This paper considers basic operation of voltage resonance performance involved voltage resonant DC lind and describes circuit operation that is proposed converter circuit of three-phase rectification and evaluates characteristics of this system. Particularly, optimal switching pattern applying vector theory of instantaneous state space voltage is adapted as control of input current of three-phase rectification converter. Simulation of voltage resonance DC link three phase converter is analyzed and excellency of this system is presented through experimentation applied digital signal processor.
비정질 Se/전극 A1 소자의 경일변화에 따른 광전특성

Photoconductive characteristics with aging variation in a-Se/Al sample had been investigated. When the samples were kept in air, their capacitance first decreased and then increased. But their photocurrent, photovoltage and dark EMF increased gradually with time. It was also observed the photocapacitance effect to verify trap formation. As the results, it was found that Al^+3 ion has ralated to be Se crystallization by migrating into a-Se and form trap in a-Se. According to he experimential result, structural change of the a-Se layer with time was confirmed by X-ray diffraction.

PLC system is used for the purpose of decentralized control and allows data transmission between programable controllers to be easily performed by using an exclusive relay area. The programming language is important to operate the system. In this paper, it is used SFC(Sequence Function Cahrt) programming language to decrease the execution time with compare the ladder diagram program method. As a result, the SFC programming language process time is faster about 20∼30(%) than the ladder diagram programming.

As the electric power consumption is increasing, the election of power supply voltages and the variety of electric apparatus bring about rigorous and frequent electric disasters, contrary to the conveniences of out dairly life. to prevent these disasters caused by electric appliance, the possible sources should be first analized and then countermeasures against those sources has t be followed. This paper provides logical methods by the more conmon causes may be identifie and localized and finally recommends countermeasures to prevent electric disaters.
1×3행렬구조를 갖는 매트릭스형 초전도 한류기의 자장유무에 따른 퀜치특성 분석

We investigated the quench characteristics accordance with increase of turns and applied voltage of matrix-type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) with 1×3 matrixes. The matrix-type SFCL consists of the trigger part to apply magnetic field and the current-limiting part to limit fault current. The fault current limiting characteristics according to the increase of magnetic field and applied voltage were nearly same. This is because the application of magnetic field hasnot an affect on total impedance of SFCL. When number of turns of reactor increased, the voltage difference between two superconducting units in the current-limiting part according was decreased. The resistance difference generated in two superconducting units also was decreased. Therefore, we confirmed that the differences of critical behaviors between superconducting units by application of magnetic field were decreased. By this results, we could be decided the optimum number of turns of reactor to apply magnetic field.

In this paper, the compliance control method was propoSL'Cl and the phase-difference operating principle of an u ultrasonic motor described. The compliance control can he implementtcD with spring/damper properties of the r musculo-skeletal system of the actual limb in controlling its net configuration and movement. The proposed p phase-difference driving scheme is verifitcD through the computer simulation. Also, $textsc{k}$rformance of the proposed c control method of a two-link direct-drive manipulator are examinLD by the experimental results with resptc'Ct to s spring/ damper properties. 본 논문에서는 초음파 모터의 위상차 구동원리에 관해서 명확히 하였고, 이를 이용하여 점·탄성 특성을 갖는 컴플라이언스 제어를 제시하였다. 제안된 컴플라이언스 제어는 인간의 근골격 시스템으로부터 유출하여 인간의 운동특성과 같이 매니퓰레이터의 관절 토크를 점성과 탄성계수의 조절에 의해 매니퓰레이터의 위치와 자세가 제어되도록 하였다. 초음파 모터의 위상차 구동원리에 대한 타당성을 모의실험을 통해 검증하였으며, 제시된 제어방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 초음파모터를 이용하여 2축 수평형 직접구동 매니퓰레이터를 제작하여 점성과 탄성 특성에 대한 실험을 하였다.

In this paper, high frequency inverter of soft-switching PWM method is proposed to develop high efficiency inverter. The proposed inverter consists of a zero current switched series resonant converter. The output voltage is controlled by proper selection of switch modes by varying the duty ratio. The analysis gives the stable operating area for operation mode with very low switching losses as well as the steady state characteristics in each switch mode. The simulation results show the effectiveness of inverter system using soft-switching PWM method of high frequency resonant inverter.
분무합성법으로 성장시킨 Indium Sulfide 박막의 Hall 효과 특성

The In2S3 and In2S3:Co2+ thin films were grown by the spray pyrolysis method. The thin films crystallized into tetragonal structures. The indirect energy band gap was 2.32eV for In2S3 and 1.81eV for In2S3:Co2+ at 298K. The direct energy band gap was 2.67eV for In2S3 and 2.17eV for In2S3:Co2+ thin films. Impurity optical absorption peaks were observed for the In2S3:Co2+ thin films. These impurity absorption peaks are assigned, based on the crystal field theory, to the electron transitions between the energy levels of the Co2+ ion sited in Td symmetry. The electrical conductivity(σ), Hall mobility(μH), and carrier concentration(n) of the In2Se3 thin film were measured, and their temperature dependence was investigated.
