Ogchugyeong is a bible of taoim. Hwaogchugyeong in Korea is a book to be flowed into China at 17 century. Hwaogchugyeong have content with byeonsang(pictures) and sayings. The Book(Hwaogchugyeong) printing as the first edition in Choseon Dynasty contain omissional pages. The second edition by Song Mongsam and Seo Duchu added two pages with a picture and a saying. But untill 2003, the revision omits to do the source book. A beginning for this study make me fulfill the part of omissional pages. As the result, I discovered 480 syllables in the revision. Moreover, Hwaogchugyeong is not the book of taoism bibles in China, by my research for 5 years.

이 글은 옥추경을 연구하기 위한 기초적인 작업의 소산이다. 옥추경은 도교의 기본적인 책의 하나이다. 옥추경은 조선조 관리 시험 과목이기도 했다. 옥추경이 이와 같이 중요한 경책이면서도 책의 체계나 내용에 대하여 연구가 거의 없다. 더구나 책의 일부 내용이 빠져 있으나 아직까지 보강되지 못했다. 이런 점들을 연구한 것이 이 글이다. This essay is a element work for a introduction to Ogchugyeong. Ogchugyeong is a book of taoism in Korea shamanism. It was subjects for a examination in Joscon dynasty. But this study has not been worked for its system and contents. Ogchugyeong is a text to be mistaken on contents. This essay is a result from a study on this items.

Venture capitalists (VCs) play an important role in finding and growing innovative venture companies with high growth potential but high risk. Venture capital investment does not depend on the system, unlike the investment for listed companies. Korea's venture capital industry has entered a period of growth, but lack of data has led to a lack of research on venture capital. Based on this background, this study attempts to analyze various factors affecting investment decision criteria of Korea VCs. In this study, I examined the major factors that VCs consider in decision making of investment through literature review, and I have drawn the research question accordingly. I will focus on the characteristics of founders, products / services, markets, financials, and networks that scholars share common investment decision criteria in Korean VCs. For the purpose of this study, the data were collected through the questionnaire surveyed by investment vetters working in current venture capital and analyzed using AHP analysis. Through this study, I tried to understand the Korean venture capital which has been poorly studied and what criteria and priorities Korean VCs make investment decisions in the Korean venture investment environment. The results of this research will contribute to the vitalization of venture investment, which is important for the upbringing of companies, by providing guidelines for establishing investment attraction strategies of venture companies. 벤처캐피탈리스트(VCs)는 높은 성장 잠재력을 가지고 있으나 위험도(risk)가 높은 가진 혁신적인 벤처기업을 발굴하고 성장시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 벤처기업의 투자는 상장기업 투자와는 달리 시스템에 의존하지 않고 벤처캐피탈에 소속된 VCs 개인의 의사결정에 따라 투자가 결정된다. 한국의 벤처캐피탈 산업은 성장기에 진입하였으나 데이터의 부족으로 벤처캐피탈에 관한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 한국 VCs,의 투자 의사결정 기준에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 VCs가 투자 의사결정시 고려하는 주요 요인들을 선행 연구하여 검토하고 이에 따라 연구 질문을 도출하였다. 한국 VCs의 투자 의사결정기준을 학자들이 공통으로 제시하는 창업자, 제품/서비스, 시장, 재무, 네트워크 특성을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 이 연구를 위해 현직 벤처캐피탈에 근무하고 있는 투자심사역을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 AHP분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 그 간에 연구가 부진했던 한국 벤처캐피탈의 이해와 더불어 한국의 벤처투자환경에서 한국의 VCs가 어떤 기준과 우선순위로 투자 의사결정을 하며 그 기준에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지에 대해 이해하고자 하였다. 본 연구 투자의 결과는 벤처기업의 투자유치전략 수립에 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 기업육성에 중요한 벤처투자의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 본다.
