선박용 고강도 Al합금(5456-H116)의 최적 방식 전위결정에 관한 연구

Recently, interest in using Al alloys in ship construction instead of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) has increased because of the advantages of A) alloy ships over FRP ships, including high speed, increased load capacity. and ease of recycling. This paper investigated the mechanical and electrochemical properties of Al alloys in a slow strain rate test under various potential conditions. These results will provide reference data for ship design by determining the optimum protection potential regarding hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking. In general, Al and Al alloys do not corrode on formation of a film that has resistance to corrosion in neutral solutions. In seawater, however, $Cl^-$ ions lead to the formation and destruction of a Passive film. In a potentiostatic experiment. the current density after 1200 sec in the Potential range of $-0.68\~-1.5\;V$ was low. This low current density indicates the protection potential range. Elongation at an applied potential of 0 V was high in this SSRT. However, corrosion protection under these conditions is impossible because the mechanical properties are worse owing to decreased strength resulting from the active dissolution reaction in parallel parts of the specimen. A film composed of $CaCO_3\;and\;Mg(OH)_2$ confers corrosion resistance. However, at potentials below -1.6 V forms non-uniform electrodeposition coating, since there is too little time to form a coating. Therefore, we concluded that the mechanical properties are poor because the effect of hydrogen gas generation exceeds that of electrodeposition. Comparison of the maximum tensile strength, elongation, and time to fracture indicated that the optimum protection potential range was from -1.45 to -0.9 V (SSCE).

본 연구는 지방공무원들의 셀프리더십이 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 파악하여 정책적 시사점을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 그동안 행정서비스를 국민의 필요와 욕구에 맞춰 제공하기 위한 다양한 제도적 방법이 도입되어 왔지만 만족할 만한 얻지 못했다. 제도적 접근만으로는 관료들이 직무수행 행태를 고객지향적 행동으로 바꾸는데 한계가 있기 때문이다. 오랜 공무원들의 서비스 공급자 중심의 역할인식과 직무수행방식을 수요자 중심으로 바뀌는 데는 많은 시간이 필요한 것이다. 셀프리더십은 조직구성원의 자발적이고 능동적 행동을 통한 내적에너지를 업무수행에 활용하는 능력으로 조직목표달성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 셀프리더십이 공무원의 고객지향성에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 직무만족도가 매개적 역할을 수행하고 있음도 제시하였다. 행정서비스의 고객지향성을 강화하기 위해서는 제도적 통제를 받지 않아도 자기 스스로 자신의 태도와 행동을 긍정적 방향으로 바꿀 수 있도록 셀프리더십을 향상시키는 정책적 접근을 제안하였다. Main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the self-leadership of local public officials on the customer-oriented public service provision. Structural Equation Model was applied to analyze the relationship between self leadership and customer oriented public service attitude. Positive structural relationships between self-leadership and customer-oriented attitude was confirmed from empirical analysis. While variable job-satisfaction took intermediating role between self-leadership and customer-oriented attitude. The result implies that behavioral approach might be a more effective policy measure to improve citizen’s satisfaction for public services. For a extended periods, Korean government introduced various institutional arrangements to improve the customer satisfaction for public service. Hoever, the result was not satisfactory. The result of this study suggest behavioral approach to improve public service customer satisfaction.

Since most real experimental situations are different from those of the simulations, it is required to modify control rules through experiments owing to uncertainties and unmodeled dynamics of the plant. This paper presents a convenient monitoring system which can display system responses exactly and test the performances of the control system. We design a PID controller using DSP board and propose a monitoring system based on PC and C?? Builder program. With the proposed monitoring system we can easily control the velocity of a DC motor system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the level of local government expenditures based on 72 Korean city expenditure data. This study employs the time-series cross-section pooled regression analysis to identify the factors affect total expenditures and expenditures by functional classification. Socio-economic factors turned out to be important influencing on local spending. However, variables form political and administrative factors are not statistically significant in any model. This result confirms that socio-economic factors are important in the determination of local expenditure level.

The speed-limit regulation on the turnout is the main cause which hinders the speed-up of conventional lines among many factors. The specification speed for the train which passes the turnout system is lower than that on the general track. In this paper shape of guard rail of Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation was investigated and the effect of the variation of guard rail length on the running safety of a vehicle was analyzed for the purpose of speed improvement on turnout using the developed analysis method.

기존선에서의 속도향상을 저해하는 요인은 매우 다양하지만, 그 중 분기기 통과속도 제한규정을 가장 대표적 사례로 손꼽히고 있다. 현재, 기존선 분기기의 직선측 최고 통과속도는 일반 선로의 차량 최고 주행속도에 비하여 낮은 속도로 제한되어 운행하고 있으며 분기기내에서 주행속도를 제한하는 것은 분기기 통과시 철도차량의 주행안정성을 확보하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구도시철도공사의 분기기 가드레일에 대한 형상 변경사례를 기반으로 하여, 분기기에서의 차륜/레일 형상에 따른 기하학적 접촉 특성을 이론적으로 검토하였으며, 개발한 VI-Rail 분기기 해석기법을 통하여 F10/F12 분기기에서의 가드레일 길이 변화에 따른 주행안정성 해석을 수행하여 그에 따른 영향을 살펴보았다. In this paper, shape change example for guard rail component of turnout in Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation(DTRO) was studied. Theoretical examination on the geometrical contact characteristics according to wheel/rail shape at turnout was carried out. And the running safety analysis by changing length of guard rail on F10/F12 turnout using the developed analysis techniques (by VI-Rail) was achieved and the effect on the railway safety was examined accordingly.
