Hyper crosslinked porous polymers (HCPs) have received remarkable attention in nanotechnology and nanoscience because of their excellent properties such as high surface area, high stability, and high functionality. Thus, they are useful for various applications such as catalysis, gas storage, and drug delivery. Herein, we have presented a simple method for the synthesis of silver metal nanoparticles deposited-hyper crosslinked porous polymer. We have employed HCP as a protective support to preserve the stable and high activity silver metal nanoparticles. The catalytic activity of these materials was evaluated through the reduction of methylene blue, 4-nitrophenol, and rhodamine B.

Achievements of artificial intelligence technology innovation have made a qualitative leap in the way people acquire, process, and transmit information. Relying on big data information technology and cloud computing, Internet artificial intelligence technology is also constantly infiltrating litigation procedures. Based on technical support, civil litigation procedures have further development in intelligent judgments, online service, smart courts, Internet court construction and so on, which pro mo te the development of China's civil litigation procedures, improve the efficiency of civil litigation, and facilitate litigation by parties. Countries outside the region have promoted the use of artificial intelligence in their own countries in the judicial field through multiple paths. In the process of using artificial intelligence in China, there is a risk of privacy data leakage, which restricts the perform of judges' discretion and at the same time has a certain impact on the traditional litigation culture. China is rooted in traditional Chinese litigation culture. Depending on the successful experience of foreign countries, it should pay attention to the privacy protection of the parties, fully guarantee the discretion of judges, realize the fairness of cases, and maintain judicial credibility. 인공지능 기술의 혁신적인 발전은 인간이 정보를 수집, 처리, 전달하는 방식에 질적 변화를 일으켰다. 빅데이터 기술, 클라우드 기반의 온라인상 인공지능기술은 민사소송절차에서도 그 활용영역을 넓혀가고 있으며 그러한 기술적 지원에 힘입어 재판절차의 스마트화, 온라인송달, 스마트법원, 인터넷법원의 설립 등 민사소송절차의 여러 방면에서 한층 더 발전할 수 있는 기회를 마련함으로써 중국 민사소송절차의 발전을 추진하고 민사소송의 효율성을 높였으며 당사자들의 편의를 도모하였다. 해외 국가에서는 다양한 방법으로 자국의 인공지능을 통한 사법서비스를 활성화하였다. 그러나 중국은 인공지능 기술의 활용과정에서 개인정보 유출의 위험이 존재하고 있으며 이는 법관의 자유재량권행사를 제한하며 전통적인 소송제도에도 일정한 영향을 미쳤다. 중국은 깊숙이 뿌리박힌 소송문화를 계승함과 동시에 해외 국가의 성공한 경험을 바탕으로 당사자의 개인정보 보호를 중시하고 법관의 자유재량권을 충분히 보장하여개개 사건의 공정성을 실현하고 사법 공신력을 수호해야 한다.
Improvement of polyketide production through the CoA pathway engineering

Polyketides are one of the most important and remarkably diverse classes of natural products, which possess a wide range of pharmacological activities. Their carbon backbones are assembled by the successive condensation of short organic-CoA ester extender units through the action of polyketide synthases. In spite of the fast rate of growth, its poor intracellular reservoir of the (2S)-ethylmalonyl-CoA building block that is assembled into polyketides has restained the utility of S. venezuelae as heterologous host. In this report, we firstly identified the ethylmalonyl-CoA biosynthetic pathway. Next, meaA gene encoding coenzyme B12-dependent ethylmalonyl-CoA mutase was deleted and positive regulator gene pikD was introduced into the mutant strain to upregulate tylosin PKS expression. Consequentially, this research demonstrated more than 10-fold increase in the production of tylactone.
