        Korea has initiated Five-year Economic Development plans from 1962. Since then, Korea has experienced a sudden structural change of the traditional and agricultural society into the urbanized and industrialzied society. Colin Clark, who has classified industry into the primary industries, secondary industries and tertiary industries stated that in any nations, the relative importance of the primary industries such as agriculture in total national economy moves to those of the secondary and tertiary industries as economy of those nations develop, which he called "Fedder's Law". Because of the sudden industrialization for last 20 years, we can witness the stagnation of agriculture, which was the primary industries of our nation. Other countries have tried to find out means to get rid of the stagnation of economy through commercial farm management, market farming, mechanization of farm and we know that there are some successful cases. But we have not found any means to vitalize the rural economy. Our national policy of industrialization promoted with the emphasis on the urban are as because the effectiveness of investment in those community has been neglected. Because of the adaption of these unbalanced theory of growth, the unbalance between agricultural and industrial societies has been deepened. Therefore it brought about a large gap in income and cultural levels between urban and rural communities. Nevertheless, the lack of interest for the rural community make it's future depressing because the rural community is regarded as the remaining space for the urban community. From this point of view, the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the phenomena of rural economy resulted from the urbancentered policy of industrialization, and to find out means to vitalize the rural economy. To sum up the activation plan of rural economy, first, the local autonomy should be realized, for it will play an important role in making the local administration to help and form a unique structure of productive economy in the rural areas. Secondly, the promotion of efficiency of agricultural management, the modification of farmland structure suitable t o regional peculiarity, the improvement of seed and the many-sided application of farm machines and implements are indipensable. Thirdly, the implements are indispensable. Thirdly, the improvement of marketing process of agricultural products and the activation of agricultural finance should be realized. Fourthly, the many-sided propulsive movement of rural community development should be carried out. Fifthly, various facilities for the convenient traffic and communications should be constructed for the elevation of income including agriculture. Finally, what is the most important is that government should establish a suitable price policy of the agricultural products to give farmer an incentive to improve it's production. The six suggestions mentioned above are considered to be the most desirable measures to give activation to the rural economy which has been sacrificed for industrial growth in the urban are as for last 20 years. Moreover, these are regarded as best methods to save the rural community from economic poverty.

        헤이워드 다래나무의 해부학적 특성과 Calcium Oxalate

        In this study, in order to understand the problems related to the abnormal growth of Actinidia deliciosa cv. Hayward, the physical and anatomical characteristics and the formation of calcium oxalate crystals between healthy and unhealthy individuals were comparatively analyzed. As a result of comparative analysis of physical factors such as density and moisture content between the two groups, and anatomical characteristic factors such as annual ring width, vessel diameter, vessel ratio, and radial tissue height and width, significant differences were found in all factors. In particular, calcium oxalate crystals were mainly present in the form of several bundles in the tree bark, but the appearance rate was low around the vessel, and hardly appeared in the pith and xylem. It was found that the appearance frequency of these calcium oxalate crystals was significantly higher in unhealthy individuals showing 10.4× than in healthy individuals 9.0×. 본 연구는 헤이워드 다래나무의 비정상 생장 관련 문제점을 파악하고자, 건전 개체와 비건전 개체 간의 물리·해부학적 특성 및 Calcium Oxalate 형성 특성을 비교분석 하였다. 두 집단 간 밀도와 함수율 등의 물리적 요인과 연륜폭, 도관직경, 도관비율, 방사조직 높이와 너비 등의 해부학적특성 요인을 비교분석해 본 결과 모든 요인에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났다. 특히 Calcium oxalate 결정은 주로 수피 부분에 여러 개가 다발형태로다수가 존재하였으나, 도관 주위에서는 출현율이 낮았고, Pith와 목질부에서는 거의 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 Calcium oxalate 결정체는 건전개체(9.0 ×개) 보다 고사가 진행 중인 비건전개체(10.4×개)에서 유의적으로 출현빈도가 높게 나타났음을 알 수 있었다.

        Graft Polymerization of methyl methacrylate onto Acryl fibres in aqueous Cu^++―H_2O_2 redox system was invesgated. It was found that the conversion in the absence of water was similar to that of thermal polymerization but in the presence of water the conversion was much higher then that in the absence of water. Relationships among the yield of total polymer, weight increase of Acryl fibres, yield of graft polymer and graft efficiency, and the conditions of polymerization has been studies. The following results were obtained; ⑴ The yield of total polymer increases with the increase of concentration of monomer and temp of polymerization, but was independent of the cocentration of cupric. ⑵ The graft polymerization proceeds onto Acryl fibers, the rate of grafting is considerably higher in the presence of a trace of copper salt in the solution, the rate goes through a maximan and is decreased by the presence of langer quantity of cupric. When the powdered grafted Acryl fibres was reextracted with acetone, the existance of homopolymer in Acryl fibres was indicated PMMA which was from 15 to 30% of PMMA contained in the powdered grafted Acryl fibres. ⑶ Grafting efficiency was low and was 26.58% at the most. It was observed that progressively lower Grafting efficiency with increasing concentrations of monomer. ⑷ The formation of homopolymer was larger at 85℃ than at 70℃, and no differences was observed among solvents.

        두 시간이 넘게 걸렸으나 내 차례가 오려면 아직도 열 다섯 건이나 남아있다. 후끈후끈한 더위가 목덜미까지 차올라 더 이상 버티지 못하고 복도로 나왔다. 신내에서는 응찰자를 호명하는 입찰관의 금속성 연발음이 계속 퍼지고 있다. 이십여 명이 몰려든 응찰 결과가 궁금하여 지옥같은 경매장을 다시 들어섰다. 이제 좀 느슨한 것 같았지만 양쪽 복도를 가득매운 사람들로 실내는 아직 초만원이다. 냉방 효과가 나지 않는 경매 법정은 찜통같이 덥다. 경매정보지를 얼굴에 바람을 부쳐보기도 하고 손수건으로 흐르는 땀을 씻어 내면서 앉지도 못하고 선채로 경매진행을 지켜보고 있는 것이다. 이런 틈바구니에서는 의자에 앉아 있다는 것만으로도 고맙게 여길 일이었다. 많은 사람들이 모였지만 질서는 유지되고 있었다. 법원이라는 특수 여건도 있겠지만 개인의자산이 넘어가는 절박한 현실을 웅변이나 하는 듯 사람들은 더위쯤은 아랑곳하지 않고 진지한 자세로 경매 상황을 지켜보고 있다. 평소에 법정을 드나든 경험이 없던 나는 모든것이 생소하고 이색적인 감동으로 다가왔다. 아침 열시. 경매법정의 문이열리자 문 앞에 지켜섰던 사람들이 일시에 서류 진열대로 달려간다. 순식간에 벌 떼처럼 몰려드는 사람들은 저마다 물건 서류를 뒤적이느라 바쁘다. 무엇인가 골돌히 드려다보며 손가락으로 짚어가면서 요점을 파헤친다. 눈에서 불꽃이 튀고 있다. 어떤 서류철은 여러 사람이 서로 보려고 야단이다.

        This research is concerned with production smoothing and planning deal with the setting of work force levels to satify demand requirements. The need for production planning results primary from agtegate demand fluctuations, such as those that occur for seasonal product families and needs diversification. One approach to copying with the apparent difficulty of adequate man power control problems, such as occur in aggreagted production plannings and inducing new engineering and process automatizations, is to devise efficient matrix models that find analyses graranteed to be “Near-optimal”. This Research present an introduction to this apporach by describing its application to a well know transporation model and analysis the rato of FTS, PTS, Automatization sectors and results that are possible. If the production is disaggtegated into three major factor inputs, namely man power, materials and machine. machine's initial cost is large but maintain and additional expenses is not so large, materials is easy to handling, but man power's maintain and additional expenses is large and it's handling is not so easy because of social factors and internal restrictions. In this reason man power factor must be main considerable control factor. Furthermore, all this while FMS explered the pivot of materials and machnie factor. Nowadays, work force problem is a key problem in production smoothing and planning. So flexible man power control system is needing now, as to have flexibility of man power. In this place, I suggest the use of part time work force system for optimum man power models for production smoothing. In production amount and part time work force use for product fluctuation sector and then if there are high labor cost needing process or engineering difficult process, it must be considered to change automation and computerization. At this place, The out coming proble is the portion of full time work force, part time work force and adequate automation ratre. If we deviding the present total work force Z=nΣk=1 C+nΣk=1+nΣk=Ak nΣk=1 Ck=full time work needing area(C) nΣk=1 Pk=Part time work needing area(P) nΣk=1 Ak=automation time work needing area(A) C/Z+P/Z+A/Z=1 Minize work force. First, Standardizing present operation with transporation matrix model and then find out Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify labor factor in process. Work improvement begins with the field manager. let field manager describel the matrix, we can search out adequate rato of C. P. A. Second, Analysing process for C. P.       • 포도호랑하늘소의 生態 및 加害特性에 關한 硏究

        포도호랑하늘소의 生態 및 加害特性을 究明코자 1983~1985. 3個年에 걸쳐 全南 山間地이며 울타리式 포도栽培團地인 谷城과 平野地이며 天井式 포도 栽培團地인 羅州에서 遽行하였다. 1. 포도호랑하늘소의 形態的인 特徵을 보면 成蟲은 암컷의 크기가 12.6mm, 숫컷 11.7mm, 용`14.8mm, 卵은 長徑 1.12mm, 短俓 0.44mm 1마리 雄成蟲 産卵數는 15~53個 抱卵數는 29~108個였다. 한편 各態別 期間은 卵基間 7~12日 幼蟲期 268~303日,용期 12~15일, 成蟲 24~41日程度였다. 2. 本蟲은 年 1回 發生하여 成蟲의 發生其間은 山間地인 谷城에서는 7月中間~9月中旬으로 그 最盛期는 8月 中旬頃이었으며, 平野地인 羅州에서는 8月中旬~9月中旬으로 그 最盛期는 9月上旬頃이었다. 3. 被害莖은 3年以上의 가지로서 直徑이 9014mm에서 많았다. 4. 品種에 다른 被害率은 거봉 34.7% Muscat Bailey A29.8% Dela ware 27.3%, Campbell Early 22.9%였다. 5. 越冬態의 蟲齡別 越冬率은 1齡 8.4% 2齡 75.4%, 3齡 12.7% 4齡 3.5%였다. 6. 포도원의 剪定後 剪定地를 放置한 경우에는 45.7% 除去한 경우는 7.6%의 被害率을 보였다. 7. 포도호랑하늘소의 幼蟲과 용에寄生하는 天敵으로서 주머니응애(Pediculoides ventrico년)寄生蟲(Odontobracon bicolar)이 調査되었으며 特히 주머니용애는 寄生率이 높았다. This study was carried out to investigate Bionomics and Damaged aspect on the Grape tiger longicorn Xylotrechus pyrrhoderus at Goksung, mountain area and Naju, field area from 1983 to1985. In size of each stage, female adult was 12.6mm male adult 11.7mm, pupa 14.8mm, egg length 1.22mm, width 0.44mm. Periods of egg was 7 to 12 days, larva 268 to 303 days, pupa 12 to 15 days, adult 24 to 41. days No. of eggs in ovary and laid was 29 to 108 and 15 to 53, respectively but was affected by environmental condition. Grape tiger longicorn have one generation under natural condition. In mountain area, adults emerged from mid-August to mid-September and peak was mid--August.In field area, adults emerged from mid-August to mid-September and peak was early-September. Rate of injury in grape vine stem was great above 3 years branch and damages by Grape varactics were 34.7% in Kyoho, 29.8% in Muscat Bailey A, 27.3% in Dela Ware. 22.9% in campbell Early, respectively. Overwintering larva was great in 2nd instar of 75.4%. Natural enemies of Grape tiger longicorn was investigated in the larva and pupa, Pediculodes ventricosus(Acarina) Odontabracor bicolar(Hymennoptera)

        Pheochromocytoma 척출술의 Enflurane 마취례 보고

        We chose enflurane as the primary anesthetic agent for the surgical removal of a pheoch- romocytoma (23 year old male) with the satisfactory results. A review of the literature on the anesthetic management of pheochromocytoma discloses no general agreement regarding choice of an anesthetic agent. Almost all agents have at some time been both praised and rejected. It would suggest that selection of an anesthetic agent is not as important as the adequate management of that agent.
