LNG/LPG관련 해양사고 시나리오 구축에 대한 고찰

LNG/LPG는 폭발가능성이 크기 때문에 매우 위험한 물질이다. LNG/LPG는 gas상태의 연료를 극 초저온에 고 압력 상태로 고농축한 액체 연료이다. 온도나 압력에 따라 물질의 상태가 변하기 때문에 폭발이나 화재가 일어날 수 있다. 하지만 무조건 사고가 일어나는 것은 아니며 현재까지도 화재나 폭발이 일어난 경우가 드물다. LNG/LPG선박은 충돌이나 파손 등 사고위기가 클수록 위험하다. 사고위기가 일어나는 요소로는 복잡한 항로, 많은 선박 수, 해마다 증가하는 LNG/LPG의 수요량 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 LNG/LPG관련 해양사고 시나리오를 만들기 위해 사고 연계 고리(Accident chain)를 만들어 분석하였다. 해양사고의 연계 고리를 만들기 위해서는 story가 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었고, Risk를 통해 Peril과 Hazard를 분석 할 수 있었다. LNG/LPG의 위험성은 고압에 기인하는 위험, 화재위험, 동상위험, 화학반응의 위험, 질식 위험 등으로 분류 할 수 있었다. 아직까지는 LNG/LPG선박의 화재 및 폭발사고는 거의 일어나지 않았으나 매년 그 수요량이 증가하고 있고, 매우 위험한 물질임을 본 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다.

익수자의 생명유지에 필요한 최소부력 지원에 관한 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 사람이 바다에 빠졌을 때 생명유지에 필요한 최소 부력을 지원하기 위한 방법을 모색하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해서는, 각종 기체의 부력에 관한 이론을 조사하여 해상에서 어떠한 기체를 이용하는 것이 가장 최적인지를 탐구하는 것과, 어떠한 재질을 이용하여 부력을 형성할 것인지?, 어떠한 해상실험을 통해서 최적의 부력 값을 입증할 것인지 등 그 내용이 방대하다. 본 고찰에서는 풍선에 기체를 주입한 경우 그에 대한 부력실험 방법을 검토하였다. 최소한의 부력을 지원하기 위하여 풍선에 일정량의 CO₂를 넣고 이에 대한 부력측정 방법을 검토하였다. 그리고 CO₂가 주입된 풍선을 이용하여 다수의 실험자를 통해서 최소의 CO₂ 주입량을 측정하였다. 검토결과, 일정량의 CO₂를 넣은 풍선의 부피는 풍선의 재질에 따라 달랐으며, 당연한 결과이지만 부피가 클수록 실험자들은 물에서 잘 뜰 수 있었다. 본 검토결과는 휴대가 간편한 최소 부력 지원 장치의 개발에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

기초자치단체 청년 정책지향이 청년 이동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 우리나라 226개의 시·군·구를 분석대상으로 기초자치단체 청년 정책 방향성이 청년 이동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 연구이다. 분석결과, 기초자치단체의 청년 정책은 순 이동률에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것을 예상한 바와 반대로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 두 가지로 추측할 수 있다. 청년층의 유출이 높은 지역에서 정책 지향성을 높여 통계적으로 발견하지 못했을 경우, 또는 기초자치단체에서 청년 정책을 형식적으로 제정했을 경우로 해석된다. 이는 기초자치단체의 청년지원 사업에 대한 방향성 정비와 정책 확대에 대한 고민이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 청년을 정책 대상으로 보았으며, 지방자치단체의 정책이 청년에게 실질적 영향을 주는지 파악하고자 분석한 것에 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 청년정책과 지역균형 발전은 유기적인 관계임을 바탕으로 정책 수혜자로 여기는 지원의 성격을 벗어나 청년의 삶의 질을 상승시킬 수 있는 정책개발이 필요하다. 아울러, 청년의 지역 정주와 유입을 위한 대안적인 함의를 제시하였다. This study analyzes 226 cities, counties, and districts in Korea and examines the impact of basic autonomous community youth policies and policy orientations on youth mobility. As a result of the analysis, the youth policy interest of the basic autonomous organizations was expected to have a positive effect on the net migration rate, and the opposite reverberation, the youth policy orientation of the basic autonomous organizations did not have a significant impact. These results can be interpreted as cases where policy orientation has been increased in areas with high outflows of young people, which has not been statistically found, and when youth policies have been formally enacted in basicmunicipalities. This suggests that there is a need to refine the direction of the youth support projects of the basic autonomous organizations and to think about expanding the policy. This study looked at youth as a policy target and is significant in its analysis to see if local policies have a real impact on young people. It suggested that youth policy and regional equilibrium development need to be developed on the basis of organic and that policies that can improve the quality of life of young people are necessary.

피부관리 습관에 영향을 미치는 요인

In this study, the factors affecting women’s skin care habits look 20-60 women surveyed. A survey by August 20, 2012 30 face-to-face interview by the way 208 Part of 202 call was recovered. The reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach’s α = average value was 0.828 were analyzed using SPSSWIN 18.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). 20 subjects (5 1.5%), unmarried (57.4%), and sales service industry (57.9%), monthly income one million won ~two million won under occupying more than half the general characteristics, respectively. Lifestyle, eating fruits and vegetables at least three times a week (3.32 ± 1.11), regular bowel habits (3.14 ± 1.05), had regular meals three meals a day (3.04 ± 1. 10) lifestyle. Skin care habits after a shower (3.36 ± 1.01), and using moisturizing products efforts to obtain information about skin care (3.29 ± 0.99) was. Skin care habits for the top 50% of the mean value to a very high value of the exponent was 6.62 ± 0.46. The best skin care habits group showed the most positive lifestyle (F = 2.880, p <0.05), that during the day to drink water more than 1.5~2ℓ (F = 9.127, p <0.001) were defined as a result. Showed fatigue in skin care habits and define the relationship ’tripping on the usual well-pouring’ fatigue of the highest (F = 2.767, p <0.05) was investigated.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 작은도서관 관련 뉴스의 변화과정 고찰

본 연구는 1999년부터 2018년까지 20년간의 시기를 1기(1999∼2003), 2기(2004∼2008), 3기(2009∼2013), 4기(2014∼2018)의 구간으로 나누어서 작은도서관에 대한 언론보도 기사 2,387건을 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 데이터의 수집은 언론보도 빅데이터 시스템인‘ 빅카인즈’를 통해 중앙지(조선일보, 중앙일보, 한겨례 등)를 중심으로 하였으며 작은도서관 관련 언론보도의 변화 추이와 중심된 이슈, 특징들을 도출하였다. 1기에는 언론을 통해 작은도서관의 설립 움직임이 보도되었으나 보도의 양으로 볼 때 대중들의 주목을 끌며 사회적으로 큰 관심을 받지 못하였던 것으로 분석되었다. 2기의 언론보도에서 중심성(TBC) 지수가 높게 나타난 핵심 키워드는 ‘도서관(257)’과‘ 책(206)’이었으며,‘ 희망의 작은도서관 만들기’ 캠페인으로 대표되는 독서운동이 이 시기 언론보도의 중심 이슈로 확인되었다. 3기에서는 ‘주민(127)’,‘ 마을(104)’,‘ 개관(75)’ 등의 단어들이 등장하였는데 이는 작은도서관에 대한 대중의 관심이 기업, 지자체, 정부에 이르기까지 사회 전역으로 확대되었던 현상을 반영하고 있다. 4기에는‘ 지역(199)’,‘ 아파트(181)’ 단어들이 중심성(TBC) 지수가 높게 분석되었으며 단지 내 근린생활 시설인 작은도서관 설치에 관한 언론보도가 많은 부분을 차지하면서‘ 분양’,‘ 특정 지자체 사례’,‘ 작은도서관 운영’ 등 다양한 사례가 집중적으로 보도되었다. 본 연구의 분석기간 동안 언론보도의 방향은 작은도서관 조성과 다양한 독서운동에 관한 내용으로 국가정책, 지자체 업적 홍보, 작은도서관 설립 배경의 움직임 등 주로 외형적인 이슈에 집중되어 있었다. 또한 작은도서관 운영에 있어 생겨 나는 문제점이나 해결 방안에 대한 쟁점, 전문 인력인 사서에 대한 필요성과 인력지원에 관해서는 거의 보도되지 않은 것으로 관찰되었다 This study conducts network analysis using Keyword Network Analysis in 2,387 press reports on small libraries between 1999 and 2018, divided into four periods including 1st period (1999-2003), 2nd period (2004-2008), 3rd period (2009-2013) and 4th period (2014-2018). The data were collected from central newspaper (The Chosun Ilbo, Joongang Ilbo, Hankyoreh, etc.) via media big data system,‘ BIG KINDS’, and were focused on the changes in views of small libraries in media, their central issues and characteristics. During the 1st period, the movement to build small libraries were reported in the media, however we analyze that due to its small volumes, the issue was not able to attract enough attention. The main keywords during the 2nd period with high TBC score were‘ library(257)’ and‘ book(206)’, and making reading movements such as‘ building small libraries with hope’ movements were the central media issue of the period. In the 3rd period, words such as‘ citizens(127)’, ‘village(104)’,‘ opening(75) appeared, reflecting the enlargement of attention towards small libraries from public to enterprises, municipal offices and the government. Meanwhile, during 4th period, the TBC score of‘ living zone(199)’ and‘ apartments(181)’ were high, increasing the number of reports about small libraries inside apartment complexes, and large numbers of examples of‘ sales’, ‘specific regional case’ and‘ small library operation’ were reported. During periods of our research, media emphasized building small libraries and various reading campaigns, which focused on superficial issues such as government regulation, advertising sector achievements and the history of building small library; few articles delivered problems occurring from the maintenance of the libraries, discussion for solutions, and the need for professional librarians.

신호 흐름도를 이용한 원형도파관 Groove 편파기 성능 해석

In this paper, characteristics of a mono-groove polarizer in a circular waveguide are analyzed using the signal flow graph. The incident electric field vector is decomposed into vertical and horizontal mode vectors relative to the groove, and a signal flow graph is constructed for the evaluation of the input reflection coefficient and the axial ratio. For each mode, the scattering matrix representing the discontinuity effect on the waveguide-groove junction and the phase constant in the grooved waveguide are obtained using a commercial software, which are then used in the evaluation of the reflection and transmission coefficients. A formula for the groove length is obtained from the equation for the transmission coefficient. A sample polarizer is designed using the developed formula. The performance of the designed polarizer is evalusted using the signal flow graph and compared with the simulation by a commercial software verifying the validity of the proposed method.

평생교육 프로그램 참여에 따른 임파워먼트 차이 비교연구: 버드내노인복지관 중심으로

The goal of this study is to examine the differences in empowerment among the elderly who participate in the lifelong education program, and to analyze the five variables that affect the empowerment: self-efficacy, self-esteem, problem solving ability, interpersonal ability, and participation activities. Is to verify effectiveness. The main program correlated with empowerment effectiveness was identified as the department of health promotion consisting of dance and singing classes requiring interpersonal interaction. Based on the results of this study, policy suggestions and Practical Plan of social welfare of for strengthening empowerment effectiveness were suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하는 노인의 임파워먼트 차이를 살펴보고, 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 5가지 변인인 자기효능감, 자기존중감, 문제해결력, 대인관계능력, 참여활동을 세분화하여 프로그램별 분석결과를 통해 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 임파워먼트 효과성과 상관관계가 있는 주요 프로그램은 대인 상호작용을 요하는 댄스 및 노래교실 등으로 구성된 건강증진학과 프로그램으로 확인되었다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 임파워먼트 효과성 강화를 위한 사회적 함의 및 실천방안을 제언하였다.

레저와 삶의 만족 간의 관계에 있어 영적 웰빙의 매개효과

The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effects of spiritual well-being on the relationship of leisure style to life satisfaction. In order to achieve the goal, previous major studies on the relationships among the leisure, spiritual well-being and life satisfaction. A survey research was carried out on leisure participants over 20 years old living in Seoul or metropolitan area. Data was used on 338 cases. Factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were practiced using SPSS17.0. The major findings of this research are summarized as follows: Firstly, all leisure style(mental, social-cultural, physical) had a significant impact on the life satisfaction. Secondly, mental, social-cultural, physical leisure style had a significant impact on spiritual well-being. Thirdly, spiritual well-being as a mediator effected partially on the relationship of leisure to life satisfaction. The results of this study implicate spiritual well-being as dominant factor to improve the life satisfaction and promote well-being through the leisure.
