      • Weight Training 後 Sports Massage가 筋疲勞 回復에 미치는 효과

        After conducting weight training of 3 kinds (Bench-Press, Leg-Squat, Sit- Ups) with 75% load of maximum strength to 16 health college students majoring in physical education. The examination of the effect of the sports massage to the change of lactate, LDH, CK and ESR was resulted in the following conclusion. 1. On the third day of weight training the fatigue subjective symptom of massage group showed significantly low. 2. The lactate concentration just after the exercise according to the number of weight training has showed the tendency of gradually lowering in massage group, while gradually elevating in non massage group. 3. Massage group showed significant increase of LDH on the first day of training but significant decrease on the second day. 4. CK showed no significant difference between 2 groups under any conditions. 5. ESR showed significant low value in massage group on the first day but no significant different between 2 groups on the second and third day . Through the above conclusion I thick that 15 minutes massage after weight training of 75% strength max every 2 days in massage group showed the effect in clearing up the subjective fatigue symptom and the accumulation of LDH.

      • 6주간의 진동트레이닝 및 식이 병행요법이 중년 비만 여성의 신체구성과 체력, 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of whole-body vibration training on elderly aged fatty women's body composition, physical fitness and blood lipid concentration. Twenty three women were divided into two groups (experimental group: 14 women for whole-body vibration training and diet cure/control group and 9 women for diet cure only) were participated in this experiment for six weeks. After the 4 types of vibration training such as standing position, squatting position, heel position and sitting down and bending the upper body position for six weeks, the scales of weight, whole body fat, muscle power, VO2 max, reaction time, Triglyceride, TC, HDL and LDL were measured and compared pre-exercise with post-exercise. The intensity of vibration exercise was considered according to the weight of subjects and type of exercise and incensed for six weeks. The t-test and one-way repeated ANOVA were used to analyze the data in statistics. The results of the study can be summarized as follow: 1. Weight was significantly different in experimental group. 2. Body fat rate was fell in both experimental and control group significantly. 2. The muscular strength of abdomen was significantly different in experimental group. 3. The leg extension power was significantly different in both experimental and control group. 4. Triglyceride, TC and LDL concentration were decreased in experimental and control group, but not significantly different. 5. HDL concentration was increased in experimental and control group, but not significantly different. In conclusion, it has been found that 4 types of vibration training with a diet cure of six-weeks can help develop the body composition and the factor of physical fitness.

      • 수영운동이 50대 여성의 체력 및 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        The swimming training during 12 weeks, in order to obtain basic information required for exercise prescription, was done for healthy 50's women (Experimental group = 15, Control group = 11) to obtain the effects on physique (weight, waist and hip circumference and body fat), fitness (back strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, power and maximal oxygen uptake) and pulmonary function (FVC, FEV 1.0, and MVV). The training was performed at 60-80% of maximal heart rate of the subjects. The effects were compared between the control and experimental group after the swimming training. Following results have been obtained : 1) There was significant difference in waist and hip circumference in physique, but no significant difference in weight and body fat %. 2) There was significant difference in back strength, sit-up, side step and vertical jump, but no significant difference was found in flexibility and whole body endurance. 3) There was not significant difference in pulmonary function. Based on the results, the swimming training during 12 weeks for 50's women influenced on the increament of back strength, muscular endurance and power. Maximal oxygen uptake and pulmonary function were not significantly different after the training. Therefore, in order to improve aerobic work capacity, longer-period swimming training is required.

        2주간 간헐적인 저압,저산소 트레이닝이 남녀 지구성선수의 체성분, 유산소성 운동능력 및 혈중 산소포화도에 미치는 영향

        남상석, 이만균, 선우섭. 2주간 간헐적인 저압·저산소 트레이닝이 남녀 지구성선수의 체성분, 유산소성 운동능력 및 혈중 산소포화도에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제20권 제3호. 283-296. 2011. 본 연구에서는 2주간 간헐적(주당 3회)인 저압·저산소 트레이닝이 지구성 운동선수의 체성분, 유산소성 운동능력 및 혈중 산소포화도에 미치는 효과가 성별에 따라 다르게 나타나는지 여부를 규명하고자 하였다. 남자축구선수(n=8명)와 여자 필드하키선수(n=9명)를 대상으로 2,000 m 상당의 저압·저산소 환경에서 2주간, 격일로 총 6회의 트레이닝(자전거타기 30분과 트레드밀 달리기 30분, 총 60분)을 실시하였다. 트레이닝 전후에 해수면 수준과 5,000 m 상당고도에서 각각 사전·사후검사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 체성분의 변화에는 체중을 제외하고 성차가 나타나지 않았다. 2. 해수면 수준에서의 유산소성 운동능력의 변화에는 유의한 성차가 나타나지 않았다. 5,000 m 상당고도에서는 남자선수의 경우 추정된 VO2max를 제외한 모든 변인에서 트레이닝 후 유의하게 증가된 반면, 여자선수의 경우 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 즉, 5,000 m 상당고도에서의 유산소성 운동능력 변화에는 유의한 성차가 나타났으며, 이는 남녀 간의 근육량의 차이에 일부 기인하는 것으로 확인되었다. 3. 혈중 산소포화도의 변화에는 성차가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 지구성 종목의 남녀 선수를 대상으로 2주간 간헐적인 저압·저산소 트레이닝을 실시한 경우 5,000 m 상당의 높은 고지대 환경에서의 유산소성 운동능력 개선이 여자에 비해 남자에게서 더 크게 나타난 것으로 결론지을 수 있다. This study was designed to investigate the effects of gender on changes of body composition, aerobic exercise capacity, and %SpO2, shown by two weeks of intermittent hypobaric hypoxia training on in endurance athletes. Male soccer players (n=8) and female hockey players (n=9) underwent the exercise training (cycling 30 min & running 30 min, total 60 min) in 2,000 m-simulated hypobaric hypoxia environment every other day (six times) for 2 weeks. Pre-test and post-test were performed in sea level and 5,000 m-simulated hypobaric hypoxia before and after the training, and the data were compared by gender and test. Main results of the study were as follows: 1. No significant gender difference was shown in changes of body composition, except body weight. 2. No significant gender difference was shown in changes of aerobic exercise capacity in sea level. There were significant improvements of aerobic capacity in 5,000 m condition in male athletes, whereas there were no significant changes of the variables in female athletes, indicating that significant gender difference was found in the changes of aerobic capacity in 5,000 m condition. 3. No significant gender difference was shown in changes of %SpO2. It was concluded that the improvement of aerobic exercise capacity in 5,000 m condition shown by short-term intermittent hypobaric hypoxia training was greater in male athletes than in female athletes.

        3,000m 상당고도에서의 간헐적인 저압ㆍ저산소 수면노출이 핀수영 선수의 혈중산소운반능력과 최대산소섭취량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hypobaric hypoxic exposure on maximal oxygen uptake and oxygen transport system in national fin-swimmers. The 17 swimmers, regardless of sex, were divided into the experimental group(n=8) and the control group(n=9). After taking passive acclimation training that was working out at the sea level, sleeping at 3,000m for 8 hours a day, 3 days a week, four weeks to the experimental group, Oxygen uptake, oxygen transporting capacity in blood, and effects on time records, by treadmill graded submaximal and maximal exercise were surveyed as followes; No significant difference on body composition, heart rate, maximal oxygen uptake, blood lactate concentration during exercise and, RBC, Hb, EPO and 2,3-DPG was shown due to training types and time. Time records during passive exposure acclimation contained 3 new records and 1 national records of swimmers of the experimental group. Accordingly, passive acclimation training under various hypobaric hypoxic condition in elite sports players is needed.

        장기간의 토종오가피차 복용이 정자 운동성이 낮은 성인의 운동수행능력 및 정자의 운동특성, 생식기계 호르몬 개선에 미치는 영향

        Twenty college students in their twenties with weak sperm motility or low sperm count were subject to 12 weeks of Acantheopanax senticosus tea drinking. As a result, their continuous aerobic exercise time was increased, blood lactate concentration during exercise was reduced and sperm motility and sperm count were improved. These results show the effectiveness of the homegrown Acantheopanax senticosus to the declining male fertility affected by factors such as endocrine disruptors. Further research on the medicinal effect of native Acantheopanax senticosus on improving the fertility is necessary on various factors that cause the decrease in fertility.

        저압,저산소 노출이 대학농구선수의 심폐기능 및 혈중 산소운반능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to propose types of hypobaric hypoxic training for cardiopulmonary function and oxygen transporting capacity. Eighteen university basketball players were divided into H.L group (Living High & Training Low, n = 9) and L.L group (Living Low & Training Low, n = 9) according to hypoxic exposure. Oxygen transporting capacity, body composition, maximal oxygen uptake, blood lactate concentration, cardiopulmonary function and heart rate were investigated. Results were as follows. 1. There was no significant difference on body composition inter group or among several test time. 2. After exposure, heart rate was significantly low in H.L group. And there was significant difference inter group or among several test time. 3. Maximal oxygen uptake was significantly high by exercise time increase but there was no significant difference inter group or among several test time. 4. Blood lactate concentration was increased after exposure but there was no significant difference inter group or among several test time. 5. According to training period increase, there was no significant difference on RBC, EPO but Hct, Hb concentration were significantly lower than after Iweek exposure. But there was no significant difference inter group or among several test time. 6. In hypobaric hypoxic environment, heart rate during sleeping was significantly decrease as time goes by. 7. In hypobaric hypoxic environment, oxygen saturation during sleeping was significantly increase as time goes by. As a result, passive exposure in hypobaric hypoxic environment was not significantly efficient on body composition, blood component and blood lactate concentration but heart rate during exercising and sleeping was significantly low and exercise time and maximal oxygen uptake increased. It could be a possibility.

      • 간헐적 무산소 파워 운동후 고농도 산소섭취가 회복에 미치는 영향

        In order to study the effect of physical fatigue by additional inhalation of hyper-oxic mixture gas (99.5%) during recovery (for 5 minutes) after intermittent max-imum anaerobic power exercise (for 30 seconds), we measured anaerobic power, lactate, blood glucose, and heart rate of 7 sprinters and middle-distance runners. The results were as follows; 1. There was no significant difference in maximum anaerobic power between 2 conditions, but decrease rate of mean power with the frequency of exercise was found about 10% lower when O₂ was inhaled. 2. The concentration of lactic acid in blood was some 3-15% lower respectively at the 1st-5th sets when O₂was inhaled, showing significant difference at the 3rd set (P<0.05) between 2 conditions. 3. The concentration of glucose showed a tendency to be 2-8% lower at the 1st-5th set when O₂was inhaled. 4. In heart rate during exercise was significantly lower(P<0.05) at the 3rd set when O₂was inhaled, while that upon recovery tended to be lower at the 1st, 2nd and 4th sets even if mean power was higher or equal. 5. In view of the above findings, it is considered that additional inhalation of hyperoxic mixture gas during recovery after intermittent maximum anaerobic power exercise acts on increase in the rate of aerobic energy metabolism, and reduces lactic acid in blood, blood sugar, and heart rate after exercise.
