The purpose of this study was to develop and implement the community of generations education program, and to verify the effects of the program through changes in the attitudes of children and older people toward each other. The community of generations education program was consisted of 8 modules involving 20 children in a nursery and 22 older people in an elder college. To verify the effects of the program, we measured the participators' attitudes toward each other before, after, and 100 days after the program using the 8-item semantic differentials. The results were as follows : ① The children's attitudes toward older people were more positive than the older people's attitudes toward children were in the pre-test, while the older people's were more positive than the children's in the post-test. In the delayed test, the two groups' attitudes toward each other changed more similar than in the pre-test and post-test. ② The children's attitudes in the post-test changed more positive than those in the post-test. ③ The older people's attitudes in the post-test changed showed between both more positive than those in the pre-test and those in the post-test changed more positive than those in the delayed test. Consequently, I proved that the community of generations education program is effective in improving their attitudes toward each other. 본 연구의 목적은 아동과 노인들이 함께 참여하는 세대 공동체 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 현장에 적용하고, 아동과 노인의 서로에 대한 태도 변화를 통하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 노인대학 학생 22명과 어린이집 원아 20명을 대상으로 본 연구에서 개발한 8주차의 세대공동체 교육 프로그램을 적용한 후, 사전-사후-지연 시 서로에 대한 태도를 측정하였다. 각 태도는 Sanders 등(1984)을 참고로 연구자가 개발한 8개 문항의 의미분화척도로 측정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 전반적으로 사전검사에서는 아동이 노인을 더 긍정적으로 생각하였고, 사후검사에서는 노인이 아동을 더 긍정적으로 생각하였으며, 지연검사에서는 두 집단의 태도가 서로 더 유사하게 변화된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 노인에 대한 태도에서는 사전-사후검사 간에서만 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 아동에 대한 태도에서는 사전-사후와 사전-지연에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 본 세대공동체 교육 프로그램이 서로에 대한 태도 개선에 효과가 있음이 입증되었다.

This study intends to analyze in phases how variables like health care institutions' relationship marketing activities, customer participation and confidence can contribute to the ultimate end of commitment and relationship performance. in the process of medical tourism institutions' development of relationship performances This study will investigate differences in the customer participation behavior between Chinese and Japanese medical tourists as well. The positive analysis result of the total 346 of those surveyed is summarized as follows. The result of chi-square analyzed by difference of customer participation behavior according to the respondents' general features is as follows. As for Chinese medical tourists, male participation level (64.40%) is higher than female one(53.20%) and the age bracket in their teens, thirties, and fifties showed high client participation. In comparison As for Japanese medical tourists, 42.10% male and 65.10% female out of those surveyed regarding client participation behavior said yes (will participate) and the age bracket in their twenties, forties, and thirties had high client participation level in order.
호텔종사원이 경험한 고객무례행동이 정서적 고갈과 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of experienced customer incivility on emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior, as well as the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion, by targeting hotel industry. Research design, data, methodology : Online questionnaires were conducted for hotel industry workers in Seoul, and 292 total valid samples were used for analysis. For the empirical analysis, simple, multiple, hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Results : The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that experienced customer incivility behavior has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior. Second, emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on counterproductive work behavior. Third, it has been found that the emotional exhaustion mediating effects between experienced customer incivility behavior and counterproductive work behavior. Conclusions : The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in hotel industry which emphasizes the importance of experienced customer incivility behavior, emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between communication and innovation behavior, and to determine the mediating role of organizational trust on innovation behavior. We find that both formal and informal communication have a positive effect on organizational trust. Hypothesis 3, formal communication is not significant in its relationship with innovation behavior. On the other hand, informal communication has a positive effect on the relationship with innovation behavior. Hypothesis 5, rejected. Hypothesis 6, which tested the mediating effect of organizational trust, was found to have a mediating effect. This study confirmed various issues and drew implications based on the type of communication.
