        1RM 적용에 따른 강도별 웨이트트레이닝 운동이 혈역학 반응과 심근 부담율에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of weight exercise on physiological response according to weight by comparing the hemodynamic response and rate pressure product (RPP) according to weight exercise of each area at 60% and 80% of 1RM. Treadmill and 1RM tests were conducted in healthy 20’s men. Also, the ratio of bench press (BP), deadlift (DL), military press (MP), squat (SQ), and behind press (BNP) at 6 0 and 80% of 1RM according to HR, SBP, RPP, MRPP was measured. At 60% o f 1RM in HR, DL, MP, SQ, and BNP were significantly higher than BP (p<.001, p<.01, p<.001), and SQ was significantly higher than MP(p<.05). In SBP, DL was significantly higher than BP and MP(p<.01, p<.05), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01). In RPP, BP was significantly lower than DL, SQ, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.05), and DL was significantly higher than MP(p<.001). SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.05). In the ratio to MRPP reach, DL was significantly higher than BP(p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01). At 80% of 1RM in HR, B P was significantly lower than D L, M P, SQ, a nd BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.001, p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BNP(p<.05). In SBP, DL and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, BNP(p<.001). In RPP, DL was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01), and SQ was sigficantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001). At MRPP reach ratio, DL was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.01, p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001). In conclusion, when applying 60% and 80% of 1RM of each weight exercise, RPP was clealy increased according to high blood pressure response in DL and SQ, and there was lower heart rate compared with other exercise type in BP. The safe exercise prescription should be necessary when applying weight exercise for patients who need cautions of weight exercise.

        주니어 엘리트 보디빌더의 비훈련기와 훈련기의 심혈관 요인 및 심장구조와 기능에 관한 연구

        Thepurpose of this study was to investigate cardiovascular factors and heart structure and functions among junior elite bodybuilders during training and non-trainingperiods. A group of junior elite bodybuilders aged 20 or younger was examined when a non-training period was over and right before a competition after three months of training. The findings were as follows: 1. As for changes to the cardiovascular factors, the subjects experienced a significant decrease or increase in body weight(p<.001), BMI(p<.01), fat(p<.01), WHR(p<.01), RDBP(p<.05), and VO2max(p<.05) during a trainingperiod right before a competition compared to a non-trainingperiod, thus undergoingpositive reactions in the cardiovascular factors. 2. As for the heart structure and functions, the subjects showed a significant increase in LVIDd(p<.05) and LVIDd-index(p<.01), IVSd(p<.05) and IVSd-index(p<.05), LVmass(p<.05) and LVmass-index(p<.05), SV-index(p<.05), and LVEF(p<.05), LVEF-index(p<.01) during a trainingperiod right before a competition compared to a non-trainingperiod. Thus training seems to affect the shape and functions of the heart muscles. The findings indicate that junior elite bodybuilders experience an improvement, change, or enhancement to their cardiovascular factors and heart structure and functions during a training period rather than a non-training period.

        한국 보디빌더선수의 체표면적에 따른 심장구조와 기능 및 심혈관 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine Korean bodybuilder's structure and function of the heart and cardiovascular factors according to his body surface area(BSA). With regard to the structure of the heart, bodybuilders' LVID(p<.01), LVPWd(p<.01), IVSd(p<.001), LVEDV(p<.01), and LVM(p<.001) were significantly larger than those of the control group. In addition, only LVEDV(p<.05) and LVM(p<.001) were significantly larger according to figures calculated using BSA. As for the function of the heart, no significant changes were detected in EF, FS, CO, CO/S, SV/S, E, A, and E/A. Significant changes were detected only in SV(p<.01) and DT(p<.05). Bodybuilders and the control group showed no significant differences in RHR, RSBP, RDBP, MSBP, MDBP, Time, and VO2max except MHR(p<.05)in cardiovascular factors. In conclusion, according to figures calculated using BSA, Korean bodybuilders' hearts had significantly larger LVEDV and LVM according to figures calculated using BSA with normal cardiac function and similar cardiopulmonary fitness, compared with those of the control group. Therefore, it is recommended that bodybuilders do aerobic exercise as well as body building exercise.

        핸드볼 선수를 대상으로 K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝 운동 시 근활성 및 운동 능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 핸드볼 선수들을 대상으로 6주간 K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝이 운동 능력(민첩성, 근력, 유연성, 평형성)과 좌우 근활성도 변화를 관찰한 후 신체 균형과 체력 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 20대의 핸드볼 선수로써 건강에 이상이 없으며, K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝 접해보지 않은 자로 선정하였다. 연구 대상자는 총 8명으로 K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝 4명(KG), 자율 웨이트트레이닝 4명(FG)으로 두 그룹으로 나누어 실험을 진행하였으며, 실험 항목은 체전굴, 눈 감고 외발서기, 봉 반응 검사, 사이드 스탭, 윗몸 일으키기, 팔 굽혀펴기의 운동 능력 측정과 근전도 검사기기를 이용하여 좌우 근활성도를 측정하였다. K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝 운동 방법은 Dead lift, Bent over row, Squat, Military press, Behind neck press 순으로 운동 하였으며, 50~60분 동안 운동을 실시하게 하였다. 그 결과 사전, 사후로 측정한 운동 능력에서는 KG 그룹에서 체전굴, 눈 감고 외발서기, 팔 굽혀펴기에서 유의한 차이의 향상을 확인 할 수 있었으며, FG 그룹에서는 유의한 차이는 확인할 수 없었다. 근전도 검사를 통해 좌우 주동근의 근활성화 비대칭 지수를 관찰한 결과 모든 운동 동작에서 KG 그룹이 좌우 주동근이 균형 있게 사용되는 경향이 관찰되었으나, 두 그룹 모두 유의한 차이는 확인할 수 없었다. 따라서, K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝이 핸드볼 선수들의 운동 능력 향상에 기여하며, 눈 감고 외발서기의 경우 낮은 수준의 왼발이 증가됨이 확인되어 신체 균형에도 효과가 있는 것으로 확인된다. 또한 유의한 차이는 없었지만 주동근의 활성도가 FG 그룹 보다 KG 그룹의 수치가 안정적인 것을 고려하였을 때 장기간 K-Bar 웨이트트레이닝을 실시한다며 긍정적인 결과 나타날 것으로 사료된다. This study shows that for 6 weeks, the K-Bar weight training has an influence on the ability to exercise (dexterity, strength, flexibility, balance of balance) and the ability to improve physical balance and physical fitness levels. The target of study is a handball player in his 20s who is not affected by health problems and has never been selected for K-Bar weight training. The study participants were divided into eight workers who operated two groups, one for measuring the K-Bar sit-up weight training, and the other for automatic weight training, and conducted an examination using the left - and right hand oyster, an eye examination and an examination for the reaction of an exercise device. The K-Bar weight training exercises were done in order of Dead lift, Bent over row, Squat, Military press, Behind neck press and carried out for 50-60 minutes. As a result, it was possible to see a significant improvement in the athletic ability measured before and after this event in KG group, and no significant difference in the exercise oyster, unicorn or push-ups in FG group was noted. The asymmetry index of activation in agonist of left and right was shown result in electromyography. KG group observed a tendency for the left and the right muscles to be used in all movements of the exercise, however, no significant difference was found between them. Therefore, K-Bar weight training contributes to the improvement of handball players athletic performance, and the lower left foot increase in the level of the snow and unicorn has been confirmed to be effective in physical balance. It may also result in a positive result, considering that the activation of the main muscles is more stable than the FG group, with the long-term K-Bar weight training.

        보디빌더의 체중과 스포츠 컨디션의 관련성

        본 연구의 목적은 ‘보디빌더의 체중과 스포츠 컨디션은 관련이 있을 것이다.’라는 연구가설을 확인하는 데에 있다. 대학보디빌더 1인을 대상으로 2014년 11월 26일부터 2015년 6월 21일까지(약 7개월) 총 208개의 체중과 스포츠 컨디션 자료를 수집하였다. 대상자의 체중과 스포츠 컨디션의 관련성을 확인하기 위해 스포츠 컨디션이 나쁠 때와 좋을 때의 평균 체중비교, 스포츠 컨디션에 따른 평균 체중의 변화를 추적하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 스포츠 컨디션이 좋을 때의 평균 체중(78.7kg)은 스포츠 컨디션이 나쁠 때의 평균 체중(79.4kg)은 보다 0.7kg 낮았다. 둘째, 스포츠 컨디션이 1(완전히 나쁘다)일 때 평균 체중은 80.4kg, 2(나쁘다)일 때 평균 체중은 79.4kg, 3(나쁜 편)일 때 평균 체중은 78.3kg, 4(보통이다)일 때 평균 체중은 79.8kg, 5(좋은 편) 일 때 평균 체중은 79.0kg, 6(좋다)일 때 평균 체중은 78.9kg, 마지막으로 7(매우 좋다)일 때 평균 체중은 78.1kg이었으며, 추세선은 스포츠 컨디션이 좋아짐에 따라 평균 체중은 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 스포츠 컨디션이 좋으면 체중은 감소한다고 해석할 수 있다. 나아가 향후 연구에서는 대상자가 병행한 식이조절과 운동, 참여 시작 시점, 신체질량지수, 체중 감량 시기, 심리 및 사회적 변인 그리고 스포츠 컨디션 하위요인의 영향력 등을 고려할 필요가 있다. The purpose of current study is to identify a hypothesis that bodybuilder’s weight will related to sport condition. A bodybuilder participated in the research from November 26, 2014 to June 21, 2015. Raw data, weight and sport condition, was collected total 208. Average weight was compared by bad or good sport condition, and traced by scale of sport condition. First, average weight 79.4kg in bad sport condition was higher than 78.7kg in good sport condition. The difference between them was 0.7kg. Second, it was as in the following: 1(worst) sport condition, 80,4kg, 2 sport condition(worse) 79.4,kg, 3 sport condition 78.3kg(bad), 4(so so) sport condition 79.8kg, 5(good) sport condition 79.0kg, 6(better) sport condition 78.9kg, and 7(best) sport condition 78.1kg that was, average weight lost by improving sport condition. The findings were understood as weight loss may improve sport condition. Also, researcher need to consider weight control method and period, BMI(Body Mass Index) at staring point, psychosocial factor and effect of sub factor of sport condition for future research.

        비만 노인 여성의 신체활동에 따른 삶의 질과 주관적 건강상태 및 의료비의 차이

        본 연구는 비만 노인 여성을 대상으로 신체활동 참여에 따른 삶의 질, 주관적 건강상태 및 의료비 차이를 파악하여 신체활동 중재의 효과를 토대로 노년기의 일상생활능력의 독립성과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국의료패널 2017년 자료를 활용하여 비만 노인 여성 731명을 대상으로 신체활동 참여에 따른 삶의 질과 주관적 건강상태 및 의료비의 차이를 알아보기 위해 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 신체활동에 따른 삶의 질은 운동능력(p = .001), 자기관리(p = .001), 일상활동(p = .001), 통증/불편(p = .003), 불안/우울(p = .003)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 신체활동에 따른 주관적 건강상태(p = .001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p = .001). 셋째, 신체활동에 따른 의료비는 약제비(p = .003), 수납금액(p = .001), 총진료비(p = .001), 개인의료비지출(p = .001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 신체활동의 참여는 비만 노인 여성의 삶의 질과 주관적 건강상태 및 의료비에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 비만 노인 여성의 신체활동 참여의 필요성을 시사한다. 따라서 비만 노인 여성의 규칙적인 신체활동참여를 유도할 수 있는 다양한 중재 프로그램에 제공이 필요하다고 판단된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of life, subjective health conditions, and medical expenses of obese elderly women according to their participation in physical activities to provide base material for an enhanced quality of life in old age grounded upon the effects of physical activity intervention. Methods: Using data from the Korean Medical Panel, 731 obese elderly women, selected out of a total of 17,184 subjects, were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and post hoc tests to observe differences in quality of life, subjective health conditions, and medical expenses according to physical activity levels. Results: The results of this study showed statistically significant differences among groups of obese elderly women in quality of life (motor skills, self-management, daily life, pain/discomfort, anxiety/depression), subjective health conditions, and medical expenses (medicine costs, total treatment costs, and personal medical costs) according to physical activity levels. Conclusion: The above results showed that physical activity participation has a positive effect on the quality of life, subjective health conditions, and medical expenses of obese elderly women. These research results indicate the need for obese elderly women to participate in physical activities and various intervention programs should be provided to induce obese elderly women to regularly participate in physical activities.

        중년남성의 운동유형의 적응이 좌심실 구조와 기능 및 심폐체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of exercise type adaptation of middle-aged males on left ventricle structure and function and cardiopulmonary fitness. The subjects of this study were 48 males classified into four groups bodybuiding(A, n=12), marathon(B, n=12), cycling(C, n=12), control(D, n=12). The results of echocardiography showed that LVIDd was C>B>D/C>A(p<.001) and LVIDd/S was C>A, D(p<.001). IVSd was C>A, B, D(p<.001), and IVSd/S was revealed to be C>A, D(p<.01). LVPWd was B, C>D(p<.01), and LVPWd/S was revealed to be C>D(p<.05). LVEDV and LVEDV/S were shown to be the same (C>B, A, D/B>D)(p<.001). LVM was C>A, B>D(p<.001) and LVM/S was C>B>A>D(p<.001). SV was C>B>D/C>A, and SV/S was C>A, B, D/B>D(p<.001). Both CO and CO/S were shown to be C>D(p<.05), and there was no difference in EF. SRPP was B>A. D/C>D(p<.001) and Time was B,C>A>D(p<.001). VO2max was B>C>D/B>A(p<.001). Conclusively, cycling enlarged the eccentric and concentric changes in heart most and improved cardiac functions partially, and marathon showed partial eccentric changes. In cardiopulmonary fitness, marathon was revealed to be most favorable, but bodybuilding showed no significant difference when compared to that of ordinary people.

        한랭 환경에서 운동 전 카페인 섭취가 신경-내분비축 분비와 혈중 FFA 수준에 미치는 효과

        The influence of caffeine on the neuro-endocrine axis and lipolysis responses to mild exercise in a cold environment was studied in eight healthy males (age, 20.1±0.4 yrs; height 175.4±2.4 ㎝; weight, 73.5±9.0; VO₂max, 42.4±4.2 ml/㎏/min). The subjects exercised (30 min of treadmill at 60% VO₂max in a cold environment, temperature, 5.9±0.2℃, relative humidity, 54.0±1.4%) after ingesting caffeine (6㎎/㎏, CAFF) and non-caffeine (CON). The study resulted in an increased plasma epinephrine, norepinephrine in CON and CAFF within groups (PRE vs. POST, p<.05). However, there was no significant difference in plasma catecholamines compared with the CON trial. Responses to the CAFF after exercise had significantly higher plasma cortisol and circulating free fatty acids levels compared with the CON trial(p<.05). Thus, a combination of caffeine and a cold environment stimulate the neuro-endocrine axis and increas lipid metabolism. The accelerated mobilization and oxidation of lipids with caffeine and a cold environment may support the role for non-shivering thermogenesis in humans.
