        Cr and Mo unwillingly precipitated sigma phase at temperature range of 600-900 °C, in DSS(duplex stainless steel) or SDSS(super duplex stainless steel) contained elements of Cr and Mo. Particularly, Mo is element that make sigma phase. These sigma phases have weak on impact toughness and corrosion resistance. But partial substition of W for Mo strengthen on impact toughness and corrosion resistance. So we studied for the effect of W addition in SDSS. In order to recognize the effect of W addition on corrosion resistance, we investgated electrochemical tests after aging treatments. We obtained that there are many sigma phases when aging temperature is at 750 °C And the longer aging time, the more amounts of sigma phases. Corrosion resistance is poor that aging treated at 750 °C and aging treated during long time than short time. But, specimen added W is good corrosion resistance as compared with specimen not added W.

        This study was carried out to investigate the influence of volume fraction of austenite phase, precipitation behavior and volume fraction of o phase, N addition on the volume fraction of austenite phase, o phase and mechanical properties in 25Cr-7Ni-4Mo-2W super duplex stainless steel. The results obtained from this study are as follows: With increasing the annealing temperature, the volume fraction of austenite increased and volume fraction of ferrite decreased, and volume fraction of austenite increased by N addition. Tensile strength decreased and elongation increased due to increasing the volume fraction of austenite by increasing annealing temperature. In the case of N addition specimens, tensile strength and elongation showed high value. The precipitation of o phase was precipitated at ferrite phase and interface of ferrite and austenite, and the more precipitation of o phase was stimulated by N addition. With increasing of volume fraction of precipitated o phase, tensile strength was increased, elongation and impact value decreased. In case of o phase precipitated, N addition specimen showed high value of tensile strength, elongation, hardness and impact value than no addition specimen, and impact value rapidly decreased by precipitated R phase in early stage of aging.

        To recognize the effect of W addition on the mechanical properties in super duplex stainless steel, different W content is prepared. And we makes an experiment on different aging heat treatment conditions. At the result of, the effect of aging temperature is low precipitation of sigma phase at 475 °C, but precipitation of sigma phase at 600℃ and 750℃ is rapidly increased. But at 900 °C, precipitation of sigma phase is lower than former times, because precipitation region of sigma phase is missed. Therefore, hardness and strength are higher than former times, but impact values and elongation are decreased. At 600℃, the effect of aging time is low precipitation of sigma phase at the shortest time, but the longer time aging heat treatment, the more increase sigma phase increased. Therefore, hardness and strength are higher than the shortest time, but impact values and elongation are decreased. Specimen of W added decrease precipitation of sigma phase than specimen of W not added, because specimen's of W added sigma phase is decreased that Mo is substituted to W, relatively low diffusion coefficient. So, hardness and strength of specimen of W not added are higher than specimen of W added, but impact values and elongation of specimen of W not added are lower than specimen of W added.

        뇌 실질내 기생한 Sparganosis Mansoni의 현미경 수술

        Clinical experience with a case of sparganosis invading the intracerebral region =as reported with review of the literatures. A 17-year-old male who had a history of having eaten raw snakes and frogs, had suffered from uncontrolled seizure with medication. This seizure started from right thumb and then spreaded whole body. C-T scan revealed ring form enhancement in the left frontal area. Left frontoparietal craniotomy was performed and a live Sparganum mansoni was successfully removed from intracerebral region using surgical microscope. This is very rare case in which a live Sparganum Mansoni was removed from intracerebral region.

        외상후 지연성 뇌실질내 출혈

        Bollinger cited the following criteria for diagnosis of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma(DTICH) : ⑴ abscence of pre-existing vascular disease ; ⑵ a definite history of trauma : and ⑶ an asymptomatic interval and a subsequent apopleciform episode. Deranged cerebrovascular autoregulation permitting increased flow to a damaged vascular bed, as well as post-traumatic coagulopathies, are proposed explanation for these lesion. 34 cases of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma were found retrospectively among 2,195 patients with head injury admitted to the Busan Paik hospital. Inje university in a 6-years peiod. The interval from cranial injury to diagnosis of DTICH by computerized tomography scan varied from 4 hours to 7 days. Of these, 8 cases were conservative therapy and 26 cases were performed operation for removal of hematoma. 12 cases (35%) were obtained favorable outcome, 16 cases (47%) unfavorable outcome and 6 cases (18%) death. The development of DTICH is highly unpredictable and the possibility of this complication after head injury should be kept in mind.

        소뇌교각부에 낭종을 형성한 스팔가눔증

        Sparganosis of the brain is very rare and surgical disease. Clinical experience with a case of parasitic cyst from sparganosis in cerebellopontine angle was reported with review of the literatures. A 55-year-old male had suffered from vertigo and left hearing disturbance. C-T scan revealed well demarcated cystic lesion with rim enhancement in cerebellopontine angle. Retromastoid craniectomy was performed. The parasitic cyst and adhered granuation tissues on the surrounding area were removed using surgical microscope.
