GSP를 이용한 기하교육의 학습효과 : 중학교 2학년을 중심으로 In the Center of the Second Grader in Middle School

For the purpose of making up some problems of geometry education, I want to show many visual and graphic models of diagrams by introducing GSP, which is one of software in computer class, before introducing proof in the second grade of middle school and to see what kinds of learning effects there are by permitting students to do research by themselves. To do this, I made an experiment by dividing two group of students as a experimental and comparing classes, and the result is as follows. First, the computer using-class was more effective than the usual ones in increasing scholastic achievements. Second, there are no difference between the experimental and comparing class. And also both group students felt difficulty in proving. This may show that more sufficient and effective learning about diagrams is needed before introducing proof.

We construct gauge invariant and gauge fixed BRST invariant actions in arbitrary dimensions for massless integer spin fields carrying mixed representations of the Lorentz group described by Young tableaux(n-1,1). The complete ghost spectrum is deduced by demanding nilpotency of the BRST transformations and leads to a correct count of the on shell degrees of freedom.

변혁적 리더십과 리더-부하 관계가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 대기업 산업교육 지도자의 리더십을 중심으로

본 연구는 리더십 과정에서 리더/부하 관계가 그 과정에서 어떤 기능을 할 수 있는지 확 인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 변혁적 리더십을 독립변인으로, 조직시민행동(OCB)을 종속 변인으로 하여 그 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 독립변인과 종속변인을 매개할 수 있는 변인으로 리더/부하 교류관계(LMX)를 투입하여 그 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이 를 위해 선행 연구들에서 제시된 측정도구들을 이용하거나 일부 수정하여 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 통계적 절차를 거쳐 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리 더십 및 그 하위요인들과 LMX, OCB와의 상관분석에서 모두 유의한 관계를 보여주었다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인들 중 개인적배려가 높을수록 카리스마나 지적자극이 OCB 에 미치는 영향이 증대되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인들 각각의 수준에 따른 LMX와의 변량분석에서도 유의한 상호작용 효과가 관찰되었다. 즉, 개인적배 려가 높을수록 카리스마가 OCB에 미치는 영향이 증대되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, LMX의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 공변량분석과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, LMX가 변 혁적 리더십과 OCB의 관계에 매개변인으로 작용한다는 결과를 확인하였다.

This research discussed here forcuses on the development of digital yarn and a digital garment for high speed data communication, which can be used for soldier’s uniform in an electronic war. The knitting technology, which has been developed by means of designing & integrating communication circuits using the digital yarn to cope with massive data, enables information to be communicated at high speed.

A structure of the agricultural cooperative in Korea is a two - tiered federal system. It is organized at two different levels, consisting of National Agricultural Cooperative Federation along with its branch offices at provincial and district bevel and the primary society at the grass - root level. All the agricultural cooperatives operation at different levels are multi - purpose in Korea. It is observed that achievement of the Mutual Financing Programme at the primary societies has been remarkable since its introduction in 1973. The MFP is a cooperative baking system in the primary societies with the main objective of mobilizing idle money in the rural areas for the purpose of meeting member's credit need for farm production as well as farm household expenditures. Total amount of deposit mobilization in the MFP has increased from 27.7 billion Won in 1973 to 5,107.2 billion Won in 1987, showing an average annual growth rate of 47,0 percent. Expansion of loans outstandin in the programme is also remarkable. As a result of the remarkable growth in deposit mobilization of the MFP, an average annual growth rate of loans outstandin in the MFP shows also 47 percent. Accordingly most of the farms in Korea borrow from agricultural cooperatives. An examination of farm loans by different credit agencies explains That approximately 73 percent credit agencies and the rest, 27 percent, is from the private money market. Among the institutional credit agencies, approximately 93 percent of the total farm loans from credit institutions comes from the primary cooperatives. However the ability to mobilize the resources of the MFP should be further emphasized so as to develop the MFP into one of Korea. It must also be pointed out that the loaning policy of the programme may be still more liberal both in terms of its internal capital rationing and loaning procedures. It is also important that liberal regional liquidity be emphasized in the programme, with help of a price mechanism in the rural capital market, because of unequal growth in the programme between the regions.

We propose a method to represent the quantum wave function by using visualization tools. To express the amplitude and the phase of a complex function distributed in space, we introduce the isosurface,the color map and so on with the help of various kinds of programming tools such as Java and Flash. We realize a 3D wave function by using the VTK (visualization toolkit) library, which is widely accepted in the field of volumetric image processing. We describe the detailed algorithm for the numerical analysis of the wave function and present a practical realization of these techniques by applying them to some examples from quantum mechanics. 양자역학의 파동함수를 컴퓨터로 시각화하는 방안을 제시한다. 공간에 분포한 복소파동함수의 크기와 위상을 동시에 나타내기 위해서등고면, 색채 등을 도입하며, 이를 위해서 여러 프로그램 도구를 이용한다. 특히 시각화가 어려운 3차원 파동함수의 경우에는 입체영상을 처리하는데널리 쓰이는 시각화 도구인 VTK(visualization toolkit)를 이용한다. 파동함수의 수치해석 알고리즘과 파동함수를 시각화하는 세부과정을 제시하고,예로서 파동묶음이 상자 속에 있거나 조화 퍼텐셜 을 받는 경우 등 몇 가지 물리계에서의파동함수의 거동을 관찰할 수 있게 프로그램한 결과를 보인다.
