Cobalt 원격조사가 정상 성숙웅성 백서의 생식장기에 미치는 영향에 관한 병리조직학적 연구

In order to study the histological effects of therapeutic doses of 60Cobalt-teleirradiation to the rats after daily tissue doses of 200 rads, to 3 x 5cms fields to the lower abdomen, to total doses of 200, 600, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 rads, the lower abdominal skin, vagina, uterine cervix, uterine corpus, oviducts, ovaries, urinary bladder, rectum and bone marrow were extirpated. after sacrificing the animals 24 hours after the last dose, and microscopically examined after ordinary tissue preparatory processing. The experiment led to the following conclusions: 1) 60Cobalt-teleirradiated rat skin showed disappearance of the stratum corneum and stratum granulosum, chromatolysis, piknosis and vacuolization of the epidermal and hair follicle epithelium after doses of 1000 to 4000 rads. 2) 60Cobalt-teleirradiated rat vagina and uterine cervix disclosed desquamation of the cornifying layer, degenerative changes of the mucosal epithelium and mucosal thinning after doses of 1000 to 2000 rads. 3) The mucosa of the corpus uteri and the oviducts irradiated with 60Cobalt revealed slight cellular degeneration after 3000 to 4000 rads. These organs therefore appear to be the most radioresistant within the female reproductive system. 4) 60Cobalt-teleirradiated ovaries showed marked degeneration of ovocytes and follicular cells throughout the range of primitive to mature follicles after doses of 600 rads. 5) The mucosa of the rectum was relatively more radioresistant than that of the urinary bladder. 60Cobalt-teleirradiated urinary bladder showed slight degeneration of the mucosal epithelium after doses of 1000 rads. 6) The mean peripheral leukocyte count was depressed severely after 200 rads, as expected with the known high radiosensitivity of lymphocytes. marked alterations of the bone marrow were observed after doses of 200 rads. The first of the blood-forming cells destroyed were the erythroblasts and hemocytoblasts, mext the myelocytes and finally the megakaryocytes. 7) Microscopical findings showed an overall tendency of the ovaries, skin, vagina and the uterine cervix to be much more immediately radiosensitive than the corpus uteri, oviduct, urinary bladder and rectum.
Zone Model을 활용한 장대도로터널 화재성상 예측방법에 관한연구

본 연구는 Zone Model을 활용하여 장대도로터널의 화재성상 예측방법의 고찰을 목적으로 1/5 Scale 모형실험 및 MLZSUZUKI 결과 분석과 CFD와 MLZ의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. Modeling한 모형터널의 해석시간이 MLZ 1분, FDS 약 6시간으로 CFD에 비하여 360배의 시간 감소와 다층으로 구분하여 구간의 온도변화 및 환기풍에 의한 열기류의 움직임 등의 상황이 해석됨으로 향후 MLZ을 활용하여 터널화재의 위험성 예측에 용이할 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, we investigate the effect of the traditional market on the residential life around Daegu city railway. First, urban railways have been effective in mitigating traffic congestion in Daegu city, facilitating the commuting of citizens, and revitalizing traditional markets around railway stations. Second, observation surveys and surveys showed that the traditional market located in the vicinity of the city railway was very helpful for residential living. In other words, the opening of the urban railway has enabled the residential life to be revitalized and the access to the traditional market has been facilitated to increase the number of visits to the market.
부인과적 세포진에 있어서의 신속간이 Methylene Blue 염색법의 의의에 대하여

The author presents a rapid methylene blue monochrome staining method to evaluate applicability of this method in gynecological practice in comparison with Papanicolaou technique and reviewed the possibility of change of methylene blue stain to Papanicolaou stain. Examination of vaginal smears of 10 gynecological patients enabled a cytological evaluation of hormonal effects in various phases of menstrual cycle. Many suspicious cells were observed in all of 5 cancer patients. Among 295 outpatients, by using this technique as a preliminary means of cervical smears for the early diagnosis of cancer 80% of them were found to be `innocent` and therefore only the remainder 52 patients, which were suspicious or doubtful, were referred to the laboratory for further investigation by means of the Papanicolaou technique. The results after change of their stain were almost same as those of the original Papanicolaou method. The reservation that the gynecologist is trained in the technique and interpretation of vaginal smears the methylene blue staining method, supplemented if necessary by the Papanicolaou technique, can be recommended as a routine method for day-to-day use in practice.
도로터널 화재성상 시뮬레이션을 위한 워터스크린 효과 모델개발 및 적용사례

워터스크린(이하 W/S)에 의한 화재방화시스템은 도로터널에 화재가 발생시, 공간에 수막을 사용하여 구획화하고, 열 연기의 확산을 억제하며 유해 부유입자를 세정함으로서 인간의 안전을 확보 및 구조물의 피해를 극소화 하는 시스템이다. 이 W/S에 의한 구획의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 1/2의 터널 모형에 의한 공간 내 열 성장 파악을 위한 화재 실험을 분석하였고, 그 결과, 천정 근방 온도 및 방사수열량으로서는 발열 속도의 크기, 풍속의 대소에 의하지 않고 약 80%의 저감율을 나타냈다. 또, 발생한 유해 부유입자 농도에 대해서는 약 60%, 화원 성질과 상태로서 발열 속도는 약30%의 W/S에 의한 저감 효과를 나타내었다.
도로터널에서의 화재성상 예측을 위한 축소모형실험 및 MLZ모델 분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 MLZ을 활용하여 도로터널의 다양한 화재시나리오별 화재성상예측을 목적으로 1/20 Scale 모형실험을 통하여 소형차, 버스화재 시 FAN의 작동 비작동, 소형차 2대 직렬 병렬화재, 소형차 2대+버스 혼합 화재실험을 바탕으로 FAN작동시 배기구 방향으로 고온의 열기층이 생성됨을 확인하였다. 축소모형실험과 MLZ 해석결과를 비교하여 화원으로부터의 약 20m 정도의 이격거리부분 온도가 유사하게 나타났고, 시간별 온도분포를 확인한 결과 플래시오버 이전단계에 피난계획을 세우는 단계에서 예측이 가능했다.

The old socialistic states of Middle and Eastern Europe is positively trying to accede to the EMU in order to enjoy the manifold rights of joining currency combination, not mention the political and diplomatic purposes. The EU brought forward the regulation of macro-economic reduction, system and law terms as the requirement of the entrance of those Middle and Eastern Europe countries. According to a survey, including Poland and Hungary, countries which took the lead in reforming agreed with EU on most of EU’ requirements about acceding to EMU. However, because of the domestic and foreign economic conditions, in the next 1 or 2years, none of the Middle and Eastern Europe countries could meet the requirement of reducing macro-economy. Whereas the degree of fulfillment of the economy reducing requirement and the factor that the Middle and Eastern Europe countries could accede to EU after 2003, it was predicted that those countries could accede to EMU only after 2005. With the coming on of EMU, the Middle and Eastern countries will accelerate the activity of currency combination. The South Korean government and enterprises also should intensify the prediction and precaution to the systems, policy change and other economic effects of these Middle and Eastern Europe countries.
