파핏의 심리적 환원주의와 공리주의

파핏(Derek Parfit)은 공리주의의 몰개인성에 대한 철학적ㆍ직관적 거부감은 우리가 어떤 존재인가에 대한 잘못된 형이상학적 신념에서 비롯되었다고 주장한다. 그의 심리적 환원주의는 우리의 독립적 실체성을 부정하고 의식의 통일성을 심리적 연결성의 정도의 문제로 정의함으로써 견고한 인격동일성(personal identity)을 요구하는 의무론적 도덕 원칙들의 중요성을 축소하려 시도한다. 『이유와 인격』에서 파핏이 전개한 친공리주의적 논변은 인격의 본질에 대한 이론적 분석과 규범 윤리학의 관계에 대한 비상한 관심을 조성하였으나 정작 공리주의자들로부터 전폭적인 환영을 받지는 못했다. 사실적인 측면에서 공리주의자들은 파핏의 심리적 환원주의가 그려내는 인격관을 수용하지 않으며 그럴 이유도 없다. 그들은 결코 롤즈(John Rawls)나 하트(H.L.A. Hart)가 이해하는 것처럼 인격을 단순히 경험들의 용기(container) 정도로만 생각 하지 않는다. 그런데 파핏은 공리주의의 인격관에 대한 기존의 일방적이고 편협한 해석에 편승하고 있다. 전략적인 측면에서 그의 논변은 공리주의와 비공리주의의 의견충돌을 해소하는 방향으로 나아가지 못하고, 오히려 양자가 비생산적인 평행선을 걸어가도록 할뿐이다. 이러한 지적들을 비롯하여, 이 논문은 파핏의 논변이 내포한 심각한 취약점들을 진단한다.

봉양침액(蜂藥鍼液)과 melittin이 RAW 264.7세포(細胞)의 NO, iNOS 및 MAPK에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Bee Venom and melittin on the lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and sodium nitroprusside(SNP)-induced expressions of Cell viability, nitric oxide(NO), inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), extra-signal response kinase(ERK), jun N-terminal Kinase(JNK) and p38 kinase(p38)- mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) Family- in RAW 264.7 cells, a murine macrophage cell line. Methods : The expressions of cell viability by MTT assay, NO by Nitrite assay and iNOS, ERK, JNK and p38 were determined by Western blotting. Results : 1. Compared with the control group, 0.5, 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin increased cell viability of RAW 264.7 induced by LPS and SNP significantly respectively. 2. Compared with the control group, 0.5, 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin inhibited expression of NO induced by LPS and SNP significantly respectively. 3. Compared with the control group, 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin inhibited expression of iNOS induced by LPS significantly and 0.5, 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin inhibited expression of iNOS induced by SNP significantly. 4. Compared with the control group, the expression of ERK induced by LPS and SNP decreased significantly in the treatment groups of $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin, which of p-ERK by LPS also did in 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin, but which of p-ERK by SNP did not decrease. 5. Compared with the control group, the. expression of JNK induced by LPS and SNP decreased significantly in the treatment groups of 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin, which of p-JNK by LPS in 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin and by SNP in $1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin decreased significantly. 6. Compared with the control group, the expression of p38 induced by LPS did not have significant difference, which induced by SNP decreased significantly in the treatment groups of 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin. p-p38 induced by LPS decreased significantly in the treatment group of $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of melittin, which induced by SNP also decreased significantly in 0.5, 1, $5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ bee venom and 5, $10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ melittin.

초등학교 자연과 ‘생물과 환경’학습을 위한 멀티미디어 타이틀의 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 4학년 2학기에 나오는 '생물과 환경‘단원을 위한 멀티미디어 타이틀을 설계하고 구현하기 위한 시도이다. 멀티미디어 타이틀은 학생들이 학습 활동 후 좋은 결과에 도달할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 멀티미디어 특성을 극대화하였다. 본 멀티미디어 타이틀은 Hite-Media사의 Cocktail 프로그램을 채택하였으며 순차적이고 문자 중심적인 단순성과 관계된 문제점을 해결할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 그 결과로 학생들은 상호적으로 수업의 양과 순서를 결정할 수 있고 학습활동에서 동기유발과 학습참여를 불러일으킬 수 있는 청각적이고 시각적인 정보를 효과적으로 결합할 수 있다.<br/> 본 타이틀은 학생들이 수업 중에 발생되는 많은 문제를 해결하고 개별 학습을 할 수 있도록 하며 결국 학습자가 자연과의 궁극적인 목표인 ‘환경이 식물의 생활에 영향을 미치고 있다’를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다. This paper is an attempt to design and implement a multimedia title for the lesson of' Creatures and Environment' which appears in the textbook of the second semester for the fourth graders. The title tries to make the most use do multimedia features so that students may be able to reach the best result of learning activities. The title adopts the Cocktail program developed by Hite-Media Co. It is designed to resolve problems that are associated with sequential and letter-centered simplicity.. As a result, students can interactively decide on the order and the amount of their lessons. The title can effectively combines visual and aural (i.e., hearing) information to bring in motivations and participations in learning activities.<br/> This title is believed to help students to solve many classroom questions and to try individualized learning. Finally, it is hoped that the title helps students to understand the ultimate goal of the subject, 'Environment does affect the life of plants'.

The purpose of this paper is to examine an essential problem which rulers fail to realize while pursuing the construction of a paradise and the reason why Chung-jun Lee describes negative aspects of paradise and power in Your Paradise. In this novel, Lee questions what real paradise is. He makes readers realize that most rulers who want to construct a paradise with their power and will do not perceive their insensibility about freedom and love. The writer suggests a fundamental questions about how the rule mechanism works in Sorokdo. In the end of this novel the director of an institution, Baek-heon Jo, realizes the importance of individual freedom, fellowship, and horizontal relationships for the realization of positive value through his elder Hui-baek Hwang’s advice. After all, Jo and Hwang experience reconciliation and forgiveness through the formation of sympathy between them. In conclusion, Lee emphasizes love and freedom for maintaining a horizontal relationships and learns that the paradise can only be accomplished through mutual cooperation.

국내브랜드의 해외스포츠스폰서십을 통한 커뮤니케이션 활동이 브랜드태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effects of communication activities through overseas sports sponsorship of domestic brands on brand attitude and purchase intention.,For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 200 online community members who enjoyed overseas sports and actively exchanged information on related contents, and 189 data were obtained.,In this study, frequency analysis, Cronbach', correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted using SPSS 24 and AMOS 18.0. The results are as follows.,[Hypothesis 1] Communication activities through overseas sports sponsorship of domestic brands have an effect on brand attitude.,[Hypothesis 2] Communication activities through overseas sports sponsorship of domestic brands have an effect on purchase intention.,[Hypothesis 3] Brand attitude was found to affect purchase intention. 본 연구는 국내브랜드의 해외스포츠스폰서십 커뮤니케이션 활동, 브랜드태도, 구매의도 간의 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해외 스포츠를 즐겨보며 이와 관련된 내용에 대한 정보를 활발하게 주고받는 온라인 커뮤니티 회원 200명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 189명의 데이터를 확보하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS 24와 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, Cronbach'α, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으면 그 결과는 다음과 같다. [가설 1] 국내브랜드의 해외스포츠스폰서십을 통한 커뮤니케이션 활동은 브랜드태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [가설 2] 국내브랜드의 해외스포츠스폰서십을 통한 커뮤니케이션 활동은 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [가설 3] 브랜드태도는 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
