The transformation and change of society since the turn of the century has been breathtaking. we have progressed from a basically agrarian society to a dynamic, industrial, post-industrial, society with a higher level of standard of living than was ever thought possible. as to the change there is no doubt. we continue to live in the society that have rapidly chanted. we have begun to recognize that social change inalves not only changes in social patterns but also in behavioral value. therefore we emphqsized the importance of hehavioral value in social pattern in order to social goal. we must first of all be considering social pattern and behavioral value. although the emphasis in this study will be on human behavior development, we must recognize the patterns in socety in which most people live are socisl gatterns comprised of many interrelated subpatterns only one of which is a human behavior as to agarian, industrial and post-industrial society. the focus of the agarian society is on anthority and custon modern society is on value and belief and contemporary society is on consumption and other-directed. the havioral criterion of agarian society tradiional society in this study emphasized the ascriptive, paarticularistic, diffure patterns and deferential s-tratification system. Industrial society (modern society) emphasized the save in scarcity psycholong. post-industrial society (contemporary society) emphasized the con-sumption in abundance psychology.

To control the position, velocity and torque of the ultrasonic motor, a great variety of method are proposed such as the amplitude, phase difference, frequency and so on. In the case of phase difference method, it has some advantages; it can control the direction and velocity of rotation only adjusting the phase difference and it has wide control-band. During the USM driving on adjusting phase difference, its characteristic was transformed by the change of resonance-frequency of stator, which means that the resonance frequency is different according to the phase difference. Consequently, we need to set up the most suitable driving frequency according to each phase difference.
수용액 중에서 Macrocyclic Ligand와 Cu(II) 금속착물의 분광학적 연구

The character of Cu(II) complex with ligands 5, 7, 7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-4, 11-diene [L₁] and 5, 5, 7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane [L₂] was studied by means of spectroscopy. The _(max) of Cu(II) complex with ligand L₁ resolved in methanol was 730.8nm under pH 4-5 and 542.5nm under pH 8 or above. The Cu(II) complex with ligand Lz resolved in methanol showed the _(max) of 520nm under pH 4 and 5 and 540-542nm under pH 8 or above. Thus the equilibrium states in the acid solution is different from that in the alkaline solution. As the Mole ratio of Cu(II) with the ligand is 1: 1, the reaction steps of the complex could be estimated. The degree of absorbancy was decreased as the polarity of solvent decreased and it decreased in order of methanol, ethanol and buthanol. The degree of absorbancy of Cu(II)-L₁ and Cu(II)-L₂ complex under pH 10 was linear between the concentration of 1.0×10-³∼1O×10-² moI ι-³. It was confirmed that the Beer's Iaw works within this concentration and thus this can be applied to measure the quantity of Cu(II) in a limited concentration.

Therefore, We emphosized the importance of institution and motivation in mental in order to organizatimal objectives. We must first of all be Considering the motivation in organization. In fact, there are the factors and process of motivation theory in organization, but centers on the factor theory in many of motivation. This motivation theory examine into the motivation factor for physical administrator this study is to search for the factors of motivation. Physical administrators are Considered the managerial function of planing, organizing, motivating, and controling. one of these contents, motivating is an important concept in management. Motives are the "uhgs"of behavior They arouse and maintain activity and determine the general direction of the behavior of an in dividual in essence, motives, or needs, are the mainsprings of action. In our discussions the study are classified in four chapter. Chapter Ⅰ is the statement of problems. Chapter Ⅱ is require to valid analysis of the concepts of motivation, the factors of motivation. Chapter Ⅲ try to investigate between the factors of motivation and the behaviors of man and the process of motivation and the situation of motivation through the medium, behavior. Lastly, Chapter Ⅳ is conclusions.

Biological Detoxification of Lacquer Tree (Rhus verniciflua Stokes) Stem Bark by Mushroom Species

The stem bark of Rhus verniciflua (RVSB) has been used in herbal medicine to treat diabetes mellitus and stomach ailments for thousands of years in Korea, despite its content of the plant allergen, urushiol. A new biological approach for the removal of urushiol from RVSB using mushrooms is described. All mushroom species (11 sp.) employed in this study were able to grow on RVSB, although the growth rate (mm/day) was lower than the control (sawdust). The components of urushiol congeners [C15 triene (m/z 314), C15 diene (m/z 316), C15 monoene (m/z 318), and C15 saturated (m/z 320)] were purified by HPLC and identified by GC-MS. A C15:3 (3-pentadecatrienly catechol) was found to be most abundant in RVSB. Urushiol analogues decreased remarkably from 154.15 to 10.73 mg/100 g (approximately 93%) by Fomitella fraxinea, whereas Trametes vercicolor showed only a 1.46% degradation capacity despite its 2 fold higher growth rate. Similarly, laccase activity was found to be high for F. fraxinea and low for T. vercicolor. Moreover, approximately 98% detoxification was accomplished by F. fraxinea cultivated on RVSB supplemented with 20%(w/w) rice bran. These findings suggest that mushrooms can be used in the detoxification of RVSB.
