상륙(商陸)의 독성(毒性)에 관한 문헌적 고찰

Phytolaccae Radix is in use in the Korean medicine. The Korean medical doctors use Phytolaccae Radix for dispelling retained water(逐水), relieving constipation by purgation (瀉下通便), promoting the subsidence of swelling(消腫), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Phytolaccae Radix. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are phytolaccine, phytolaccatoxin, phytolaccasaponin, phytolaccagenin, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Phytolaccae Radix mainly can cause stimulating symptoms on cardiovascular system, digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, etc. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the western medicine are promotion of vomiting, washing out the stomach, causing diarrhea, enema, supplies of grape sugar and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the Korean medicine take advantage of herbs, such as Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Phaseoli Radiati Semen(綠豆), etc. And the Korean medical doctors should meet symptoms as patients call for attention. 4. If we use Phytolaccae Radix after processing of medicinal herb and boiling down this herb for a long time, poisoning of this herbal medicine will be reduced. 5. In order to prevent against poisoning of Phytolaccae Radix, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.

The results were summarized as follows : 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are carpesia lactone, etc. But, The ingredients of poisoning from Carpesii Fructus usually cannot cause serious toxic reaction, and mainly can cause stimulating symptoms on digestive system, etc. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the western medicine are promotion of vomiting, washing out the stomach, supplies of grape sugar, administering toxicide and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the Korean medicine take advantage of herbs, such as Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Phaseoli Radiati Semen(綠豆), etc. And the Korean medical doctors should treat with acupuncture and meet symptoms as patients call for attention. 4. Korean medical doctors use Tribuli Fructus for calming the liver and suppressing yang(平肝潛陽), dispelling wind and relieving itching(祛風止痒), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Trubuli Fructus. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are potassium nitrite, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Tribuli Fructus mainly can cause fatigue, dizzy, nausea, rapid pulse, methemoglobin, etc and can cause hypersensitivities like eruption by internal use. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in western medicine are washing out the stomach, causing diarrhea and symptomatic treatment, etc. And the medical doctor can prescribe antiallergic agent in the case of causing hypersensitivities. 3. In order to prevent against poisoning of Tribuli Fructus, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.
