Al-Si alloys and Al-Si composites with Al2O3 particle-reinforcement,(Al-x%Si /y%Al2O3p(x : 6, 12,18, y : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Al2O3 particlesize : 50, 90μm) were fabricated by Rheocompocasting process and its fluidity was characterized in the spiral type steel mould. The fluidity of Al-Si/Al2O3p composite decreased as the Al2O3 content increased from 1wt% to 5wt% and at all the compositions of hypoeutectic, eutectic and hypoeutectic. It is found that the fluidity(F) was affected by the surface area(S) of Al2O3 rather than its volume fraction. The fluidity went down as the surface area became greater and can be expressed by periodic equations.

Lightweight materials were fabricated using glass abrasive sludge, bottom ash and slag powder in this study. This study tried to draw the correlation between physical properties and internal pore of lightweight material. The content of bottom ash and slag powder was from 10% to 50% and firing temperature from $760{^{\circ}C}\;to\;800{^{\circ}C}$ in rotary kiln. The lightweight material containing bottom ash or slag powder had a specific gravity of $0.21{\sim}0.70$ at particle size $2{\sim}4$ mm. Replacement ratio of the admixture increasing with specific gravity increased. Fracture strength of panel made with various lightweight materials was $32{\sim}55\;kgf/cm^2$ and flexural strength was $11{\sim}18\;kgf/cm^2$. Fracture strength increased by 72% and flexural strength was 63% compared with reference. Thermal conductivities of panel was $0.07{\sim}0.11W/m{\cdot}k$. The water absorption ratios of panel with lightweight materials containing bottom ash were $1.8{\sim}2.8$% and slag powder were $2.65{\sim}2.8$%. Excellent results on resistant of water absorption.

Objectives: The organizational culture of small-scale enterprises is influenced by a lack of awareness of industrial accidents and a business-oriented culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a correlation between chemical awareness and worker safety, which is the reason why a company s safety environment is responsible for human factor accidents. Methods: The research model established the organizational culture, human relationships, organizational relationships, workplace culture, safety climate, and safety parameters, all of which affect the perception of chemical substances, then established safety rankings, communication, safety regulations, and safety support. Results: In order to derive the results of this study, the satisfaction level was mostly derived from the degree of engagement (+) depending on the number of years worked, in the hierarchical regression analysis. During work with chemicals, the number of years spent on the level of the service was determined by the influence of the chemical (-). Based on this company, the occurrence of chemical accidents caused by chemical materials was felt to be felt at the risk of causing the hazard to be felt, the absence of physical damage was excluded from the variables. The other variables detected in the variables were 62.8 ± 24.4. Conclusion: As a result, it is necessary to develop a statistical model for the verification of the hierarchical regression analysis, and the relationship between safety and awareness of the dangers of chemicals and biological agents requires periodic safety training. Job satisfaction was found to be higher if the level of awareness was sufficient.

본 연구는 미성숙 솜대(Phyllostachys nigra)의 부위별 해부학적 특성을 연구하고자 하였다. 시료는 2019년 7월 경북 문경에서 미성숙 솜대를 채취하여 사용 하였다. 채취한 시료는 마디부, 속대, 외피로 구분하고 schultze 용액(농질산 1에 물 1을 가한 약35% 질산용액 100ml에 염소산칼륨 6 g을 녹인다.)으로 해리 후 이중염색(Astra blue-Safranin)으로 섬유를 관찰 하였다. 대나무 외피부에서는 벼과식물의 특징인 표피세포가 관찰되었다. 일부 표피세포에서는 long cells, cork cells, silica body가 관찰되었다. 대나무 속대부에서는 도관요소와 두 종류의 섬유가 관찰되었다. 두 종류의 섬유는 섬유폭과 내강이 넓고, 섬유장의 긴 것과, 섬유폭과 내강이 좁고, 후벽이며 섬유장이 짧은 것이 관찰 되었다. 마디부에서는 다른 부위보다 도관요소와 유세포의 비율이 높고, 섬유장은 외피섬유와 비슷하였지만 섬유폭은 좁은 것으로 나타났다. 미성숙 솜대에서는 이중염색 결과 외피부에 비해 속대부에서 미성숙 세포의 특징인 주황색에서 청색을 나타났으며 섬유장 및 섬유폭이 표피부에 비해 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도관요소의 경우 미성숙 형태인 나선형 도관요소가 관찰 되었다.

Objectives: The rate at which the nationwide highway is outsourcing the duties of toll gate cashiers to the public is increasing. The aim of this study is to conduct research on job stress for the rate at which the fares are collected by national highway toll gate cashiers. Methods: The population selected was a statistically significant group making up 10% of the total number of people surveyed in 2015, with a population of approximately 5,495 persons. The sample size is intended to cover the maximum sample size of 550 samples and the maximum number of samples that should be obtained. After allocating the number of samples by quota allocation, the qualitative function of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was applied by random sampling. Results: Job stress ranked at 46.6 ± 11.5 points was found to be under the stress of 50% reported in other occupations. Job stress items showed higher for “job instability” compared to other types of tasks. Also, it appeared lower in “conflict in relationships.” This is a result of the work characteristics of highway service operators. Conclusions: Time was found to have the highest influence on the workload (β = 0.80, p. 0.001), which calls for a reduction in time and workload. est influence on the workload (β = 0.80, p. 0.001), which requires a reduction in time and workload.
도심부 도보관광을 통하여 본 을지로 제조업 밀집지역의 관람공간 특성에 관한 연구- 중구 도보관광 ‘을지유람’을 중심으로 -

This study focuses on the phenomenon of manufacturing district in the inner city of Euljiro District being a subject of sightseeing without losing its original functional properties. ‘Eulji-Uram’ is a walking tour program that links various kinds of manufacturing firms, manufacturing-related retail shops, famous local restaurant and artists studios into one single route. This phenomenon implies a radical change in perception toward industrial district from ‘disqualified’ area into ‘subject of sightseeing’. By analyzing the characteristics of ‘sightseeing-space’ of the district, the study tries to understand the phenomenon in spatial dimension. To do so, the study is composed into two stages of research. First, the study examines the general characteristics of walking tour program within the boundary of Central Area of Seoul. The study draw out the spatial typology of walking tour route in terms of formal dimension, sightseeing-element and urban configuration. In the second stage, the study concentrates specifically on walking tour ‘Eulji-Uram’, in order to analyse the spatial characteristics of sightseeing route in Manufacturing District. The research method of second stage is to analyse the spatial characteristics of sightseeing manufacturing district by dividing the district into urban-composing element and industry-composing element. ‘Urban-composing element’ focuses on the formal characteristics while ‘industry-composing element’ focuses on the functional characteristics of the district. ‘Urban-composing element’ and ‘industry-composing element’ together implies overall industry-space relationship within the districts. Basing on these analysed elements, the result of the study can be sum up into three spatial characteristics of ‘sightseeing-space’. Firstly, industry that shares similar characteristics accumulated in a specific spatial configuration, would form cluster of space that contains unique sightseeing characteristics. Secondly, array of different characteristics of space would create sets of transformative spatial elements. Lastly, establishment of sightseeing route reveals some of the extreme condition of the streets that serves particular industrial purpose.
