QC interface 시뮬레이션을 통한 확장성 있는 양자컴퓨터 설계

Quantum computers have the potential to solve problems that take a huge amount of time using conventional computers. To design a large-scale quantum computer, architects need a scalable quantum control processor that generate instructions which correct errors in qubits, and a QC interface that converts instructions into appropriate signals which manipulate and measure qubits. Recently, the simulator that can quantitatively analyze the scalability of the quantum control processor and the scalable hardware using it have been proposed. However, there is no QC interface hardware designed considering all the scalability constraints due to the absence of the simulator. In this paper, based on several recent proposals, we design a full microarchitecture capable of performing all operations of the QC interface, and implement a simulation framework that can quantitatively analyze its scalability constraints.
