계열의 경계부위에 도시된다. 이는 Fe 2 O 3 함량이 암석에서보다 하상퇴적물에 더 많이 함유되어 있는 것과 관련이 있는 것으로 보인다. SiO 2 에 대한 K 2 O+Na 2 O 의 비교그림에서, 하상퇴적물은 암석에서와 같이 subalkaline 계열에 점시된다. 하상퇴적물의 미량성분원소 및 희토류 원소 함량은 Ba 590~2170 ppm, Be 1~2.4 ppm, Cu 13~79 ppm, Nb 20~34 ppm, Ni 10~50 ppm, Pb 17~30 ppm, Sr 70~1025 ppm, V 42~135 ppm, Zr 45~171 ppm, Li 19~77 ppm, Co 4.3~19.3 ppm, Cr 28~131 ppm, Cs 3.1~17.6 ppm, Hf 5~27.6 ppm, Rb 388~202 ppm, Sb 0.2~1.2 ppm, Sc 6.4~17 ppm, Zn 47~389 ppm, Pa 8.8~68.8 ppm, Ce 62~272 ppm, Eu 1~2.7 ppm and Yb 0.9~6 ppm 의 범위를 보인다. The purpose of this study is to determine geochemical characteristics for stream sediments in the Gwangju area. We collect the stream sediments samples by wet sieving along the primary channels and dry these samples slowly in the laboratory and grind to under 200mesh using an alumina mortar for chemical analysis. Major elements, trace and rare earth elements are determined by XRF, ICP-AES and NAA analysis methods. For geochemical characteristics on geological groups of stream sediments, we separate geologic groups which are derived from Precambrian granite gneiss area, Jurassic granite area and Cretaceous Hwasun andesite area. Contents range of major elements for stream sediments in the Gwangju area are SiO 2 51.89~70.63 wt.%, Al 2 O 3 12.91~21.95 wt.%, Fe 2 O 3 3.22~9.89 wt.%, K 2 O 1.85~4.49 wt.%, MgO 0.68~2.90 wt.%, Na 2 O 0.48~2.34 wt.%, CaO 0.42~6.72 wt.%, TiO 2 0.53~1.32 wt.%, P 2 O 5 0.06~0.51 wt.% and MnO 0.05~0.69 wt.%. According to the AMF diagram for stream sediments and rocks, the stream sediments are plotted on boundary of tholeiitic series and calk alkaline series, which shows that contents of Fe 2 O 3 are higher in stream sediments than rocks. According to variation diagram of SiO 2 versus (K 2 O+Na 2 O), stream sediments are plotted on subalkaline series. Contents range of trace and rare earth elements for stream sediments in the Gwangju area are Ba 590~2170 ppm, Be 1~2.4 ppm, Cu 13~79 ppm, Nb 20~34 ppm, Ni 10~50 ppm, Pb 17~30 ppm, Sr 70~1025 ppm, V 42~135ppm, Zr 45~171 ppm, Li 19~77 ppm, Co 4.3~19.3 ppm, Cr 28~131 ppm, Cs 3.1~17.6 ppm, Hf 5~27.6 ppm, Rb 388~202 ppm, Sb 0.2~1.2 ppm, Sc 6.4~17 ppm, Zn 47~389 ppm, Pa 8.8~68.8 ppm, Ce 62~272 ppm, Eu 1~2.7 ppm and Yb 0.9~6 ppm.

이 논문의 목표는 맹자가 덕에 의한 정치, 즉 왕도정치를 주장하는 정치철학서로 알려져 있는 『맹자에서 인의의 덕을 바탕으로 한 왕도정치를 효과적으로 설명하기 위해 사용한 물의 상징성과 의의를 살펴보는데 있다. 맹자가 활동한 당시는 강제력으로 부국강병을 추구하는 패도정치(覇道政治)가 행해지던 전국시대였다. 사회적 혼란 속에서 어떻게 살아가고 세상을 구제할지를 두고 제자백가란 이름으로 불리는 다양한 사상이 태어났으며 다채로운 논쟁이 전개되었다. 맹자는 그들 가운데 한 사람이었다. 맹자는 당시의 정치가에게 자신의 사상을 펼치는데 있어서 자연물인 물을 빌어 자주 표현했다. 특히 직접적으로 표현하기 어려운 형이상적인 개념 등을 표현할 경우에 물을 비유적으로 상징화하는 표현을 자주 사용했다. 『맹자』에 나타난 물의 표현들은 맹자의 핵심사상인 사단, 인, 근본, 성선, 성인의 도, 교육 등을 나타내고 있다. 즉, 인간이 갖는 도덕적 품성인 덕을 발생시킬 수 있는 가능태인 단(端). 자기를 넘어 타인에게로 확장되어가는 덕인 인(仁). 밤낮에 관계없이 추동하는 근본. 인위를 덧붙이지 않는 한 사람은 선한 본성을 타고 났다는 성선(性善). 크고 근원이 있으며 점점 나아가 성취해야만 할 성인의 도(道), 생명의 싹을 틔워 성장을 촉발하는 비와 같은 성인의 가르침(敎)이 그것이다. 『맹자』에 나타난 물의 상징적 표현은 자연적 현상을 이해하는 것에서 나아가 사회적 그리고 윤리적 당위를 제시하는 영역에까지 확대되었다. 맹자는 자기 본성에 충실하여 자연에 순응하는 보여주는 물의 다양한 모습에 자신의 사상을 담아냈으며, 이것은 당시의 패도정치에 빠져 있는 정치가들에게 자신의 사상을 전달하기 위한 탁월한 방법이 아닐 수 없다. 그것은 맹자가 물에서 당시의 전국시대 정치가들이 빠져 있는 패도정치의 마음의 장막을 흔들어 깨울 수 있는 공명의 진동판이 숨겨져 있고, 한겨울 호수의 얼음처럼 굳어있는 생각을 깨기 위한 도끼가 숨겨져 있고, 스스로 잃어버린 본성을 열어주는 열쇠가 들어있는 것을 본 것은 아닐까. The goal of this paper is examine the symbolism and significance of water which describes benevolent royal goverment based on the virtue of humanity and justice in the 『Mencius』 effectively. At the time of Mencius was the age of civil wars ruling by force which pursuits national prosperity and military power. In this period, variety of ideas called all classes of philosophers were born and developed various debates how to live in the world of social turmoil and how to relief from it. Mencius was one of them. Mencius frequently used water, natural objects, to express his thought to the politicians at the time. Particularly, when it is difficult to express metaphysical concept directly, he often used the water as a symbol as figurative representation. The water in the 『Mencius』 represents the core of Mencius` idea such as Szu-tuan(四端), Jen-humanity(仁), Basis(根本), Fundamentally good(性善), Tao(道), Education(敎育) and more. The symbolic representation of the water in the book extends the area further from understanding the natural phenomena to social and ethical justifiability. Mencius put his ideas on the variety of water of which faithful to its nature and it adpts itself to the nature. This should be an excellent way to deliver his ideas to the politicians who is ruling by force.
