        억간산(抑肝散)의 항간질성(抗癎疾性) 효과(效果)에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        This study has been carried out to investigate the effects of Ukgansan(UGS) extract on anti-convulsive, antipyretic, analgesic, sedative and GABAergic system of experimental animals. The results of this study were as follows : 1. UGS extract prolonged significantly the beginning time to convulsion and death induced by strychnine. 2. UGS extract prolonged significantly the time to death induced by electrical shock of ECT unit.(3 sec, 200 F, 25 mA) 3. On the experiment of hypothermic effects of UGS extract on the rectal temperature of mouse, UGS extract decreased significantly the rectal temperature of mouse 4. On the experiment of antipyretic effects of UGS extract on the febrile induced by the subcutaneous injection of $150\;{\mu}g/kg$ endotoxin in mouse, UGS extract decreased significantly the rectal temperature of mouse. 5. On the experiment of analgesic effects of UGS extract on the writhing syndrome induced by intraperitoneal injection 0.7% acetic acid 1 ml/100g in mouse, the writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid was reduced significantly by administration of UGS extract. 6. On the experiment of effects of UGS extract on spontaneous motor activity measured by wheel cage method in mice, the spontaneous motor activity was reduced significantly by administration of UGS extract. 7. On the experiment of effects of UGS extract on the activity of GABA-transaminase(GABA-T) in mouse brains after 21 days of oral administration of UGS extract. the activity of GABA-T was reduced significantly by administration of UGS extract. 8. On the experiment of effects of UGS extract on the activity concentration of GABA in mouse brain after 21 days of oral administration of UGS extract, the activity concentration of GABA was reduced significantly by administration of UGS extract. 9 On the experiment of effect of UGS water extract on the activity of GAD in mouse brain after 21 days of oral administration of UGS extract, the activity of GAD was reduced significantly by administration of UGS extract. According to the these results, Ukgansan extracts reveal the effects on the anti-convulsive, antipyretic, analgesic, sedative and GABAergic system.

      • 溫膽湯 煎湯液이 家兎의 心血管系에 미치는 影響

        The present experiments were designed to investigate the effects of Ondamtang water extract(Ondamtang) on the blood circulation, bile acid secretion and mental tension in normal and hyperlipidemia induced rabbits. In order to control the precise chemical and physical conditions, the experimental rabbits were supplied with calorie limited food, and the hyperlipidemia rabbits were induced by oral administration of cholesterol(500㎎/㎏) for 3 weeks. The results obtained were summerized as follows: 1. Ondamtang increased the bile secretion and serum bile acid level in rabbits. 2. Bile solution decreased the blood pressure after injection through the ear vien in rabbits. 3. The blood pressure was decreased after injecting Ondamtang through the ear vein. And it was also decreased after oral administration of Ondamtang for 5 days. 4. The decrease of blood pressure was not dependant on the autonomic nervous system. 5. Ondamtang activated the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity of cardiac indoplasmic reticulum, and thus inhibited the cardiac muscle contraction. 6. Ondamtang stimulated the dilatation of the peripheral blood vessel. 7. Ondamtang decreased the serum creatinine level by stimulating the renal filtration and thus it increased the kidney function in hypelipidemia rabbits. 8. Ondamtang decreased the arteriosclerosis index by effecting the metabolism of cholesterol and lipid in hypdrlipidemia induced rabbits. 9. Ondamtang inhibited the Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase activity of the cerebral cortex, and decreased the sensitivity of the electrical shock. According to the above results, Ondamtang improved blood circulation by dilatation the capillary lumen and decreasing in blood viscosity, promoted bile acid secretion, inhibited the nerve transmission, and relieved the mental tension.

      • 痛症에 대한 樣態別 辨證分型 硏究

        다양하게 표현된 痛症을 樣態別로 살펴보고 樣態에 따라 주로 發顯된 部位와 病因 및 病性을 考察하여 病症에 대한 辯證分型을 제시해보고자 東醫寶鑑에 나타난 病症을 中心으로 考察하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 病症의 樣態는 40종이었다. 2. 病症은 樣態에 따라 일정한 部位에 發顯되었다. 3. 病症의 樣態와 病因의 性質은 연계성이 있었다. 4. 部位에 따라 나타나는 病症의 樣相은 다양하지만 그들의 病性은 同一性을 公有하고 있었다. In the view of diagnostic principles of Oriental medicine that estabilished on the basis of Byun Jeung Ron(辯證論) with which doctors fine the common property in the revelation of phenomenon and understand the nature of disease, a pain is reconized as not only a simplified symptom but also important basic data for the diagnosis of the etiological cause and nature of disease. I would like to state my opinion on pain nature through the bibilographic study of Dong Eu Bo Gam(東醫寶鑑). 1. Based on nature, a pain is classified into 40 types. 2. All pains have each defined regions which appears their symptom and sign 3. The cause of disease that reveals each pain is various. 4. The aspect of pain in external manifestation is various, but the pain of same revelation spot has the same quality of pain in common.

      • 人體構造에 대한 五行論的 模型硏究

        As a result of our studies on the phenomenon of life in the point of the five elements theory, we have aquired a few conclusion as follows; 1. The phenomenon of life is composed of four elements {essene of life(精), qi(氣), vitality(神), blood(血)}. 2. Five viscera(五臟) is a conception which is indicated five funtional properties of the phenomenon of life. 3. The phenomenon of life can be analized by five functional systems. 4. Body is composed of tendons(筋), channels and vessels(脈), muscles(筋肉), skin and hairs(皮毛) and bones(骨).

      • 顫振에 對한 文獻的 考察

        顫振(tremor)은 頭部나 四肢가 부자유스럽게 흔들리거나 혹은 떨면시 움직이는 疵狀을 말하는 것으로 顫振의 節時에는 頭搖,手顫, 足顫,身振搖,舌顫, ㅁ顫 等이 포함된다.顫振에 대한 文??的 考察을 통해 顫振을 部位 와 관계없이 全體的인 觀點에서 病因別로 分類할 수 있었고,顫振이 發顯되는 部位에 따라 分類하여 名名의 病因別로 分類할 수 있었다. 이 두가지의 分類틀 통해 相互 連繫性을 찾아 顫振의 治療에 도움이 되고자 顫振의 病因 및 治方을 調査하여 考察하였다. 考察한 結果 顫振의 治療는 共通的인 病因에 使用된 治方을 基本方으로 하고,顫振의 發顯部位에 따라 名名 特徵的으로 使用된 治方을 參照하여 應用해야 할 것으로 思料된다. Tremor is defined as involuntary motion of the head,limbs,and other parts of the body. Tremor is due to the general mechanism,so called "Malnutrition of Tendon (筋失濡養)",but various subtypes due to etiology exists. The disease is dassified in the view of the lesion and its pathogenesis. According to the lesion,it could be classified to tremor of head(頭搖),tremor of hand(手顫),tremor of foot(足顫),tremor of the whole body or truck (身振搖),tremor of toung(舌顫),tremor of lip(脣顫),etc. These subcategories are caused by exopathic wind (外感風邪),hyperactivity of the liver - yang (肝陽亢盛),up - stirring of liver (肝風內動),deficiency of both qi and blood(氣血虛弱),exuberance of the liver - wind (肝風盛),insufficency of the heart - fire (心火不足),insufficency of the heart - qi (心氣虛),failure of heart (心絶),deficiency of blood (血虛),wind - cold - dampness (風塞濕),deficiency of both qi and blood (氣血虛弱). blood depletion due to hypofunction of the spleen (脾虛血燥),deficiency of blood in the heart and spleen (心脾血虛). Out of these pathologic mechanisms,the former four conditions are the most common factors of the disease. And general drugs used to control the four common factors are Lingjiao Gouteng Tang (羚羊鉤藤湯),Tianma Gouteng Yin (天靡鉤藤欲),Renshen Yangying Tang (人蔘養榮湯),Bazhen Tang (八珍湯), Da Dingfeng Zhu (大定風珠),Da Buyin Wan (大補除丸),Daotan Tang (導痰湯),Cuigan Wan (崔肝丸) etc. In addition,there are specific factors and drugs to each lesion. To sum up,tremor of head(頭搖),tremor of hand(手顫), tremor of foot(足顫),tremor of the whole body or truck (身振搖),tremor of toung(舌顫),tremor of lip(脣顫) is resulted from up - stirring of liver (肝風內勤),insufficency of the heart - qi (氣血虛弱),wind - cold - dampness (風寒濕),deficiency of blood in the heart and spleen (心脾血虛),blood depletion due to hypofunction of the spleen (脾虛血燥),and the fire of Stomach Channel (胃經之火) respectively. Each symptoms treated by Lingjiao Gouteng Tang (羚羊鉤藤湯),Reinforcing the heart Wan (補心丸),Wuji San (五穰散),Guipi Tang (蹄脾湯),Shuangjie Tong sheng Shan (雙解通聖散),Siwu Shufeng Tang (四物疎風湯). (The last two elements are induded to the 脣顫) On the basis of this study, we can use basic drugs which is treat the common factor, additionally add specific medication as to the lesions. In this method, we can approach the disease effectively, and try more comprehensive solutions include etiology, pathology, and pharmacology.

        脊髓 感覺神經節 細胞에 대한 重金屬 및 酸素遊離氣의 細胞損傷에 미치는 韓藥劑의 神經細胞損傷 回復에 미치는 影響에 對한 硏究

        중금속의 독성을 산화적 손상 측면에서 규명하며 동시에 중금속의 산화적 손상에 의한 한약추출물의 효과를 항산화적측면에서 조사하기 위하여 생쥐의 척수 감각신경절세포에 여러 농도의 FeSO₄를 처리한 후 이의 독성효과를 조사하였다. FeSO₄는 생쥐의 배양 척수 감각신경질세포에 처리한 농도와 시간에 비례하여 세포생존율을 유의하게 감소시켰으며, 15μM FeSO₄의 농도에서 척수 감각신경절세포를 4시간 동안 배양한 결과 MTT50 과 NR50 값을 나타냈으며 이는 고독성인 것으로 나타났다. [고독성; 100μM> MTT50, NR50]. 한편, 한약추출물인 원두충(EU)과 음양곽(EK) 및 감초(GC)는 FeSO₄에 의해서 유도된 신경독성에 대하여 세포생존율을 현저히 증가시킴으로서 유의한 방어효과를 보였다. 이상에서 FeSO₄는 생쥐의 배양 척수 감각신경절세포에 고독성으로 나타났으며, 또한 음양곽이나 익지인 및 감초와 같은 선택적인 한약추출물이 FeSO₄에 의해서 유도된 신경독성을 효과적으로 방어하였다. To clarify the mechanism between neurotoxity of metal and oxidative stress, toxic effect of FeSO₄was examined by MTT assay and NR assay in cultured spinal dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons from mouse. And also neuroprotective effects of antioxidant and several herb extracts on FeSO₄decreased cell viability in dose and time dependentry in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons. MTT50 and NR50 values were determined at 15μM FeSO₄for 4 hours in these cultures, and this value was heighly toxic; MTT50, NR50 < 100μM). Glutathione markedly increasd cell viability after preincubation of DRG neros for 2 hours in the media containing cocentrations of 2-6mM glutathione. In neuroprotective of herb extracts, Eucommia lmoides Oliver(EU), Epimedium koreanum Nakai(EK) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GC) were very effective in blocking the neurotoxicity induced by FeSO₄in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons. These results suggested that FeSO₄was heighly toxic in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons, and selective herb extracts such as Eucommia ulmoides Oliver(EU), Epimedium koreanum Nakai(EK) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GC) were effective in blocking the FeSO₄-induced neurotoxicity in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons.
