연결 지향적 데이터 경로 서비스는 운영중인 데이터 경로에 문제가 생겼을 경우, 이의 인지와 변경을 제한된 시간 내에 끝내야 한다. 서비스 중인 데이터 경로에 이상이 있을 경우 계속해서 데이터 유실이 발생하기 때문에, 경로 서비스를 제공하는 데이터 스위칭 시스템은 문제의 경로를 신속하게 정상 경로로 전환해야 한다. 시스템의 신속한 경로 전환을 위해서는 문제 (이벤트)의 인지와 공유와 처리 과정이 신속하게 끝나야 한다. 본 논문에서는 테라비트 광-회선-패킷 통합 스위칭 시스템에서 시간결정성 높은 이벤트 공유를 위한 제어프로세서 사이의 메시징 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 서비스 실행 중에 이벤트 공유를 단순화하고 이벤트 데이터에 의한 시간 가변성을 최소화하여, 글로벌 이벤트 처리의 지연 시간을 줄이고 시간결정성을 향상시킨다. 경로 이벤트 처리에 제안한 방법을 사용할 때, 738개의 경로 전환에서 일반적인 방법보다 최대 40% 의 지연 시간 감소 효과가 있다. In connection-oriented data-transport services, data loss can occur when the service experiences a problem on its end-to-end path. To promptly resolve this problem, the data-switching systems providing the service should quickly modify their internal configurations distributed among different places in each system. This is performed through a sequence of problem (event) recognition, sharing, and handling procedures among multiple control processors in the system. This paper proposes a method for event sharing and messaging between control processors, to improve the time determinacy of event processing. This method simplifies runtime event sharing and minimizes the time variability caused by the event data, resulting in a decrease in the latency time in processing global events. The proposed method lessens the latency time of global event processing by about 40%, compared to general methods, for 738 internal path changes.
근대기록물 활용을 위한 로컬리티 기록화 전략 : 익산의 일제강점기 기록물을 중심으로

최근 근대문화유산 발굴과 활용에 전국의 지역자치단체가 활발히 움직이고 있다. 그 지역이 가지고 있는 자료를 체계적으로 수집하고 관리하고자 하는 목적도 있지만, 다른 한편으로는 지역문화콘텐츠 개발을 목적으로 하기 도 한다. 기록관리의 측면에서 로컬리티 기록화는 지역사 연구의 초석이 되는 과정으로 볼 수 있다. 특히 전북 익산시 는 최근에 근대역사문화 발굴을 위한 작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 익산이 가진 근대기록물의 체계적인 수집, 관 리, 활용을 위한 로컬리티 기록화 전략을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 익산시의 기록물 수집 전략과 앞으로 방향성에 대해 제안하였다. Local governments across the country are actively moving to discover and utilize modern cultural heritage. The purpose of the project is to systematically collect and manage the data held in the area, but on the other hand, it is also aimed at developing local cultural contents. In terms of record management, localization can be seen as a fundamental process of research in local history. In particular, Iksan, North Jeolla Province, is currently working on a project to discover modern historical culture. This study drew up a locality recording strategy for the systematic collection, management and utilization of the modern records held by Iksan. In doing so, the government proposed a strategy to collect records from Iksan and its future direction.

In connection-oriented data transport services, data loss can occur when a service experiences a problem in its end-to-end path. To resolve the problem promptly, the data transport systems providing the service must quickly modify their internal configurations, which are distributed among different locations within each system. The configurations are modified through a series of problem (event) handling procedures, which are carried out by multiple control processors in the system. This paper proposes a provisioning-to-signaling method for inter-control-processor messaging to improve the time efficiency of event processing. This method simplifies the sharing of the runtime event, and minimizes the time variability caused by the amount of event data, which results in a decrease in the latency time and an increase in the time determinacy when processing global events. The proposed method was tested for an event that required 4,000 internal path changes, and was found to lessen the latency time of global event processing by about 50% compared with the time required for general methods to do the same; in addition, it reduced the impact of the event data on the event processing time to about 30%.

Optical disaggregation enables the separation of computing resources such as CPU, memory, accelerators, and storage at the hardware level and connects them via optical networks, enabling the flexible and dynamic configuration of data center computing environments. This paper proposes a method for reducing the data access latency of remote resources by adding mirroring functionality to CPU modules. By mirroring the data of remote resources, the fragmentation of data is minimized, and the additional latency caused by distance extension and optical-electrical conversion is minimized.
졸음운전의 자동 검출 및 각성 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Driving is a complex vigilance task that includes improper lookout, excessive speed and inattention. The primary objective of this research is to detect driver drowsiness so that the driver can be alerted to an impending traffic accident in performance. We developed the automatic detection and warning system during drowsy driving. A drowsiness detection system must be able to monitor driver status and detect the detrimental changes of a driver performance. Eyeblink has been found to be a reliable factor of drowsiness detection in earlier studies. As an additional parameter, we also considered the yawning which often occurs in a low vigilance state and predicts the drowsy state. We used a computer vision method to extract the eyeblink and yawning in the face image sequences. When the drowsy state was detected, the driver was refreshed by alarming device and menthol scent generator after deciding the warning level by fuzzy logic. For the evaluation of our system, we measured the physiological parameters such as EOG and EEG. The results indicated that it is possible to detect and alert the driver drowsiness temporarily or continuously by using our system.

In this study, we measured the driver's drowsiness quantitively which is the one of the driver's low vigilance states. We used a computer vision method to detect the driver's drowsiness<br/> from frontal facial image. For the measurement parameters of drowsiness detection, we considered the eye blink duration and yawning duration in a normal and drowsy state. We also<br/> measured the movements of a driver's head and shoulders to identify a cause of driver's drowsiness in the highway and street. From the results, We concluded that the eye blink duration<br/> was more useful factor than eye blink number for drowsiness detection and also confirmed that<br/> the driver's monotonous movement might be one of the reasons for drowsiness.<br/>
