        멘토 역량이 프로테제(protégé) 태도에 미치는 영향

        The benefits of mentoring relationships have been publicized for several decades. Much of the extent research has examined the benefit of mentoring for protégé, finding that mentoring is related to important career outcomes such as salary level, promotion rate, and job satisfaction, among other outcomes. Limited research exists from the perspective of the mentor's competency on these relationships. This study therefore focuses on relationships among mentor's competency, mentoring functions and protégé attitudes. The study was conducted in Busan, Ulsan, Changwon and Yangsan of 211 protégés who were involved in mentoring relationships. The analysis of data collected was undertaken by using SPSS 14.0. The major findings can be summarized as follows; First, highly perceived mentor's competencies by protégé had mostly positive impacts over mentoring functions, even thought wisdom and social perceptiveness had no effects on career function. Second, mentoring functions had mostly positive impacts over protégé attitudes, except the role modeling function. Third, mentoring functions mediated the relationships between mentor's competency and protégé attitudes; career commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Forth, in additional analyse, formal mentoring produced a higher and more significant effect on protégé's outcomes. However, even though there were not consistent tendencies, this analysis can be a foundation for the further research. In conclusion, the findings of this study support one of the key fundamental objectives of human resource management, retention of talented and skilled human resource. Mentoring may represent a relatively inexpensive means to, not only proactively influence employee attitudes and perceptions, but also reduce employee turnover within the organization. 멘토링과 관련한 대부분의 연구는 직무만족, 조직몰입 혹은 승진 등과 같은 프로테제가 얻게 되는 결과를 밝혀내는데 집중되어 있다. 반면에 멘토링 관계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 멘토와 관련한 실증연구는 많지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 멘토링을 통해 프로테제가 가지게 되는 긍정적인 측면을 살펴봄은 물론 멘토의 역량에 초점을 두고 그 관계를 실증분석 하고자한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산광역권 내에 위치하고 있는 조선업, 건설업, 외국계기업, 증권사, 호텔 등에 종사하고 있으며 멘토링을 한번이라도 경험하였거나 현재 멘토링을 받고 있는 사람 211명을 유효 표본으로 각 주요변수들의 관계 및 멘토의 역량이 프로테제 태도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 멘토링 기능이 매개변수로 작용을 하는지에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 멘토역량이 멘토링 기능에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 멘토역량의 하위변수인 도덕적․사회적 논증능력은 세 가지 멘토링 기능 모두에 영향을 미친 반면, 지식과 사회적 통찰력은 심리사회기능과 역할모형 기능에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 멘토링 기능이 프로테제 태도에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 모두 다 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 멘토링 기능이 멘토역량과 프로테제태도를 매개하는지에 대해서는, 멘토링 기능은 멘토역량과 경력몰입, 직무만족 그리고 이직의도와의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구에 대한 논의 및 결론에서 본 연구의 의의와 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향 등을 제시하였다.

        HER2 양성 간세포양 위선암 1예

        간세포양 위선암은 매우 드물며 일반적인 위선암에 비해 예후가 불량하다. 진단 당시 림프절 전이 및 간 전이를 동반한 경우가 많아 초치료로 항암화학요법을 시행하는 경우가많지만 현재까지 정립된 항암화학요법은 제시된 바 없다. 또한 문헌 보고에 따르면 그 효과가 위선암에 비해 좋지 않다. 본 증례는 국내에서 HER2 양성을 보인 간세포양 위선암의 첫 증례이다. 기존 항암화학요법에 HER2 표적치료제인 tras-tuzumab을 추가하여 사용하였고 현재 복부 전산화단층촬영 및 AFP 검사상 호전 소견을 보이고 있다. Gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma is a rare adenocarcinoma that develops in the stomach. The prognosis of gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma is poorer than that of ordinary gastric adenocarcinoma. Here, we report the first case of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma in Korea. A 57-year-old male presented with abdominal distension and underwent endoscopic gastric biopsy and percutaneous core needle liver biopsy. The pathological findings were consistent with HER2-positive gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma. He received six cycles of chemotherapy with cisplatin-capecitabine plus trastuzumab, which is a HER2 targeted agent. After chemotherapy, a follow-up abdominal computed tomography scan showed a partial tumor response. This case emphasizes the importance of using trastuzumab in a patient with HER2-positive gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma. (Korean J Med 2016;91:211-215)

        산주주도형 (山主主導型) 협업경영사업과 그 지도체계의 효과에 대한 사례연구 - 한독기구 사유림협업경영 (私有林協業經營) 시범사업을 중심으로 -

        The Yangsan Forest Management Station (YFMS) of Korean German Forest Management Project (KGFMP), working with the 6 legal villages of Uljugun, Kyongnam, led the forest owners in the area to organize the Forest Management Cooperative (FMC) voluntairily for improvement of private forest management and fostered it as a model from May 1975 to Apr. 1984. YFMS sent out FMC a forest manager as a forestry expert varrying out the leading extension program at the equal position with forest owners and gave FMC financial, administrative and technical assitances. During the 6 years from 1977 to 1982, 4 FMC were founded and are being operated democratically. 228 forest owners have taken the membership of their own free will and the forestland of the members covers 2,567 ha equivalent to 57% of the total private forest in the area. During the period the total area of the planting and tending is 4,185 ㏊, this means that a member executed 3.1 ㏊ of forest operations per year in average, showing the high willingness on forest operations. In addition the joint works have resulted in the joint properties equivalent to 27 million Won and it will be an important foundation for operation of FMC which is a forest owners`s cooperative organization for improvement of private forest management in this area. The total expenditure spent for the fostering of FMC amounted to 497,587 thousand Won and 58% of them were charged from KGFMP funds, 27% from the forest owners and 15% from public funds. The expenditure for investment was 273,104 thousand Won and 59% of the sum were appropriated as subsidies at the national level. The forest owners charged 43% of that and this means that each member invested approximarely 100 thousand Won to his foresiland per year in average. For the extension program 169,503 thousand Won were spent and it can be explained that 5,885 Won were spent per ㏊ a year. The organization of FMC operated autonomously in a democratic way and the horizontal and leading extension system, which aspects the human rights, were very much effective in fostering the cooperative organization of forest owners for improvement of private forest management.

        사유림 (私有林) 협업경영의 논리

        Private forestland in Korea occupies about 48 percent of the total land area. But, the ownership size is too small to expect self-supporting management of forestowners. In order to improve individual management of the small-sized forest through the to the state of self-support, a cooperative forest management has been demanded, enlargement of the size of the management units by combining the different individual management units. The cooperative management of the private forest is to combine forestry production factors such as forestland, labor-power, and capitals according to the agreement. For the cooperative forest management, a proper plan should be established and well-trained working-crew should be produced. In addition, forestry facilities should be provided and operated jointly. Though the cooperative forest management by owners is considered to be favorable theoretically, it is difficult for forestowners including many nonresidents to organize the forest management cooperatives without outside help. Therefore, intensive pulblication and extension programmes are required and a financial support by the government should be followed.

        Cetylpyridinium Chloride(CPC), NaF 및 Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA) 혼합물의 주요 치주병원균에 대한 in Vitro 항균효과

        The antibacterial efficacy of a mouthrinse(Denta Gargle) containing CPC(cetylpyridinium chloride), NaF and UDCA(ursodeoxycholic acid), on major periodontopathogens, was in vitro examined and compared with that of Listerine by a broth dilution method. The bacteria tested were Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Bacteroides forsythus, Fusobacterium nucleatum subsp. vincentii, Prevotella intermedia, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Treponema denticola. The growth of all the bacteria were completely inhibited by a 1-min exposure to the both mouthrinses. When diluted at 1:5 or more, all bacteria analyzed but P. intermedia were not inhibited by Listerine. In contrast, Denta Gargle showed highly increased maximum inhibitory dilutions(MID) against all periodontopathogens included in this study, with MIDs ranging from 5-fold(F. nucleatum) to 160-fold dilutions(P. intermedia). The MIDs against A. actinomycetemcomitans, B. forsythus, P. gingivalis and T. denticola. were 1:40, 1:80, 1:80 and 1:80, respectively.

        진주남강유등축제 방문객 만족 및 재방문의도에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 2015진주남강유등축제 방문객의 만족도 요인에 따른 시장세분화를 통해, 축제 방문객 특성을 분석하고, 방문객 만족도 요인이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 총 235명에 대한 설문자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석결과로부터 다음과 같은 주요 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, K-군집분석을 통해 방문객을 4개의 집단으로 분류하였다. 이러한 방문객 특성별 분류는 축제방문객 특성에 맞는 시장세분화 마케팅 수립에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 축제 만족도 평가 결과, 행사프로그램, 홍보 및 안내서비스, 시설 및 안전, 음식 및 기념품 요인의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 축제 만족 요인 가운데 축제 만족 요인 중 행사프로그램 요인과 시설 및 안전 요인이 재방문의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 홍보 및 안내서비스 요인과 음식 및 기념품 요인은 유의한 영향력은 나타나지 않았다. The objective of this study is to analyze visitors’ characteristics by market segmentation with satisfaction of the visitors in 2015 Jinju lantern festival, and to verify the effects of the visitors’ satisfaction on re-visit intention. The statistical significance of questionnaire survey data for 235 customers was verified by using SPSS 22.0 statistical programs. The following conclusionswere drawn on the basis of the analysis results. First, The visitors were classified into 4 groups by using K-cluster analysis. This classification for the visitors can be applied to establishmarket segmentation marketing strategy reflecting the visitors’ characteristics. Second, as a result of the visitors’ satisfaction, the visitors’ satisfaction is in order of festival program, promotion and guide service, facility and security, food and souvenir.
