집단의사결정지원시스템(GDSS)이 의사결정과정 및 결과에 미치는 영향 : 적응구조화 이론을 중심으로

Empirical studies on GDSS have been conducted to examine the effects of GDSS on the process and the outcomes of group decision making for the past 15 years. The adaptive structuration theory(AST) contributed to validate the input-process-output(I-P-O) research model for such studies. With few exceptions, however, these studies tried to explain the causal relationship among variables of the I-P-O model by analyzing independent I->O, I->P, and P->O models. Using LISREL. this study suggests a generalized research framework to test the causal relationship among input-process-output variables at the same time. Data of a past research is analysed using the proposed method and the results of both studies are compared. The comparison supports the usefulness of the proposed research method well.

지각된 위험, 지각된 혜택, 신뢰가 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구

정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

온라인 정보원천이 고객만족과 인터넷쇼핑몰 지속사용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객만족과 지속사용의도를 예측하기 위해 구매 경험자를 대상으로 구매의사 결정 시 이용한 정보에 대한 사후 만족 측정을 통해 정보원천의 중요성과 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 구매와 관련된 기대형성에 정보원천이 미치는 영향과 전통적인 기대불일치 패러다임하에서 기대불일치와 만족간의 관계를 온라인 환경에서는 정보만족이 매개함을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 첫째, 정보원천 중 자신의 구매경험이 기각되었으며 반면 다른 소비자의 소비경험인 온라인 구전정보가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전통적인 기대불일치이론과 달리 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서는 전반적 만족에 대한 정보만족의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적 만족에 대해 정보만족이 직접효과가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 의사결정 유용성은 전반적인 만족과 지속사용의도에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 온라인 환경에서의 정보의 중요성을 실증한 것으로 정보를 통한 기대관리, 정보만족을 기반으로 한 고객만족과 지속사용을 예측할 수 있게 해준다.

FTTH(Fiber to The Home), a next generation communication service, is expected to boost up the growth of the whole IT industry and to creating new businesses by enabling the convergence of the broadcasting and communication technologies. It will consequently contribute to improve the quality of our life. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of EPFSD using the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) model with five perspectives which are known to have inherent relationship: regional economy, regional customer, regional process, innovation and growth in the region, and regional infrastructure. 16 critical success factors(CSFs) and 37 key performance indicators(KPIs) are developed based on the BSC model to measure the performance indicators of the EPFSD.
