        프랑스 병역제도와 정신전력 발전사 연구

        한나라의 흥망성쇠를 좌우하는 여러 가지 요인들 가운데서 그 나라 국민들의 정신자세 내지 가치관보다 더 결정적인 힘을 가진 것은 없다. 국가에 대한 애국심을 가지고 위국헌신을 최대의 가치관으로 삼아 국가위기시에 목숨을 바쳐 싸우면 반드시 승리한다는 것을 역사는 증명해 주고 있다. 북한의 핵위협이 상존하고 있는 가운데 성실하게 병역의 의무를 수행하도록 하고 국민전체의 애국심 고취와 강력한 군의 정신전력을 지속적으로 유지해 나가는 것은 국가의 안보대비태세 면에서 대단히 중요하다. 따라서 우리의 제도개선에 교훈적인 세계역사상 최초로 징병제를 도입한 프랑스의 병역제도와 정신전력 발전사에 대한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 프랑스 혁명당시 발미Valmy)지역에서 프러시아 · 오스트리아 왕조 동맹군과의 전투에서 프랑스 시민혁명군의 전승요인으로부터 시민혁명을 성공적으로 완성한 후에 그 승리의 정신을 계승해 나오면서 UN 안보상임이사국, 핵보유국, 외교 및 군사강대국이 되도록 한 신 · 구 병역제도와 국민전체의 애국심 고취와 군의 가치관 확립 및 정신교육체계의 발전사를 연구하여 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 발미(Valmy)전투 전승요인, 구병역제도의 발전사 및 주요내용, 신모병제도, 국민전체의 애국심 고취방안, 군의 가치관, 지휘통솔과 정신전력 관계 등을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구범위는 발미(Valmy)전투로부터 오늘에 이르기까지의 신 · 구병역제도, 애국심 및 정신전력체계 발전까지로 하였다. 본 연구방법은 2006년도 국방부 정책연구보고서 〈프랑스 국방개혁 2015분석〉연구자료 수집을 하기 위해 프랑스를 방문하고 국방부본부, 행정총본부, 국방부공보보도국 등의 실무자를 방문면담하고 수집한 관련 자료들을 중점적으로 활용하였으며, 추가적인 자료들은 최근에 발행된 2008, 2013년도 국방 및 안보백서와 인터넷 자료들을 연구 분석하였다 이러한 연구는 핵무기실험과 잠수함발사미사일(SLBM) 발사실험을 끊임없이 시도하고 있는 등 북한의 도발위협이 증대되고 있는 가운데, 전 국민의 국가에 대한 애국심 고취 및 전 장병들의 정신전력을 강화하는 차원에서 세계에서 유일무이하게 현존하는 적과 대치상태에 있는 우리 안보를 위한 대비태세 강화에 값진 의미를 줄 것이다. There are some factors which influenced over one nation`s vicissitude, but the spirit state of the people and the conception of value were the most powerful determinant. The history verifies that if the people of a nation fight against an enemy upholding patriotism as the greatest value of serving their nation in crisis, they win without fail. In South Korea where threat of north korean nuclear arms still exists, the continual cultivation and establishment of people`s devotion to their nation through military service and the military value system are very important to national security. Therefore, the country will benefit from studying the development of french military that adopted conscription system first in history and the development process of their moral strength. The objective of this study is to take good lessons by analyzing: the victory factors of the french revolutionary force at the Valmy battle against the coalition force of Prussia and Austria; the old and new french military system that inherited the spirit of valor from the french revolution which made France as a standing member of UN security council, a nuclear power, and a country with great diplomatic and military power; and the development process of inspiring people`s patriotism, establishment of military value system, and their moral strength. The subject of this study are the victory factors of the Valmy battle, the development history and the important contents of old military service system, the new recruitment system, the plan to inspire people"s patriotism, the value system of military, and the relation between leadership and moral strength. The scope of this research is from the time of the Valmy battle to the old-new military service system and the development of patriotism and moral strength up to this day. This study used「The Reform of French Military in 2015」 published in 2006 as the reference material, which was collected by the interviews with relevant french government officers. In addition, it used the 2008, 2013 Defense White Paper and other reference materials on the Web. This study will provide a significant lesson to South Korea where threat of provocation still exists, if not increasing, by North Korea`s tests of firing of SLBMs and its nuclear weapons, in a sense that development and the preparation of national defense by strengthening the patriotism of the people and the moral strength of soldiers are the keys to national security.

      • 급속한 성토시 비선형 해석을 통한 연약지반의 안전성 검토

        In this paper, nonlinear elasto-plastic analysis was performed to investigate the stability of the rapid embankment under undrained condition. The commercial code ABAQUS/Standard was used in the study. Resonant Column test (RC test) results and Ramberg-Osgood model were utilized to simulate the nonlinear behavior of soft clay. Ramgerg-Osgood model was tested whether it simulates the nonlinear behavior of the soil properly in first. Then the analysis result was compared with the previous research results. It was found that the Ramberg-Osgood model matched well with the soil behavior of soft clay in the rapid embankment under undrained condition.

      • 폐광지역을 통화하는 철도터널의 안정성 검토에 관한 연구

        Several possibilities on the stability analysis of the railroad tunnels passing through the abandoned mining area are considered in this paper. Previous works on the influence zone due to cavities are investigated to study the effect of the safety deterioration near the cavities which are normally unknown to the engineers. Additional works on the numerical analysis of the influential zone are also performed in 3-D space. The praximity of railroad tunnel and unexpected cavities is critical to influence the stability of railroad tunnel under construction. Futhermore, the study on the influence of underground condition like joint and faults should be significantly controlled under both design and construction stage.

      • 흙막이 掘鑿工事의 히빙에 관한 硏究

        we analyze this Heating phenomenon(When we excavate week lace. of clay, he weight of soil layer of the opposit excavation is larger than ultimate bearing capacity of the downside of the excavation surfaces. So, the soil of layer's is slid, and the bottom of the excavation is inflated. We called it Heaving, examine stability by FDM(Finite Difference Method) and presented method before(We setup a typical section), and work out a countermeasure to prevent Heaving through this study. 'Terzaghi & Peck' and 'Bjerrum & Eide' is presented 1.5 for stability rate, And 'Kookuzoonsik(modified of Tschebotarioff's method)'and 'Soojungsik(remodified of Tschebotarioff's method)'is presented 1.2 far stability rate. Heaving interpretation of FDM has a point of excellence in confirmation of stability rate and can pursue forms and size of displacement by load increases. (reference fig 2-7, fig 3-7) In the result this interpretation, it needs 1.5 of stability rate to keep linear proportion reference of increase of displacement by load increases with vector. It needs a method of constructions to increase penetration depth of pile in Brace-cut and a method of construction to improve weak soil more stronger to prevent Heaving. So we write it down on this pages. But this stability examination, one of the numerica] approach method, must measure in the field for certified firmness(Because they may against the actual conditions). In the case, there are difference the numerical results from the fields, they must be designed for proper.

      • 招高壓噴射 注入工法(R.J.P)에 依한 地盤改良效果에 關한 硏究

        The Grouting methods have been used for cut off ground water flow and for ground improvement. The methods are classified by injection pressure and grouting agents. High-pressure jet grouting method has been executed for the purpose of reinforcement of foundation. Drilling equipments when used for NX sampling of replaced mass by R.J.P(Rodin Jet Pile) and pile test were carried out. The strength of improved ground by jet grouting method R.J.P(Rodin Jet Pile) is increasing grain-size of soil in-site.
