A survey of virus infection in garlic plants cultivated in Korea was conducted for three years. Most virusinfected garlic plants (Allium sativum) showed typical symptoms on the leaves such as yellow mosaic, stripes, and distortion. Through immunosorbent electron microscopy and RT-PCR analysis, the complex mixtures of viruses including garlic viruses of the genus Allexivirus, garlic strain of Leek yellow stripe virus of the genus Potyvirus, and Garlic latent virus of the genus Carlavirus were identified in the virus-infected garlic plants. Among these viruses, Allexivirus was the most frequently detected in the regions surveyed. Using sets of differential primers for Allexivirus genomes, two members of the genus were amplified and sequenced from the purified viruses. The deduced amino acid sequences for the coat proteins and the nucleic acid binding proteins of two viruses showed high homologies to Garlic virus A (GarV-A) and Garlic virus D (GarV-D) of Allexivirus. This is the first report of GarV-A and GarV-D in Korea. This suggests that Allexivirus in garlic plants in Korea was mixed and varied. Phylogenetic analyses showed that the genus Allexivirus was diversified by the processes of accumulation and evolution of viruses in garlic plants due to the long period of repeated vegetative propagation.
예비초등교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험을 통한 교육적 신념과 교사역량 탐색

이 연구의 목적은 예비초등교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험을 통한 교육적 신념과 형성된 교사역량을 총체적으 로 분석하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 체육·예술 교육기부 거점대학의 지원으로 대학생 동아리 교육기부 에 참여한 C교육대학교 예비초등교사 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 연구방법으로는 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 과정에서 수집된 심층면담의 자료와 문서자료를 바탕으로 Spradley(1980)의 영역분석과 분류분석을 수행하 였다. 또한 자료의 수집과 분석과정에서 연구의 진실성과 윤리성을 높이기 위하여 Patton(2002)이 제시한 다각도 접근법(triangulation)과 연구 참여자의 검토(member check)가 이루어졌다. 이 연구 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비초등교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험을 통한 교육적 신념은 ‘지도에 대한 신념’, ‘학생 에 대한 신념’, ‘교사로의 신념’, ‘봉사에 대한 신념’이었다. 둘째, 예비초등교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험을 통해 형성된 교사역량은 ‘교육기부 프로그램 설계와 개발’, ‘학습자와의 상호작용’, ‘실기 지도능력’, ‘창의적 수업능 력’으로 분석되었다. 이는 예비초등교사가 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험을 통해 발견하고 형성된 자신의 교육적 신 념과 교육기부 과정에서 함양된 교사의 역량이었다. The purpose of this study was to holistically analyze pre-service elementary school teachers’ educational beliefs and teacher competencies formed through their participating experience in educational donation to physical education activities. For this purpose, this study selected 8 pre-service elementary school teachers registered in C University of Education who had participated in educational donation in their university clubs with the support of hub universities for physical education and art education donation as research participants. Qualitative research was conducted as research method. Spradley’s (1980) domain analysis and classification analysis were conducted based on in-depth interviews and document data collected during the process of research. In addition, in order to enhance the veracity and ethical standard of data collection and analysis process, triangulation approach proposed by Patton (2002) was employed and research participant checks were performed. The results drawn out from this study are as follows; First, pre-service elementary school teachers’ educational beliefs through their participating experience in educational donation to physical education activities were ‘Belief in instruction’, ‘Belief in students, ‘Belief as teachers’ and ‘Belief in dedicated service’. Second, pre-service elementary school teachers’ teacher competencies formed through their participating experience in educational donation to physical education activities were analyzed to be 'Design and development of educational donation programs', 'Interaction with learners', 'Ability to teach practical skills' and 'Creative teaching ability', which are teacher competencies developed both by their educational beliefs discovered and formed through their participating experience in educational donation to physical education activities and in the process of the educational donation.
운동 중 듣는 클래식 음악의 템포가 초등학생의 심리적 변인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of classical tempo on elementary students' psychological variables during treadmill exercise. The subjects of this study who were sampled 90 elementary school students in Chuncheon province using a purposive sampling method. Data were collected through the questionnaire based on McAuley & Courneya(1994)'s Mood Scale. One-way covariate analysis was conducted and used for the analysis of collected data. It may be concluded that the classical music tempo resulted in the positive change of elementary students. 본 연구의 목적은 운동 중 듣는 클래식음악의 템포가 초등학생의 심리적 변인에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 초등학생들을 대상으로 해서 실험을 한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, slow tampo 집단이 긍정적행복감 수준이 가장 높았으며 fast tampo, no music 순으로 긍정적 행복감이 높았다. 둘째, 음악템포에 따라 의기소침함 수준에는 차이가 없다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 음악템포에 따른 피로감 차이는 없게 나타났고, 단지 음악 감상 유무에 따라 피로감 수준에 차이가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
초등학교 농구선수들의 동기유발적 혼잣말 훈련이 자기효능감과 운동수행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the current study was to examine the effects of motivational self-talk on self-efficacy and performance. Participants were 40 elementary school basketball players (mean age 12.24, SD 0.87 years). The experiment was complete in five sessions. In the first session, participants performed a shooting task, Subsequently, they were divided into an experimental and a control group. Both groups followed the same training protocol for three session, participants repeated the shooting task, with participants in the experimental group by time interactions for self-efficacy and performance. Follow-up comparisons showed that self-efficacy and performance of the experimental group increased significantly, whereas self-efficacy and performance of the control group had no significant changes.
