In order to investigate histopathologically the nature of varietal resistance and infection process of the rice bast fungus, Pyricularia oryzae. this experiment was undertaken by using the resistant cultivar Tongil and susceptible cultivars Norin No.6 and Jinheung in 1973 to 1974. 1) It was found that appressorium of the fungus forms not only at 4 hours after incubation under the favor able conditions butalso peak of appressorial formation is at 48 hours treatment. Physical stimulus known to be a definite factor for appressorial formation. The optimum temperature range for appressorial infection was at 24℃ to 28℃, and pH was between 4.8 to 8.0 with 6.8 as the optimum. 2) Although percent of appressorial formation on the leaves of resistant Tongil and susceptiible Norin No.6 were only slightly different, there was a remarkable difference between resistant and susceptible cultivars with regard to percent of hyphal infection and index for hyphal extension. Index of hyphal extension was 1.6-2.7 in Tonyil. while in susceptible cultivar was 3.4-6.6. The rate of discoloration of infected cells, a indication of hypersensitivity, was greater in the resistant than in susceptible cultivar. 3) Therefore, it could be concluded that resistance of Tongil cultivar may be attributable to a higher degree of mechanical barriers as well as a higher level of antifungal substance accumulation.

Anatomic abnormalities of palatal muscles in the cleft palate have been already described in many papers by several authors. The pathophysiology of cleft lip muscles was reported by Schendel et al in 1989, who demonstrated a nonneurogenic muscle atrophy and mitochondrial myopathy. The histopathologic study of soft palate muscles in cleft palate(1990, 1992) and mitochondrial myopathy of the lip muscles in the cleft palate(1993) were reported by Kim et al. An important matter is not only the surgical closure of the separated palate but the functional correction of phonation in the therapeutic goals of cleft palate. We can't always anticipate the normal speech by the previous rearrangement methods of palatal muscles alone. Therefore, the basic studies of the palate muscles of the cleft palate patients are needed to seek after the better treatment method. We have investigated the ultrastructural abnormalities of the levator palatini muscle of the cleft palate patients by electron microscopy in 32 cases since 1992. The previously detected microscopic findings such as <1>myopathic features by H&E stain, <2> characteristic numerous "ragged-red fibers" by Gomori's trichrome stain, and <3>abnormal mitochondrias indicating mitochondrial myopathy of the levator palatini muscles in cleft palate patients were confirmed. We also discovered the new findings such as <1> the irregular dilatation of sarcoplasmic reticulum and <2>honey-comb appearance of mitochondrias due to swelling of cristae of the levator palatini muscle in cleft palate patients. We think that the above findings may be a clue to discover the pathogenesis of the cleft palate and velopharyngeal incompetence.

최근 국내 지상파 디지털 전환정책은 순조롭게 이루어지는 듯하다. 하지만 많은 사람들은 디지털 전환 정책에 대해서 많은 우려를 나타내고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 지상파 방송 디지털 전환에 따라 시청자들이 디지털 서비스를 받아들이는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보았다. 이를 위해서 기술수용모형에서 주로 언급하는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 사회적 영향 등에 대한 평가를 통해서 디지털 전환 서비스의 이용의도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 영향, 개인의 성향, 디지털 전환에 대한 인지가 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This Paper focused on use intention at affect variable of broadcasting digital switchover. The author assumed that the perceived usability and perceived availability, social influence of technology acceptance model(TAM) are likely to affect the technological acceptance of broadcasting digital switchover. The results of this paper significant affect on the use intention of Social Influence, Personal Characteristics, Digital switchover perceive.
