一國的語言和文化有着不可分割的聯系,如果能在前者的敎學中充分利用后者,則不僅可以更好地敎授語言,還能讓學生自然地了解后者。筆者在語言敎學中嘗試了利用童謠進行詞匯敎學,收到了旣敎好了語言,又讓學生理解了韓國傳統文化的雙重效果。童謠是男女老少都喜愛的歌曲。通過人們的傳唱,韓國的童謠不僅傳播了歌曲本身,還傳承了韓國民族的智慧,愛心,精神,靈魂。在3年級第二學期開設的<影視作品欣賞>中,筆者讓學生們 欣賞童謠,學唱童謠,然後再討論童謠。結果發現,這個方法極大地調動了學生的學習積極性。學生們不僅學會了唱童謠,還不知不覺地掌握了所出現的詞匯,提高了會話及寫作能力,且在對韓國的歷史,文化,經濟,社會等的理解方面有了驚人飛躍。(山東大學威海分校)

문화적 차이에서 비롯되는 오류를 막기 위한 한국어 교육

Language education and cultural education can not be separated in the educational process. Now, the culture education is included in the process of explaining on traditional culture, material culture, and religion etc. In this education process, culture education will be varies in the quality and depth depending on the range, so errors will appear in the communication as the cultural differences. In this context, the learner's errors are very important field of research can be said. Research on cultural differences stemming from the error is relatively insufficient, however. This paper divided the errors occurrence because of cultural differences by type of failure and analyzed focusing on the cause of this error, and studied advance the effective solutions to prevent them. The analysis for errors and failure due to cultural differences of the learners will help the rapid progress and ensure accuracy in language use.

α-씨클로덱스트린을 이동상으로 사용한 몇 가지 페놀 유도체들의 크로마토그래피적 분리

Chromatographic retention behavior and separation of various phenol derivatives on a Partisil 10 ODS 3 column-with mobile phase containing a-cyclodextrin-were systematically studied. The decrease in k' values caused by the addition of cyclodextrins in the mobile phase was based on the formation of an inclusion complex, resulting in weakening of the hydrophobic interaction between solutes and the stationary phase. The content of the organic solvent in the mobile phase also influenced k' values of the solutes, and k' values increased with a decrease of the content of organic solvent in the mobile phase. A simple equation has been derived that reveals the hyperbolic dependence of the capacity factor on the total concentration of cyclodextrin. A plot of the reciprocal of the capacity factor against (CD)_(T) gives a straight line and the dissociation constant, K_(p), of the inclusion complex can be calculated from the slope. The capacity factor decreased with increasing temperature. The enthalpy was calculated from the slope of van't Hoff plots. Under optimum conditions, some mixtures of phenol derivatives were able to separated successfully

The principal objective of this study was to develop processed food with the effect of extract from Angelica gigas Nakai by assessing the quality characteristics of cookies. Cookie samples were prepared with shredded extract from Angelica gigas Nakai at varied levels of 0, 1, 3, and 5%. The pH of dough decreased significantly with the added extract from Angelica gigas Nakai and the density increased significantly in the 5% added group(p<0.05). The spread factor decreased significantly as the added extract from Angelica gigas Nakai increased(p<0.05). The Hunter color`s L value in cookies significantly decreased and the a, b values in cookies increased(p<0.05). The hardness of cookies significantly increased added extract from Angelica gigas Nakai increased(p<0.05). The acid value and peroxide value were lower in added Angelica gigas Nakai extract groups than in the control group as the storage period of cookies passed. The results of sensory characteristics demonstrated that 1% added Angelica gigas Nakai extract showed the highest degree of preference among all the items of added Angelica gigas Nakai extract(color, odor, taste, hardness, crispness and overall quality) and the added Angelica gigas Nakai extract indicated possibilities for developments of Angelica gigas Nakai extract cookies.

본 연구는 한국의 신문, 방송, 텔레비전, 광고 등 주로 일상에서 쓰이는 언어를 논의의 대상으로 그의 어휘적 의미를 살펴보고 현재의 어휘 사용 실태를 몇 가지 유형으로 나누어 고찰 분석하였다. 이를 통해 아름다운 한국어를 보호하고, 한국어 사용을 진작해야 할 중요성을 호소하고, 그 책임감을 고양하고자 하였다. 이런 목적 아래, 언론매체 뿐만이 아니라 한국어 보호와 사용 및 홍보에 앞장서야 할 한국 정부의 기관이 오히려 외국어를 과도하게 사용하고 있다는 점을 지적하였다. 그리고 친족어의 확대 사용과 경어의 사용 실태를 고찰하면서 사회적으로 비록 널리 사용되고 있지만 우려할 만큼 비문법적인 경향으로 흘러가고 있으며, 빠른 속도로 일상용 언어로 자리 잡고 있는 문제점에 대해 심각한 우려를 표했다. 따라서 신조어의 남용과 어휘의 과다 생략 사용실태를 통해 외국어를 그대로 받아들이거나 차용하여 만들어낸 언어 그리고 한국어 어휘의 생성 규칙에 위배되거나 한국어 어휘의 특성을 지니지 않은 언어들을 무절제하게 만들어 내어 사용하는 현상에 대해서는 마땅한 주시와 관찰이 요구된다는 점을 지적하였다. 한국 정부가 한국어의 순화작업을 꾸준히 진행해 왔는데도 불구하고 최근에 와서 영어를 위주로 하는 외국어들이 한국 고유어의 자리를 빼앗고 있는 점에 대해 우려를 표했으며 한국의 것보다는 해외의 것들을 더 격식 높고 수준 높은 것으로 보고 한국어를 사용하는 것보다 외국어를 사용하는 것을 더 박식한 것으로 느끼는 사회 풍토를 비판하였다. 따라서 바야흐로 세계화의 길에 들어서는 현시대에 한국정부와 산하의 많은 관련기구들 그리고 한국국민 모두가 한국어를 사랑하고 지키고 홍보하는 선두에서 최선을 다해야 한다고 주장하였다. Korea has a long history as a nation have a beautiful language and culture. Korean in the world`s population are within the top 10 with a language and is the world`s most beautiful language. These excellent Korean and Korea`s own culture and tradition of the beautiful features need to be held well. In the agricultural and food, Koreans very much emphasize "local purchasing (身土不二)". But otherwise nothing seems to be in use Korean. The language of their country than the other countries prefer the language of everyday conversation, and more Korean Foreign Origin in the more fun to use. They use easy and clear Korean incorrectly sometimes. Accordingly, the original appearance of Korean is increasingly becoming. In this paper, we will analyze the Korean language which the meaning is becoming gradually or is misused. The purpose is to protect the Korean language, promote the importance of using Korean, and enhance the accountability.
