참다래의 생리활성 물질에 대한 기초자료 확보측면에서 2007년 11월 5일에 참다래 4품종(‘비단’, ‘대흥’, ‘제시골드’ 및 ‘헤이워드’)을 수확하여 2℃에서 30일간 저장한 다음 과피와 과육의 메탄올 추출물에 대한 생리활성 효과를 조사하였다. 총 페놀함량은 추출물이 2,000㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>일 때 과피와 과육 모두 ‘대흥’에서 37.6 및 17.3㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>로 각각 많았다. 전자공여능은 추출물의 농도가 1,000㎎・L-1일 때 과피는 ‘대흥’에서 89.3%로, 과육은 ‘비단’에서 22.3%로 가장 높았다. 총 플라보노이드 함량은 추출물의 농도가 2,000㎎・L-1일 때 과피는 ‘대흥’에서 17.1㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>로, 과육은 비단에서 9.0㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>로 가장 높았다. 아질산염 소거는 추출물의 농도가 1,000㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>일 때 과피는 ‘대흥’에서 80.9%, 과육은 ‘제시골드’에서 78.3%로 가장 높았다. Tyrosinase 활성 저해 효과는 추출물의 농도가 1,000㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>일 때 ‘제시골드’의 과육이 14.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 참다래는 품종 및 부위에 따라 생리활성에 차이가 있었으며, 전반적으로 아질산염 소거능이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to determine the physiological activities of methanol extracts from the fruit skin and flesh of Korean kiwifruit cultivars ‘Bidan’, ‘Daeheung’, ‘Jecygold’ and ‘Hayward’ which were harvested and stored at 2℃ for 30days. At the extract concentration of 2,000 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>, total phenol content was the highest in fruit skin and flesh of cv. ‘Daeheung’ by 37.6 and 17.3 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>, respectively. DPPH radical scavenging activity in 1,000 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP> were very high in the fruit skin of kiwifruit cv. ‘Daeheung’ by 89.0% and in the flesh of cv. ‘Bidan’ by 22.3%. Total flavonoid content in the fruit skin of cv. ‘Daeheung’ at 2,000 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP> was 17.1 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP> and in the flesh of cv. ‘Bidan’ 9.0 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP>. Nitrite scavenging activity in 1,000 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP> showed the highest value in the fruit skin of kiwifruit cv. ‘Daeheung’ by 80.9%, and followed by the flesh of cv. ‘Jecygold’ by 78.3%. Mushroom tyrosinase inhibition activity in 1,000 ㎎・L<SUP>-1</SUP> were highest in the flesh of kiwi fruit cv. ‘Jecygold’ by 14.4%. These results indicate that Korean kiwifruits have a high nitrite radical scavenging activity, though the physiological activity of kiwifruits was affected by variety and regional parts.
영양제내 아미노산함량과 이들 영양제 살포가 사과의 과실품질에 미치는 영향

소, 돼재, 닭 뼈국, 생선추출물 및 카루키에 함유되어 있는 아미노산은 각각 14, 12, 14, 13 및 11종으로 나타났고 이들 영양제에 함유되어 있는 아미노산 함량은 2.88-15.10 mg·ml-1였다. 주요 아미노산은 소 뼈국에서 arginine과 proline 이었고 돼지와 닭 뼈국, 생선추출물 및 카루키에서 각각 glutamic acid, arginine, arginine, glycine이었다. '쓰가루'와 '후지'품종에서 소 뼈국과 카루키를 엽면 살포시 과중, 경도, 당도, 산함량 및 풍미에서는 처리간 유의차가 없었으나 안토시아닌함량은 소 뼈국 살포시 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 과실 및 잎에서 마그네슘, 카리함량은 처리간 차이가 없었으나 칼슘함량은 카루키 살포시 유의하게 높았다, 소 뼈국 살포는 과실과 잎내 아미노산함량을 증가시켰는데 '쓰가루' 과실에서는 glutamic acid, valine, leucine, phenylalanine 함량이 높았고 '후지'에서는 glutamic acid, 및 arginine 함량이 높았다. 잎에서는 '쓰가루'에서 aspartic acid, proline, methionine, pheny- lalanine 함량이 높았고 '후지'에서는 proline, aspartic acid 함량이 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 사과에서 소 뼈국 엽면살포는 과실내 안토시아닌 및 아미노산함량 증가로 과실의 품질을 향상시켰다. Amino acids contents in the various nutrients, including cattle bones soup (CBS), pig bones soup (PBS), fowl bones soup (FBS), fishes soup (FS) extract from thier animal bones or fishes and Karuki were analysed by HPLC. The CBS, PBS, FBS, FS and Karuki were composed of 14, 12, 14, 13 and 11 kinds of amino acids, respectively, and total contents of amino acids ranged 2.88-15.10 mg, mL. The major amino acids were glutamic acid, arginine, arginine, glycine in the PBS, FBS, Fs and Karuki, while the predominant amino acids were arginine and proline in the CBS. Trees of 'Tsugaru' and 'Fuji'foliar sprayed three times (40, 30 and 20 days before harvest) with PBS and Karuki. Fruit weight, firmness, soluble solids, acidity and sensory value were not affected by CBS or Karuki treatments in both cultivars, but anthocyanin content was highest in CBS among treatments. Cacontents in the fruits and leaves influenced by Karuki treatment, while contents of K, Mg did not change among treatments. Concentration of glutamic acid, valine, leucine, glutamic acid, phenylalnine in the fruit of 'Tsugaru' increased with CBS treatment compared to Karuki or control, but glutamic acid, arginine contents increased in 'Fuji'. Concentration of aspartic acid, proline, methionine, phenylalanine were much higher in CBS than Karuki or controle in the leaves of 'Tsugaru', while contents of proline, aspartic acid were much higher in 'Fuji'. CBS foliar sprayed fruits improved the quality of fruit by enhancing the contents of anthocyanin and increasing amino acids content in apple.
대전 이응노 미술관에서 나타나는 모더니티와 이응노의 예술성과의 관계에 관한 연구

The project of the "Ungno Lee Museum", devoted to one of the grand masters of Korean painting of the 20th century, was recently inaugurated in Dae-Jeon City. During the competition, this project was requested a double architectural work, evoking the spirit of the artist's creation of the building, and the constitution of a unique place location in relation to its environment. It requires a review of Western modern architecture in comparison with Korean traditional architecture and Far-Eastern art, which allows us to distinguish the characteristics of Korean modern architecture from those of Western modern architecture. A comprehension of the aesthetic of void is proposed as the conceptual resolution which intentioned the harmony with the nature. It constitutes the essential elements of Korean culture and, at the same time, characterizes the work of Ungno Lee.
