        The purpose of this study is to research into the influence of the old-aged-man's socio-economic variables and the characteristics of their participation in sport for all on their leisure satisfaction, and the influence of their socio-economic variables on the characteristics of their participation in sport for all, and thereby to provide some basic data for the activation of sport for all as leisure and the formation of the old-aged-man's proper leisure activity. For the achievement of such a study, data was collected through some questionnaires from 300 old people whose age is more than 60. And the collected data was statically processed through SPSS/WIN7.5, and with frequency and % calculated, One-way ANOVA were done. Result are as follows: First, it appeared that socio-economical characteristics educational background, age, method to provide living expenses, living together with husband or not - have a significant relation with their leisure satisfaction. Second, it appeared that the questioning items concerning the characteristics of participation in sport for all - the frequency of participation, the time of participation, factor influencing sport participation, and persons wishing to participate in sport for all - have a significant relation with leisure satisfaction.

        The purpose of the present study Was to clarify some features of swimmer locomotion at different positions during water-polo games, A selected player was simultaneously pursued with two sighting devices which attached a potentiometer, respectively, Induced electric-signal from the two potentiometer was taken into a computer programmed on triangulation equation, The travel trajectories, calculated by means of a computer program was obtained a series of position on coordinates, Therefore, the covered distance and swimming velocity of a target player were calculated too, The subjects were selected from forward player (left-handed), floater-defense player and floater player as specific position player in a team, All these subjects have been competitive career for 10 years in water-polo, It was found that the travel trajectories in a game were depicted different swimming pattern at specific position a play and that the range of covered area depended on a role of position in a team all through the game, The total of covered distance was similar to those of previous reports, The present study have been mainly focused on a changes of swimming velocities every one quarter by a game, Maximum frequencies of "high speed swimming" was 19 times in one quarter (i.e. 2.7times per minute), as we defined "high speed swimming" that is over 1.0㎧. However, when frequencies of the "high speed swimming" were analyzed within every one quarter, left-handed forward player extremely decreased the frequency between the first and the second haft in quarters, others not do so.

        The issues for the aged have been appearing on the stage as the deep social problems since the of 1970's when our communities began to enter into high level industry, which were concerned by people in modem times, The starting time to study on the aged Korea was from the 1960' s, Moreover, it was lively proceeded during the end of the 1970's and the 1980' s, at first, it mainly dealt with the medical issues for them then, spread up to the social concerns for them, later, Thus study was to research about the participating type of the aged' leisure, sports activities, as well as the necessity of positive practice toward leisure and its participation as the social concerns related with the aged 1. Among the low ranking scopes of participating attitude in sports, in case of participating in sports for the self-training or character-building themselves, it significantly had an effect on the Life satisfaction 2. In case of building their own character, sociality, health, accomplishment and own position through sports activities, it had the highest effect on the life satisfaction.

        The objective of the present study is to offer basic information which can be used for improving the effectiveness for participating in the exercise program, the benign habits of exercise, and practical for effective health care management. Our research focuses on measuring of body composition and blood lipids among middle-aged women after 12 weeks walking exercise in the club for losing weight in belly. Firstly, before and after 12 weeks walking exercise, the change of body composition displays the significant reduction of weight, waist circumference, hips circumference and BMI as well as the significant growth of muscle mass. However, body fat ratio is slightly reduced. This program is effective on body composition. Secondly, before and after 12 weeks walking exercise, the change of blood displays the significant reduction of total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C and blood sugar as well as the significant growth of HDL-C. For that reason, the program is effective on blood lipids. This study shows that 12 weeks walking exercise has positive effectiveness in the body composition and the blood lipids among middle-aged women. It is believed that the program helps solving obesity.

      • 100m 단거리 출발 구간에 대한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to find the most important kinematic parameters of the starting phase. For three dimension motion analysis, Four video cameras used to take a picture the man's high school department final game in 33th spring season junior and higher school athletic contest. The analysis subjects choose from rank 1 to 5 in the final game. The kinematic variables analyzed the time, velocity ad angles about three stride. The result were as follows; 1) For the faster velocity in the starting phase, the subjects appeared to do landing in a short stride on the first foot and the support time after landing. 2) For the faster velocity in the starting phase, the subjects appeared to do take a slowly change in a front lean angle of the trunk during stride. 3) For the faster velocity in the starting phase, The subjects appeared to do increase rotation force through a fast flexion and extension in the hip and knee joint. Especcially, all the subjects appeared to do increase a fast flexion and extension in more the right leg than the left leg.

        1. 런닝에서 신경근적인 측면 명백한 증거를 근거로 하여, 움직이고자 하는 욕구의 결과로서 생기는 외부 행동에 의해 활성화될 수 있는 런닝을 위한 중심 프로그램이 있다고 가정하는 것은 상당히 합리적이다. 정확한 메캐니즘을 기술하는 것은 불가능할지라도 기본적인 유형이 신경이나 혈관 따위의 수입 투여에 의한 직접적인 필요에 따라 조정될 수 있다는 것은 명백하다. 이것은 초척추 작용으로 생각되어지는데, 이 초척추 작용이란 유형화되어진 충격의 척추코드로의 전달결과인 통합적 과정을 통한 것이다. 그런 다음 척추코드는 두 번째 통합을 준비하는데 이 두 번째 통합과정에서 충격은 단편적으로 동시에 분배되어 전해진다. 한쪽의 접합된 근육과 또 다른 반대편 끝의 근육 뿐만 아니라 접합 부분의 쌍을 이룬 신경 분포의 상호작용의 영향은 단일 목적을 위해 복수의 근육계를 한번에 조정·작용하는 유형의 운동에 도움이 된다. 2. 런닝에서 생체역학적 그리고 병리학적인 요소 1) 스타팅 블록의 사용은 0.034/sec를 단축시킨다. 2) 출발 직후에는 자세를 똑바로 세우지 않는 것이 좋다. 3) 전진하는 방향으로 무릎과 발가락의 일직선이 되도록 놓아야 한다. 4) 전력 질주시 신체를 20。정도 숙이는 것이 좋다. 5) 반사작용의 시간을 단축시키는 훈련은 속도를 향상시키는데 효과적이다. 6) 발을 내딛는 사이사이에 손을 위 아래로 흔들면 추진력이 감소된다. 7) 팔을 몸체 가까이에서 가슴 쪽으로 흔들어라. 8) 팔을 뒤로 흔드는 것은 보폭을 크게 하는 요소이다. 9) 추진력을 사용되는 주자의 힘은 약 0.5∼1%이며 신체의 무게에 달려 있다. 10) 개인의 속도 연습은 빠르게 하고, 그것을 계속하라. 11) 발이 지면에 닿을 때 무게중심이 뒤로 기울기 때문에 추진력이 감소된다. 12) 걸을 때나 킥할 때, 다리는 충분히 쭉 뻗고 발가락을 사용한다. 13) 행동이 빨라지면 빨라질수록 다리를 충분히 들어주어야 한다.
