So systematic approach of the GEUKWON(極元)-Philosophy, the next task meaning in the Korean philosophy. 소래 김중건은 일제 식민지치하라는 역사가 만들어 낸 비운의 이상주의자다. 일찍이 한학을 익혀 서당을 운영했고, 신학문에 눈을 뜬후에는 국내와 만주를 무대로 수많은 학교를 세워 신교육에 헌신했다. 1909년 천도교에 입교하여 그의 사상적 포부를 바탕으로 조국독립을 꾀하려 했으나, 기존의 천도교단을 통한 독립운동에 크게 낙담을 했다. 그리고 고향으로 낙향한 뒤 독자적인 우주관을 정립하고 천도교 교단의 개혁을 촉구하는 등, 진보적 외침을 토해냈지만, 오히려이로 인해 출교를 당했다. 그 후 김중건은 잡지를 발행하여 사상계몽과 독립의식을 고취시키다 일제에 체포되는 등의 우여곡절을 겪었고, 북만주의 황무지 지역에 어복촌을 건설하여 공동 생산과 공동 분배가 이루어지는 이상적농촌공동체를 세우기도 했다. 이 어복촌의 공동체에서는 평소 교육과 군사 훈련이 동시에 이루어졌기 때문에, 만주사변 이후 부대를 일으켜 일본군과 전투를 벌이기도 했다. 이러한 역정에서 만들어진 철학이 극원철학이다. 주인이 주인 노릇을 할 때 사람이 곧 하늘이요하늘이 곧 사람이 된다고 외쳤던 그는, 한국적 사유관념이 녹아있는우주관·절대자관·인간관·세계관 등을 극원철학 속에 폭넓게 나타냈다. 우선 종교적인 교(敎)가 아닌 법(法)이나 도(道)를 강조하면서, 이론적·수리적 원종교(元宗敎)를 내세웠던 김중건의 자취에서 하느님관념이 확연 드러난다. 또한 그가 세운 원종교(元宗敎)의 원종(元宗)이 우리 전래의 종사상(倧思想)과도 밀접하다는 것도 확인할 수 있다. 한편 원·방·각 관념이 극원철학의 한 부분에 짙게 드러나고 있는데, 하늘·땅·사람에 연결시켜 설명한 김중건의 여러 내용에서그러한 사고가 그대로 투영된다. 더불어 그는 극원철학의 핵심 가운데 하나인 ‘원(元)’을 조물주의 개념으로 인식하였고, 하늘이란 땅과사람과 더불어 천·지·인 삼재(三才)의 권능으로 인식하였다. 또한인간의 문제 역시 3수의 논리로 파악했으며, 이러한 3의 수리가 곧‘1·3·3·1[一而分三 會三歸一]’의 원리로 운용됨을 피력했다.

일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상

This DANGUN-faith oriented point of the philosophical attributes of love itself, ‘You and I’ and not ‘our’ life-oriented and effective, ‘a closed society’ beyond the ‘open society’ is to promote, ‘alone worth living’ and not ‘worth living together’and in that connection, I’ve found in the The people talk of the possibility of the world’s liberal interpretation would also remained open. 우리 민족사에 있어 단군은 민족 구난의 상징적 존재였다. 단군구국론이란 바로 이러한 의식을 통해 민족의 위난을 극복코자 했던 우리의 정서를 말한다. 단군이라는 정신가치가 우리 민족 현대사 미친영향은 크다. 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 민족사회 전반에 혁명적인변화를 가져왔기 때문이다. 물론 이와 같은 단기간의 혁명적 영향력의* (사)국학연구소 연구원132 仙道文化 제 10 권뒤에는, 대종교가 갑자기 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리 민족사의 바닥에 연면히 흘러온 단군신앙의 현대적 부활체로써, 당시대의 많은 지식인들이 대종교를 신앙 또는 국조숭배를 통한 국교적(國敎的) 정서로 인식했던 것과 관련이 있다. 단군정신의 항일투쟁 무력적인 측면이나 문화적인 측면, 그리고사상적 측면 등 다양하게 나타나지만, 그 정신적 배경은 역시 단군으로 일치된다. 즉 대종교의 중광을 통한 단군신앙의 부활은 민족의 성지인 배달국토를 되찾아야 한다는 주권적 명분과 함께, 배달국이상향 건설이라는 종교적 명분이 동시에 작용했던 것이다. 주시경 등으로 대표되는 한글운동의 배경이나, 김교헌 등의 민족주의사학의 바탕, 그리고 신규식 등의 활동으로 만들어지는 사상투쟁의 토대에는 단군이라는 정신적 배경이 굳게 자리하고 있었다. 또한 북로군정서 등의 대종교 무력투쟁의 배경에도 교학일여(敎學一如)를 통한 군교일치(軍敎一致)의 정신이 지탱하고 있었음은 물론, 임시정부 태동의 배경이나 활동에서도 단군의 정신 깊숙이 숨쉬고 있었다. 일제시기 민족운동의 정신적 배경으로 대종교를 일으킨 나철 등의지도층의 영향력은 실로 지대했다. 그것은 그들이 단군정신 상징하는 인물들로서, 수많은 교도들을 거느리고 그들 스스로가 개인의 영달과 명예를 뒤로한 채 멸사봉공(滅私奉公)을 통한 살신성인의 길을기꺼이 걸어갔기 때문이다. 특히 이러한 정신을 통한 항일투쟁의 과정에서 종교나 이념을 초월하여 단군정신으로 합심하였다는 것은, 우리 민족의 역사적 경험이 일깨우는 바와 같이, 우리에게 있어 단군의 상징적 의미가 무엇이라는 것을 분명히 가르쳐준 교훈이었다. 한편 투쟁의 질적(質的)인면에서도 단순한 증오와 구축을 위한 싸움이 아니라, 철학이 있는 싸움ㆍ정사(正邪)를 구별하는 싸움을 가능케 한 것도 바로 단군정신이다. 일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상ㆍ김동환 133이것은 단군정신의 궁극적 지향점인 홍익인간이라는 철학적 속성자체가 ‘너와 나’가 아닌 ‘우리’를 지향하는 삶이요, ‘닫힌 사회’를 넘어 ‘열린 사회’를 도모하는 것이며, ‘끼리만 사는 가치’가 아닌 ‘더불어 사는 가치’와 연결된다는 점에서, 근자에 회자되는 민족에 대한세계주의적 해석의 가능성도 열어두었던 것이다.

포스트휴먼으로서의 인간에 관한 철학적 신학의 비평

The discussion about posthuman that is emerging these days seems to be a new attempt at the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution era, but fundamentally it is in the foot of a large stream of philosophical thought, “What is a human being? in terms that it is also a discussion about human beings. Unfortunately, this philosophical understanding of posthuman tends not to be done properly. Especially, this tendency is reflected in the discussion of recent philosophers presenting the posthuman who is a human being enhanced by cutting-edge technologies. With the consciousness of this problem, this article attempts to diagnose the reason why such tendencies appear by examining the traditional philosophical and theological understandings of human, to give constructive criticism on the problems that are revealed in the examination, to present the direction of correct understanding of human as posthuman, and to suggest the role of Christian theology for this presentation. 요즈음 부각되고 있는 포스트휴먼에 관한 논의는 언뜻 보면 소위 4차 산업혁명 시대에 새롭게 시도되는 논의로 보이지만, 근본적으로 이 또한 인간에 관한 논의라는 점에서 인류의 시작부터 다루어져온 ‘인간이란 무엇인가?’라는 철학적 사유의 큰 물줄기의 한 자락에 자리 잡고 있다. 그런데 안타깝게도 근래의 포스트휴먼 논의에 있어서 이러한 객관적인 철학적 자리매김이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 경향이 있다. 특히 이러한 경향은 첨단 테크놀로지를 통해 강화된 인간으로서의 포스트휴먼을 제시하는 최근 철학자들의 논의 속에 짙게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제의식을 가지고, 전통적인 철학적, 신학적 인간이해를 면밀히 검토해 봄으로써 그러한 경향이 나타나게 된 이유를 진단해보고, 드러나는 문제점에 대해 서는 건설적인 비평을 시도하며, 이러한 시도를 통해 포스트휴먼으로서의 인간에 관한 올바른 이해의 방향을 제시하고, 이를 위한 기독교 신학의 역할을 타진해보 고자 한다.

일제강점기 충북 중등교육의 사례연구 -청주고등보통학교의 학생과 교사의 사회적 배경 및 진로를 중심으로-

중등교육, 청주공립보통학교, 양반, 교원, 경성제대 본연구에서는 일제강점기 청주공립고등보통학교 교육을 설립과정, 학생집단의 성격, 교사집단의 성격, 그리고 학생들의 진로경향을 중심으로 고찰하였다, 주요자료는 청주고등보통학교의 학적부, 졸업생의 회고록 그리고 면담자료 당시의 신문기사 조선총독부의 관련자료 등이다. 첫째, 청주고등보통학교는 제2차 조선교육령시기에 충청북도의 도청소재지인 청주에 설립되었다. 둘째, 청주고등보통학교는 조선인을 위한 중등교육기관이었지만, 다른 고등보통학교에 비해 상대적으로 일본인학생 학생이 많이 다니고 있었다. 청주를 중심으로 가까운 지역에서 온 학생이 상대적으로 많았고, 경제적으로 유산층도 많지만, 그에 미치지 못하는 학생들도 다수가 있었다. 조선인은 양반, 일본인은 대부분 평민출신의 학생이었다. 양반출신이 많은 이유는 충북지역의 양반들이 근대교육에 대한 관심이 컸던 점이 영향을 미쳤을 수 있다. 셋째, 교사는 일본인교원의 비율은 압도적으로 높았으며, 조선인 교사는 주로 보통학교 훈도출신이었다. 넷째, 학생들은 취직 보다는 진학을 희망하고 있었다. 학부모의 자산이 진학에 영향이 있었고, 학생들은 사범계학교, 관립전문, 경성제대예과를 선호하고 있었다. 일본, 만주 등으로 진학하려는 경향도 나타났다. 다섯째, 경성제대예과의 입시결과는 우수했다. 그 이유는 교사진, 진학반의 운영, 학생들의 성취 욕구, 모범생 취향의 학생들 분위기 등이 작용한 것으로 추정할 수 있다. On this study, I have studied the characteristics of Chung-Ju high school in Japanese colonized period. The major source of this study is personal education information of students, related materials and oral source of related people. The major findings of this study can be summerized as follows. First, the student of Chung-Ju high school in Japanese colonized period was comprised of Korean students and Japanese students. The Korean student were from the aristocratic[yangban] class and Japanese students from the commoner. Second, the teachers were Japanese mainly. The major portion of korean teachers were from elementary school. Third, the student of Chung-Ju high school had a preference for entrance into a school of higher grade rather than employment. Fourth, the result of entrance examination for Kyungsung Imperial College was superior than the result of other high schools. It can be assumed related to the teachers faculty, the group management for entrance examination and the student`s motivation for achievement.

부동산경매의 권리분석 및 투자사례 연구

본 연구는 경매부동산의 권리분석 및 투자사례에 대해서 연구했다. 연구한 결과는 아래와같다. 첫째로는 새 민사집행법에서는 배당요구기일을 최근 입찰기일 이전으로 정하고 그 이후의배당요구 신청은 무효 처리되고 투자자 입장에서는 낙찰 후 예기치 못한 위험 부담에서 벗어나게 되었다는 점이다. 이렇게 경매 참여가 쉬워지면서 낙찰가율도 높아 졌다는 점이며, 따라서 투자는 철저한 물건분석과 권리분석 후에 입찰에 참여해야지 그렇지 않으면 실패할 위험이 있다는 점을 밝혔다. 둘째로는 기존의 권리분석 위주에서 부동산 가치평가 중심으로 투자자의 관심이 이동할것으로 예상되었고 입찰목적과 투자 대상을 분명히 해야 한다는 점이다. 실수요자라면 교육, 생활편의시설, 역세권유무 등을 꼼꼼히 따져서 경매를 받아야 한다는 점이다. 투자가 목적이라면 비교적 적은 금액으로 안정적인 임대수익이 가능한 투자대상을 고려해야 한다는 점이다. 마지막으로 환경변화에 따른 투자전략도 달라져야 하며, 단순한 시세 차익 보다는 보유시 운용수익률을 극대화시킬 수 있는 방안을 고려해야 한다는 점이다. 임대수익을 따져보고리모델링을 통해 부가가치를 높일 수 있는지를 고려해야 한다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서는 경매의 대중화 시대에 맞춰 실무적 차원에서 사례를 통한 경매의 개념과 권리분석, 투자사례 및 경매를 통한 부동산투자시 고려사항과 주의사항을 확인했다는 점이 중요한 시사점이다 This study studied the rights analysis and investment cases of auction real estate. The results of the study are as follows. First, as participation in auctions has become easier, the winning bid rate has also increased. Therefore, it has been revealed that investments must be made after thorough product analysis and rights analysis, otherwise there is a risk of failure. Second, the purpose of bidding and investment target must be clear, and if you are an actual consumer, you must carefully consider education, convenience facilities, and availability of subway access before accepting the auction. If the purpose is investment, you should consider investment targets that can provide stable rental income with a relatively small amount of money. Lastly, investment strategies should also change according to environmental changes, and measures to maximize operating incomes when holding assets should be considered rather than simple market profits. It has been revealed that it is necessary to consider rental income and whether added value can be increased through remodeling. An important implication of this paper is that it confirms the concept of auction, rights analysis, investment cases and strategies through examples at a practical level in line with the era of popularization of auctions
