        질소시용량에 따른 수도의 수잉기 내랭성과 약의 호흡활성 변화

        질소시용량의 차이가 수도의 수잉기 내랭성과 출수기에 있어서 약의 호흡활성에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자, 여명벼, 운봉벼, 밀양 2003를 공시하여 소포자초기의 엽신 및 엽소+경의 질소함량, 출수기의 약의 호흡활성 및 내랭성 지표인 임실지수를 조사하여 이들의 상호간계를 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 소포자초기 엽신질소함량과 임실지수, 약의 호흡량과는 부의 상관관계가 인정되었다. 2. 약의 호흡활성은 100ppm 질소처리보다 10ppm 질소처리에서 높았다. 3. 출수기 약의 호흡활성에 대한 Arhenius plot 분석에서 여명벼, 운봉벼는 100ppm 질소처리에서는 각각 18℃ , 18.5℃ 에서 변환점을 나타내었으나, 10ppm 질소처리에서는 온도차이에 따른 변화가 없었으며, 밀양 2003는 10ppm, 100ppm 질소처리에서 각각 20.5℃ , 21℃ 에서 변환점을 나타내었다. 4. 15-30℃ 온도범위중 20℃ 에서의 약의 호흡량과 임실비율과의 상관계수가 가장 컸었다. To elucidate the influence of nitrogen application rate on cool tolerance at the booting stage and respiratory activity of anther at the heading stage in the rice plants, the relationships among nitrogen content in the leaf blade and leaf sheath+culm at young microspore stage, cool tolerance at the booting stage and respiratory activity of anther at the heading stage were investigated for 3 rice cultivars-Yeomyungbyeo, Unbongbyeo and Milyang 23. Nitrogen content in the leaf blade at the young microspore stage was negatively correlated with respiratory rate of anther at the heading stage and fertility index, respectively. Respiratory activity of anther at the heading stage with 10ppm nitrogen application was higher than that of anther with 100ppm nitrogen application. On the Arrhenius plot of respiratory activity of anther at the heading stage, Yeomyungbyeo and Unbongbyeo showed a break at 18~circC and 18.5~circC , respectively, with 100ppm nitrogen application, but did not show a break in respiratory activity of anther with 10ppm nitrogen application, while Milyang 23 showed a break at 20.5~circC and 21~circC with 10ppm and 100ppm nitrogen application, respectively. The highest correlation coefficient between fertility and respiratory rate of anther at the heading stage was shown at 20~circC in the temperature range of 15~circC -30~circC .

        Type Ia Supernovae are known as one of the most reliable standard candle regarding to our understanding their explosion mechanism. Recently NIR photometry of SN Ia shows us better promise on the distance measurement. NIR peak luminosity is relatively independent of light curve shape and effect of extinction is obviously less than in optical wavelengths. Among NIR bands, Y-band photometry is suggested to have less scatter and reduced reddening effect than other NIR wavelengths, furthermore it is still unexplored regime to verify its utility. Here we report Y-band light curve analysis of M101 SN Ia to investigate how Y-band can help us to determine accurate distance to the galaxy.

        물절약형 담수심 관리방법에 따른 벼 생육 및 수량

        효율적인 물 관리방식 개발의 기초 자료를 얻고자 논의 물 관리 차이가 벼의 생육과 수확량에 미치는 영향을 2002년부터 2003년까지 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 물 관리 방법별 벼 생육 및 수량은 DWI는 VSII에 비해 출수기의 초장이 길었고, 경수가 적었으나 유효경 비율은 약간 높았고, VSII의 등숙비율은 다른 물 관리에 비해 1~% 낮아 쌀 수량은 2.1~% 적었으나 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 2. 관개량과 유효강우량 등 총 물 공급량은 DWI에서 777.2mm로 가장 많았고, VS팀에서 527mm로 가장 적어, SII에서는 DWI에 비해 약 15.9~% , VSII에서는 32.2~% 정도의 물 절약효과가 있었다. 3. 절간장은 N3, N4절은 관수심이 깊을수록 길었으며, 간벽두께, 간기중, 줄기직경은 DWI에서 감소하였으나, 좌절중, Pushing resistance는 VSII가 DWI에 비해 매우 높고 도복지수가 낮았다. 4. VSII의 성숙기 근장은 27cm로 DWI보다 깊게 내려갔으며, 토양 표면으로부터 10cm이상 깊이에서는 VSII의 뿌리 발생량이 많았으나, 토양 표면으로부터 10cm까지는 DWI의 뿌리분포가 많았다. 5. 물 관리 차이에 따른 잡초 발생양상은 최고 분얼기에는 VSII가 DWI에 비해 일년생 잡초와 다년생 잡초 모두 본수가 2배 이상 많았으며, 출수기에는 일년생 잡초 본수는 물 관리 차이에 관계없이 비슷하였으나, 다년생 잡초 본수는 VSII에서 DWI에 비해 3배 이상 많았다. 이상의 결과에서 담수심을 얕게 하여 용수를 절약하여도 관행 심수 관개 방식에 비해 벼 생육 및 수량에는 차이가 없었고, 오히려 내도복성을 향상시킬 수 있었으므로 최적 용수 공급량 산출의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있었다.g으로 233~% 증가하였고, 12mM acetyl salicylic acid 2514.4ug 으로 225~% 증가한 반면, 0.5~% methyl jasmonic acid 처리구에서는 738.8ug 으로 66~% 수준으로 감소하였다. 4. 숙주나물 자엽부위의 경우 무처리구와 비교하여 증가를 보였던 10mM salicylic acid처리구와 12mM acetyl salicylic acid 처리구에서는 malonyldaidzine과 malonylglycitin이 증가가 두드러지게 나타났다. 5. 숙주나물 자엽하부의 경우 무처리구와 비교하여 증가를 보였던 10mM salicylic acid 처리구와 12mM acetyl salicylic acid 처리구에서는 malonylglycitin의 증가가 두드러지게 나타났다여주는 몇 몇 실험 및 경험 사실들을 인용하려 한다. 그리고 올바른 Risk Assessment야 말로 한국의 21세기 BT 산업을 경쟁력 있게 하고 국민 년 소득 2만불 달성에 중요한 기여를 하게 될 것이라고 생각한다. 한국은 농토가 적고 천연자원이 빈약하다. GMO는 21세기의 생존 경쟁 산업이다. 제2의 녹색혁명은 얼마든지 가능하며, 한국은 부족한 농토와 빈약한 자원에도 불구하고 능력 있는 인적자원이 풍부하여 GMO 개발 연구에 국제적 경쟁력을 키울 수 있다. 그러나 GMO에 대한 논쟁만 하고 있으면 이미 때가 늦는다. 미국은 이미 GMO-BT 시장을 거의 완전 독점했으며, 타국에서의 논쟁과 불합리적으로 엄격한 GMO 관련 규정을 조장하고 환영한다.이상의 결과와 같이 인삼 saponin 성분들은 arachidonic acid로부터 cyclooxygenase를 To reduce water input by water-saving irrigation techniques a field study was carried out with three water managements, very shallow intermittent irrigation (VSII, 2cm), shallow intermittent irrigation (SII, 4cm) and traditional deep water irrigation (DWI, 10cm) for two years. Rice growth and grain yields of three water managements were not significantly different. However, when the water irrigation depth was decreased, the breaking and lodging resistance were increased and the roots were widely distributed into deeper paddy soil. More numbers of both annual and perennial weeds were occurred in VSII than in DWI at maximum heading stage and only the number of perennial weeds was three times in VSII than in DWI at heading stage. The total water inputs were 777, 654 and 527 mm in DWI, SII and VSII, therefore the water-saving rates of VSII and SII were 32.2~%~;and~;15.9~% compared to typical deep water irrigation. The water-productivity (Rice yield to water input) was highest in VSII as 0.94 and followed by SII as 0.76 and DWI as 0.63. In the face of water scarcity, it is very important to find or develope water saving irrigation system and find ways to increase the productivity of water used for rice cultivation

      • 植物生長調節劑 處理가 벼(Oryza sativa L.) 冷害輕減에 미치는 影響

        本 實驗은 벼에 있어서 冷害로 因하여 每年 막대한 收穫量의 減少를 生有時期別 生長調節劑 處理에 의한 栽培的 方法을 통하여 그 被害를 減少시키고, 生長調節劑에 대한 벼의 生理學的 活動과 農業的 特性, 收量構成要素, 根活力, Chlorophyll 含量 等의 變化를 통하여 收穫量에 關係는 要素를 糾明하고, 벼 栽培 力法에 있어서 基礎 資科로써 利用하고자 實施하여 얻은 實驗結果는 다음과 같다. 低溫조건하에서 處理된 모든 生長調節劑는 濃度에 關係없이 草長, 분니 등의 벼 生有遲延을 다소 輕減시켰으며, 特히 ABA는 濃度에 關係없이 草長, 분니수등에 있어서 다른 生長調節劑보다 그 效果가 두드러진 것을 알 수 있었다. 低溫 條件下에서의 chlorophyll含量은 無處理品에 비하여 減少되나 植物生長調節劑를 處理함으로써 Chlorophyll含量이 增加되었고, 또한 根活力도 chlorophyll含量과 같은 傾向을 나타내었다. 生有 初期의 生長 調節劑의 處理는 收量 構成要素의 減少를 輕減시켜 주었으며, 이는 收量에 直接 影響을 미쳐 冷害로 因한 收量減少를 經向시켰으며, 特히 Abscissicacid處理의 效果는 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 그러나 低溫下에서 수잉기때 生長調節劑 處理는 營養生長에 별다른 效果를나타내지 않았으나 收量構成要素에는 다소 影響을 미쳐 收量에 關與하는 것으로 나타났다. 低溫條件下에서의 生長調節劑의 處理는 處理時期에 따라 다소 差異가 있지만 收量損失 輕減에 크게 影響을 미친 것으로 思科된다. This experiment was conducted at Andong county cropping season to investigate rice response and consequent changes in the physiological activities and agronomic characters of rice as affected by growth regulator treatments, and to determine how low temperature controls some plant growth mechanisms. Plant growth regulators, particularly ABA, applied to 15 DAT regardless of concentration, gave higher tar plant height and tiller number after 10days of low temperature treatment than did the untreated plant. However, the differences in plant height and tiller number among treatments diminished to plant growth. Chlorophyll content seemed to be enhanced by growth regulators under low temperature condition. The 10-day treatment of low temperature decreased chlorophyll content by more than 17% compared with the untreated control. The oxidizing activity of roots decreased sharply to 52.2a after 10 days in low temperature condition. On the other hand, ABA at concentration of ?? M, highly attains oxiding activity of roots. Generally, plant growth regulators applied at 15 DAT under low temperature reduced grain yield more than did the untreated control which can be attributed to decreased yield components. When growth regulators were applied to booting stage, the tiller number did not show significant difference, whereas the significant difference in culm length at harvest was observed in all treatment as a result of different concentration of growth regulators. The growth regulators generally exhibited a significant effect on yield component except on panicle length. Grain yield of low temperature treated plot at booting stage was significantly influenced by application of growth regulators. This was due to decreased number of spikelet and low filled spikelet percentage. However, TIBA treatment at booting stage showed no significant differences in grain yield.

        벼 성숙기 침관수 피해양상

        The typhoon and flooding injury in rice were investigated both the region of downpour at the middle of August and the region of typhoon "Yanni" at the late of September, 1998 in Kyongbuk provincial of Korea. More than 10% of rice stem were buried by soil inundation, the heading was delayed and the high node tiller was brought out. Yield components were deteriorated and yield was reduced. As the clay in the muddy water was attached on grains of rice, the yield was greatly reduced by reason of low grain filling ratio and polished rice ratio. The injury of muddy water was less at yellow ripening stage than at early ripening stage. On the other hand, the muddy water injury was reduced by the fungicide "Benomyl" and "Daconil" treatments. The degree of lodging according to varieties and ripening stages was not made a great difference, while the lodging was mainly occurred in the early transplanting time. In a week after lodging, viviparous spikes were occurred in almost all varieties, the degree of viviparity was shown highly in order of early maturing, middle maturing and late maturing varieties in the field as well as in laboratory test. The viviperous spikes were greatly occurred in the lodging toward hill space within row than row space because the more grains were touched on the ground.

        남부지역 시설하우스 벼 극조기재배의 안전작기 설정

        N/A Optimum transplanting time for extremely early rice cultivation as an after-crop of fruit and vegetables under greenhouse conditions in the southern area was determined. Rice was transplanted on March 10, March 20, March 30, April 10 and April 20 for three years from 1998 to 2000. Meteorological computations for rice production were high for heading between early May and early July, but they were too low for heading between late July and early August. Especially the expected yield predicted with 35,000 spikelets, the average spikelets per ㎡ for extremely early transplanting. Computation for heading between late July and early August was low by 106 kg/10a compared with that yield at heading during the same period in the field. As the transplanting date in extremely early rice cultivation was earlier, rice growth at early stages was more retarded by low temperature. Rice growth at heading stage recovered with high temperature, showing less difference for the transplanting date. Abnormal tillers occurred by 15.5~22.2%. The contribution of 1,000 grain weightxripened grain ratio to yield of the extremely early rice cultivation in the greenhouse was 50.6%, indicating 16% higher than the degree of panicle per ㎡ on yield. The estimated optimum transplanting time on the basis of yield for the extremely early greenhouse rice cultivation ranged from March 19 to April 28, and the estimated critical transplanting date on the basis of accumulated effective temperature was March 12. Rice reduced the amount of NO3-N by 97.1% and EC by 90.5% in greenhouse soil with continuous fruit/vegetables for more than a 10-year period, and completely removed the root-knot nematodes.
