      • 교재의 표면구조가 대학생의 인지능력 활용에 주는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to identify the amounts of college students' cognitive capacity usage during reading the text devised according to the surface structure (level of difficulty, title), and then to offer the rationale about the effective methods to crganize and construct the text which matches with students' ability to learn. For the purpose, there are two hypctheses in this study: one is the relationship between the difficulty of surface structure of text and students' cognitive capacity usage, the other is the relationship of presentation of more adequate title for understanding and recall of text to the students cognitive capacity usage. To test these hypotheses experimentally, in the first experiment forty teachers training course students were assigned randomly two conditions of text structure: Easy syntatic passage and difficult one. The titles of used passages are "The Work of ants", and "Virus". Those passages were used as the main task. The response to table-tapping was used as the secondary task. In the second experiment the subjects were seventy students enrolled in sections of the teachers training course. None of these subjects participated in the first experiment. They were assigned randomly three conditions: Title, non-title, not relevant to the title. The used passages are "Making and Flying a Kite", "Light Waves" and Plant Growth, and "Scientific Theory." These were used as the main task. The second task was the same as in experiment 1. In the two experiments the subjects sat at a table with the text booklet in front of them, and were instructed: "Your primary objective is to carefully read the text you can later answer questions about it. Your secondary task is to response to the table-tapping by raising your hand as quickly as possible." The results were coped with the ANOVA. Conclusions derived from the results and discussions are as follows: 1. When the subjects read the easier passage in the surface structure of text, they showed up less cognitive capacity usage. 2. In the passage which the title have more effect on comprehension and recall of text the presentation of title influenced them to comprehend and recall the passage, but it did not influence the amounts of cognitive capacity usage. 3. The findings also suggest that the surface structure as well as the content structure of text influeces the amounts of cognitive capacity usage during reading.

        Periodontium is complex tissue composed of cementum, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone which holds the tooth in the bone. periodontitis is main cause of tooth loss leads to loss of attachment of connective tissue and irreversible bony destruction. So periodontitis has been one of the main concern to dentist, patient and oral health system. For recent years the main purpose of periodontics is regeneration of damaged peroidontium on shape, structure and function. In periodontal regeneration, new connective tissue fibers should be inserted in the cementum and bone, and construct the complex cementum-ligament-bone interfaces and provide a functional connection between a tooth and the surrounding jaw. Recently, many surgical, nonsurgical therapies and bone substitutes are using, but the clinical outcomes are still limiting. Bone transplantation or bone substitutes like guided bone regeneration, guided tissue regeneration don't have the capacity to regenerate destructed connective tissue. With cell based therapy, numerous growth factors and modulating agents have used but it made limited success. Stem cell based therapy is the most active researching field in medical and dental area. However, when diseased periodontal condition, tissue repair does not occur naturally because of the lack of sound stem cells. So exogenous regenerative tools such as ex vivo expanded/ manipulated stem cells will be needed to replenish the host cell niche and facililtate tissue regeneration. As the increasing success of regenerating other tissues(skin, cartilage, bone, cardiovascular component, pancreas), stem cell based periodontal regeneration with tissue engineering approach can be new field of treatment. Comparing stem cells from other sites of adult body, dental stem cells have advantage that is easy access to gaining site and have characteristics like proliferation, differentiation, and flexiblity. Some kind of reviewed stem cells, dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs), Stem cells from exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED), PDL stem cells (PDLSCs), Stem cells from apical papilla, apical papilla stem cells (SCAP), Dental follicle cells (DFCs), and MSCs are most actively studied for stem cell based periodontal regeneration. However, safety problems are not completely examined, and the difficulty of ex vivo proliferation is still recognized to limiatation of stem cells. With effective stem cell delivery strategy, research to overcome these limitations should be continued. With recent advancement of stem cell based periodontal tissue engineering and periodontal regeneration, next step of research should be concentrated to clinical application of this advanced therapeutic method. Accordingly, further studies are required to develop new methods to identify and maintain multipotent stem cells in vitro and to determine the long term safety and efficacy of ex vivo expanded stem cells to repair periodontal defects in large animal models. With partial regeneration of tooth, whole tooth regeneration has been actively studied. When whole tooth regeneration succeed, regenerating periodontal ligament and contact of tooth-periodontium are needed to transplant regenerated tooth. So periodontal regeneration is essential step to achieve whole tooth regeneration and replantation.

        This study was conducted to provide the elementary school Teachers with reference materials to improve the Guidance activities in the school. The main objectives of the study were to research what kind of helps the teachers went to have from the Parents. Questionai ring 495 in-service Teachers from May to July l977, the research showed the results as follws : 1. Childrens should be guided by their Parents in order to be accustomed to prepare for the lessons and repeat them after learning. 2. Parents should guide their Children in order that they can perform their duties on their own responsibility. 3. Special guides are need for their children to use the right and mild words and to greet to their Parents when the children are out and in. 4. Parents should make up the opportunities for their children to be able to develop their Special abilities and should guide them to make the right use of television programs. 5. The children`s keeping their bodies and circumstances clear is require. 6. Parents me make the atmosphere of their homes merry, and must respond to the questions of children faithfully. 7. It should be taught by Parents that their children keep their duties and respond clearly to questions of others. 8. Finding some questions of teacher`s class room activities, parents should solve them through discussions with teachers.

        본 논문은 중학생들의 가치의식과 대학생들의 중학생에 대한 기대를 조사 연구한 것이다. 본 연구의 중요한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들은 공히 지적 영역과 운동기능적 영역을 중시하며, 정의적 영역은 소홀히 하는 경향이 높다. 그리고 중학생들의 경우는 일반적인 능력인 지능을 중시하나 대학생들은 구체적이며 특수한 능력, 즉 적성에 가치를 부여하고 있다. 둘째, 도덕에 대해서는 예절바르게 타인과 원만한 대인관계를 형성하는데 중점을 두고 있으나 실천적 상황에서는 다소의 갈등을 나타내고 일관성이 결여되고 있다. 셋째, 중학생들은 책임감이 강한 성격에 높은 가치를 부여하고 있고 대학생들도 중학생들이 책임감에 높은 가치를 부여하기를 기대하고 있다. 그러나 중학생들은 명랑함에 가치를 크게 부여하지 않고 있는데 비하여 대학생들은 중학생들이 명랑함에 좀 더 많은 가치를 부여하기를 기대하고 있다. 넷째, 생활습관에 대해서는 중학생과 대학생 공히 학교의 학업성취를 향상시키는 습관을 가치롭게 여기고 있으며, 여자 중학생들이 자기주체성의 발달이 남자 중학생들에 비해 빠르고 대학생들은 중학생들이 외모와 정리정돈에 보다 많은 가치를 부여해 줄 것을 기대하고 있다. 다섯째, 인물에 대한 가치는 자신들에게 많은 영향을 미치는 인물과 장래의 직업을 목표로 하는 인물에 대하여 높은 가치를 부여하고 있으며, 중학생과 대학생들 공히 부모와 교사에 대하여 높은 가치를 표명하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때 학교 교육이 보다 건전하게 육성되기 위해서는 정의적 영역의 교육을 보다 강화할 필요가 있으며, T.V 시청에 대한 지도가 절실히 필요하다. 그리고 앞으로 이 방향의 연구가 계속되고 보다 심층적 연구가 되기 위해서는 본 연구의 다섯 가지 조사영역을 상호관련시켜 연구를 진행하거나 또는 하나의 영역을 집중적으로 연구할 필요가 있겠다. This study was conducted on the value of junior-high school students and expectancy of university students for them. Some significant results of the study turned out as follows: 1. Regarding ability, students in general gave their higher sense of value to cognitive and psycho-motor domain than affective domain. Junior students gave their high sense of value to intelligence, but university students to aptitude. 2. Regarding morality, junior students gave their high sense of value to human relationship through proper manners. 3. Junior students gave their high sense of value to responsibility and university students expected them to do it. However, junior students hardly sensed the value of their cheerfulness, and university students hoped them to sense the value. 4. Students in general gave their high sense of value to the promotion of their learning achievement. 5. Students in general regarded their parents and teachers as very important persons.
