The most famous thought of Dongjungseo's must be 'the Sky-Earth Response Theory.' The theory includes the Same 'Gi' Correspondence(the Same Category Homology) and explains the relationship between the nature and the men based on Yin-Yang. This theory, commonly studied by the scholars of the political science, however, has been constituting the foundation of the oriental medicine. Also, he insists many other theories related to Yin-Yang including the natural calamity, the treatise of human nature, the name and reality, and the national school of Confucianism, etc. This paper covers the Yin-Yang theory, particularly with regard to ethics. politics, human nature of Dongjungseo, and the comparison of his Yin-Yang and that of the Emperor Inner Cannon. Dongjungseo insists on the harmony of Yin-Yang just only in the area of health care, excluding other areas such as state and family governance. However, in contrast, he asserts the Yang central idea for what he defined as the order of a family, a society and a state. This presents his contradiction and logicality. In the last part of this paper, his logical flaws would be discussed and analysed. However, he is a lucky scholar, because his Yang central idea has been successfully governing peoples for a long time, despite such imperfection and contradiction in his studies.

학교 오케스트라의 지역 연계 운영 실태 : 제주 지역 초등학교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 제주 지역 초등학교 오케스트라의 지역 연계 운영 실태와 문제점을 파악하여 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 제주 지역 초등학교 오케스트라 25곳의 담당교사들을 대상으로 설문과 면담조사를 시행하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 학교 오케스트라의 일반 운영 실태와 지역 연계 운영 실태를 점검하고 시사점을 모색하였다. 담당교사들은 지역과의 소통과 협조에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으나, 지도강사 채용이나 예산 지원, 교사연수 등의 프로그램 등에서 개선이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 지역 연계 운영 실태 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 탄탄한 인적 인프라 구축과 유동적인 예산 지원, 지속적이고 내실 있는 교사 연수의 제공 등을 통해 오케스트라의 정상적 운영을 지원해야 한다. 둘째, 소통적인 워크숍과 협의회의 개최, 교사 커뮤니티의 활성화, 악기관리지원팀 운영 등을 통한 심화된 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 학교의 상황과 지역적 특색에 맞는 오케스트라의 운영을 위하여 지역과의 네트워크를 바탕으로 한 다양한 활동 기회의 제공이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual status and problems of school orchestra’s connections with the community in Jeju, and to draw implications for the management of connections with the community. To this ends, questionnaires and interviews were conducted with 25 teachers from elementary school orchestras in Jeju. Based on the collected data, the general status of the school orchestra and the status of connections with the community were investigated and implications were drawn. The teachers were positively aware of connections with the community in school orchestra, but responded that improvement was needed in hiring training staffs, budget support, and teacher training programs. The findings had the following implications. First, it is necessary to support the normal operation of the orchestra by establishing a human infrastructure, supporting flexible budgets, and providing continuous and substantial teacher training. Second, in-depth support is needed through the holding of communicative workshops and councils, revitalization of the teacher community, and operation of a musical instrument management support team. Third, in order for each school orchestra to be run according to the situation of the school and regional characteristics, it is required to provide opportunities for various activities based on the network with the community.

즐거운 생활의 편제 및 운영에 대한 비판적 고찰 : 음악교과를 중심으로

본 연구는 초등학교 1~2학년 ‘즐거운 생활과’에 통합된 음악 교과 교육의 문제점을 분석하고자, 통합교육과정 편제와 구성을 중심으로 ‘즐거운 생활과’의 음악 교과 관련 목표와 내용을 비교 탐구하였다. 이를 위하여 유아 누리 교육과정, 초등 즐거운 생활과 교육과정, 초등 음악과 교육과정을 교과 목표와 학습 내용의 연계성과 체계성 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 저학년 음악 교과 교육은 음악교육의 고유한 심미적 교육 목표의 실현을 위해 독립 교과로 구성되어야 한다. 둘째, 초등학교 1~2학년 교육과정은 학생들의 발달 단계를 고려한 음악 교과 교육과정을 포함하여야 한다. 셋째, 학교급별 음악과 교육목표와 학습 수준을 연계하는 통합적인 교육과정 구성 및 내용 개편이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서, 초등학교 교육에서 음악교육의 궁극적 목적을 실현하기 위해서는 통합교육과정‘즐거운 생활과’로 부터 음악 교과를 분리하고, 독립 교과로서의 음악 교과가 학생들의 올바른 음악적 성장 발달의 기회가 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. This study aims to analyze the connection between the goals and learning contents of music education with music subjects, focusing on the organization and operation of the curriculum in the 'pleasant life' subject to explore the problems of music education in the integrated curriculum for the first and second graders in elementary school. The research used the literature analysis method to research the elementary school curriculum, the 'pleasant life' curriculum, and the 'Nuri curriculum' as a literature study. It analyzed the pleasant life, elementary school music, primary educational goals, and educational content, focusing on the connection and system. As a result of the study, the conclusions were as follows: First, music education for the lower grades of elementary school should be taught as an independent subject to realize the particular and fundamental aesthetic and educational goals of music education. Second, the curriculum for elementary school's first and second graders should develop and specify a music curriculum that reflects the characteristics of students' beginning stages and music department. Third, an integrated curriculum composition and learning content reorganization should be made considering the connection between the learning level of music and education at the school grade. Therefore, it is necessary to separate music subjects from the 'pleasant life' so that the ultimate purpose of music education can be realized in school education. So, music subjects as independent subjects can realize the goal of music education in the lower elementary school grades.
