풀림모사 기법을 이용한 NC 터릿 작업에서의 공구경로 최적화

본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 두가지 관점에서 공구경로 최적화를 위한 기존 방 법의 문제점을 검토하고 이의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 기존의 공구경로 산출 방법에서는 고려되지 않는 공구대의 공구 장착 현황(turret configuration)이 최적화 과정에서 고려되어야 한다. 둘째로, 제작과 관련한 구속조건(manufacturing con- straints)이 최적화 과정에 직접 반영되어야 한다. Since the punching time is strongly related to the productivity in sheet metal stamping, there have been a lot of efforts to obtain the optimal tool path. However, most of the conventional efforts have the basic limitations to provide the global optimal solution because of the inherent difficulties of the NP hard combinatorial optimization problem. The existing methods search the optimal tool path with limiting tool changes to the minimal number, which proves not to be a global optimal solution. In this work, the turret rotation time is also considered in addition to the bed translation time of the NCT machine, and the total punching time is minimized by the simulated annealing algorithm. Some manufacturing constraints in punching sequences such as punching priority constraint and punching accuracy constraint are incorporated automatically in optimization, while several user-interactions to edit the final tool path are usually required in commercial systems.
초등학교 운동선수의 성격유형에 따른 과훈련 인식과 운동탈진과의 인과분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships between elementary school players' A/B type, overtraining, and strain, and athletic burnout under the Smith's(1986) Burnout model. The subjects are 344 elementary school players in Kwangju city and Chun Nam province. The following scales are used in this study. (1) Jenken's A/B type pattern Behavior Inventory (2) Athletic Cognition scale the overtraining which is made by this researcher (3) Derogatis' Strain Scale and (4) Maslach's Burnout Inventory. The results are as follows: The first, according to analysis correlation, 1) there are significant relationship between A/B type and strain, overtraining burnout, between overtraining and strain, athletic burnout, between strain and athletic burnout. The second, in the analysis of path (using the LISREL technique), there are significant relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables in 'A/B type → strain', 'A/B type → athletic burnout', 'overtraining → strain', 'overtraining → athletic burnout'. There are also significant relationships between endogenous and endogenous vairables in 'strain → athletic burnout'.
3차원 비접촉 측정기로 얻어진 다면 이미지의 자동접합에 관한 연구

A new method for the 3D automatic registration of the multiple range images has been developed for the 3D scannerdnon-contact coordinates measurement systems). In the existing method. the user must input more than 3 pairs of corresponding point sets for the iterative registration processes. The major difficulty of the existing systems lies in that the input corresponding points must be selected very carefully because the optimal searching process and the registration results mostly depend upon the accuracy of the selected points. In the proposed method, this kind of difficulty is greatly mitigated eventhough it needs only 2 pairs of the corresponding points as the user input. Several registration examples on the 3D measured data have been presented and discussed with brief introduction to the proposed algorithm.

이 글은 공공부문 노사간 발생하는 갈등과 분쟁이 조정되고 해결되는 과정에서 어떤 규칙들이 제공될 때 보다 동반자적이고 협력적인 행동이 나타나며 해결의 가능성을 높여주는가라는 질문에 대해 이론적·경험적으로 탐색하고 분석한 논문이다. 분석결과 공공부문, 특히 공기업의 노사간 협력관계 구축을 위해서는 단체교섭과정에서 실질적 참여규칙, 상호이해 교환규칙, 사실노정규칙, 적극적 중재자규칙, 신뢰형성규칙 등이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 부정적인 영향을 미치는 규칙으로는 형식적 참여규칙, 상호 입장고수규칙, 기정사실화를 통한 정당화 규칙, 소극적 조정자 규칙, 약속 불이행에 의한 상호불신규칙 등으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 규칙들은 갈등의 시기와 상황에 따라 다르게 적용됨을 알 수 있었다. The study begins with the following question; what rules facilitate the settlement of the collective bargaining in the public sector? Based on the conceptual framework about cooperation rules and by analyzing three cases of public enterprises, this study comes to three conclusions: First, the dispute is at large resolved by the five rules, which are the discursive mutual participation, the reciprocal beneficence, the fact-based argumentation, the active role of coordinators, and the rule forming the trust. Second, the rules blocking cooperation, include the formal participation, sticking to their own position, the self-interest justification, the existence of passive coordinators, and the rule of the distrust. Finally, the effective application of those rules is contingent on time and situation.
