Glass speed control is most effective in order to reduce the conflict sound on Glass top and bottom. Conventional variable speed Regulator uses Motor ECU. But that system is very expensive so HKMC doesn’t use that system. Variable Speed Regulator system is devised using adjustable Drum and Balance Spring. Adjustable Drum and B/Spring system is very cheaper than using Motor ECU, but has similar performances.

The purpose of this study is to predict the dynamic behavior of door handle system including the blocking lever that prevents door opening due to the inertia effect for side impact crash. The augmented Lagrangian method is used to derive the equation of motion, and the numerical analysis is implemented for the tests of Pole, SINCAP, IIHS, and KNCAP, respectively. Also, the dynamic behavior of door handle is correlated to the actual video footage recorded from high speed camera so the predicted results from the simulation are verified for each other.
A Research on Mitigating Door Opening Sound for Closure Entry Architecture

The purpose of this study is to mitigate door opening sound for closure entry architecture. From the study, it is clearly seen that the door opening sound is generated by the abrupt pressure drop for Hertz contact between claw and pawl area of door latch system, and the torsional vibration due to the dissipation of elastic strain energy on door latch itself. This phenomenon is theoretically calculated and the prediction data that represents door opening sound is verified by the system level test rig. Thus, the design criteria of door latch to reduce the opening sound are established from this paper. Besides, when wind noise performance is considered simultaneously, the latch structure insensitive to the seal force which raises opening sound is suggested.
