        While Korean Consititutional Law guarantees all citizens the property right, it permits to restrict this right for public necessities. However, Korean Constituitional Law has a clause that the restricition should be made by law and compensation thereof shall be paid. But in case of urban planning intervention, the government exercises the re- striction without compensation for it. It is questionable that the government can force the landlord to accept all disadvantage for public necessities without paying proper compensation. The theoretical apporoaches to solve this problem are based on the principles of equality and guarantee of private right in the Constitional Law. The contents of this sutdy are as follows, A. The explain for the content of urban planning intervention B. Whether urban planning intervention is correspond to special sacrifice C. What is legal basis of compensation for urban planning intervention D. Conclude The compensation for urban planning intervention should be admitted and the theory concerning this should be set up through further studies.

        The purpose of this study was to compare the career awareness of junior students of four universities which was selected including Soonchunhyang university. The qustionnaire was consisted of 4 domains, which were preparedness of career plan, attitude to career selection, and attitude toward career guidance policy of university. The qustionnaire distributed to 480 junior students of 4 universities, which were 160 students from Soonchunhyang university, 160 from K university(located in near Soochunhyang university), 80 from I university, and 80 from H university(H and I universities are located in Kung-gi province). 420 students' responses were used for the final analysis. For the data analysis, Freequencies, T-test, F-test were applied as the statistical techniques. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, there was significant difference in the university life satisfaction of the students by university. Soonchunhyang university students had lower degree of university life satisfaction than I, H universities. But, in the major satisfaction, there was no meaningful difference by uinversity. Second, there was significant difference in the awareness of the most important objective of the university education. The students of Soonchunhyang and K university perceived 'career preparedness', while the students of I and H universities perceived 'academic reasearch and study' as the most important objective of the university education. However, the biggest problem with which all students responded to the qustionnaire were confronted was equally 'career decision-making and preparedness'. Third, in the career plan after the graduation from the university, there was no significant difference by the university. Over 60% of the students responded by university was to get a job after the graduation. Forth, there was no significant difference in the career maturity of the students of each university. But, in three domains of career maturity, which are 'Planfulness', 'Independence', and 'Decisiveness' of career selection, the students of I and H universities had more higer score than the students of Soonchunhyang and K universities. Fifth, the most students of 4 universities did not know whether the institute or organization for career guidance within their university was established or not, and did not receive any help for their career problem solving from it. However, the major students who responded to the qestionnaire recognized that the independent institute or organization should be established in the university for the students' rational career exploration and preparation.

        청소년의 활동경험과 진로선택준비도와의 관계분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between youth activity experience and the readiness of career choice. The subjects included in the study were 3,209 of 3rd grade in the middle school. The data were collected from KYPS(Korean Youth Panel Survey). The statistical techniques such as frequency, t-test were adopted to accomplish the set purpose.Based on the findings, the followings were determined as major results. First, the subjects’ career related activity made influence to their career choice readiness. But, some activities such as work experience program, vocational training, small group activity were not related to improve their career choice readiness. Second, the increasing experience of part-time job did not make a meaningful influence to the improvement of their readiness for career choice. Because, the students participated in the part-time job to get the money for personal expenses, and they performed the simple work like the delivery of commercial pamphlet. Third, there was a statistical significant relationship between readiness of career choice and the experience of the students' outdoor activity. Nevertheless, this significant difference was only found in the emotional training program among 6-sub programs. Forth, the students who actively participated in the volunteer program were more high in the readiness of career choice than the students who did not. This difference was statistical significant. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the readiness of career choice between the students who positively participated in the circle activity within school or on-line and the students who did not.
