Purpose: This study was done to identify the workload of Registered Nurses for nursing service in a hospital by using the RBRVS (Resource-Based Relative Value Scale). Method: The methodology for this study of RBRVS is basically Hsiao's. First stage : identify nursing activities. Second stage: measure workload of nursing activities. Result & Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that the workload of Registered Nurses for nursing service was measured by considering time, physical effort, mental effort and judgement, and stress. The names and range of nursing activities were unclear. Therefore, in future studies naming of nursing activities and measurement of nursing activities should be done and relative values assess considering a balance of factors of relative value(time, physical effort, mental effort and judgement, and stress).
민들레 추출액 농도에 따른 민들레 코팅쌀밥의 품질에 관한 연구

Washed rice was coated by spraying aqueous dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) extracts at 20, 30, 40 'Brix and dried at room temperature. The coating procedure was conducted 5 mL/min for 10min. Property changes in the dandelion coated rice and un-coated cooked rice were observed during 2 days of storage. Increasing the coating concentration was associated with lower color values (L, a value) and moisture contents. Sensory and texture properties generally decreased in the cooked rice coated with dandelion more than the control (non-coated rice). But, D-20(20 °Brix of the dandelion concentration) resulted in better textural properties and s ensnry scores for hardness and overall acceptability in cooked rice. Compared to the control, the washed rice roated with 20 °Brix for 0 and 2 days showed better quality in sensory activities, a lower gel consistency and better textural activities. It was concluded that the optimum coating ration of rice and added dandelion extract for cooking were 20 °Brix and 5% respectively, in proportion to the total weight of raw rice.

Here we report the first finding of Cryptonemia rotunda and Schizymenia apoda in Korea based on plastid rbcL sequence analysis and morphological observations. C. rotunda occurred in the subtidal in Hongdo and Namyeodo on the south coast. Thalli have short stipe with foliose, membranous blades with dentate margin, a length of 2-8 cm. S. apoda occurred in many locations along the coast of Korea. Thalli are foliose, simple or broadly lanceolate blades with irregular lobes and proliferations from the margins, sometimes undulate, soft fleshy, and slippery, up to 32 cm tall, and have cystocarps with ostioles on the blade. Plastid rbcL sequences reveal that each of these species is clearly separated from other species of their respective genera. S. apoda was well resolved within the genus. However, C. rotunda was distantly related to other members of the genus, and this result needs an urgent revision of the genus.

In this paper, we developed a digital twin model for the remotely controlled underwater construction robot in CPOS (Cyber-Physical Operation System). The underwater construction robot consists of one manipulator arm and four suspension subsystems with tracked wheels. Since the human operator conducts the digital twin model and the physical twin concurrently, the real-time capability of the digital twin of the underwater construction robot is essential. The recursive subsystem synthesis method has been applied for real-time analysis of the robot. A joystick interface, inverse dynamics, hydro-dynamics effects, and a tracked wheel element have been developed for the digital twin model.

Imatinib mesylate is a targeted therapy that acts by inhibiting tyrosine kinase of the bcr-abl fusion oncoprotein, which is specific to chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), and the c-transmembrane receptor, which is specific to gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Interstitial pneumonitis is a rare adverse event of imatinib therapy. It is clinically difficult to distinguish from infectious pneumonia, which can frequently occur due to the underlying disease. The standard treatment for imatinib-induced pneumonitis is to discontinue the medication and optionally administer corticosteroids. However, there are a few cases of successful retrial with imatinib. We describe a case of successful rechallenge of imatinib in a patient with imatinib-induced interstitial pneumonitis and CML without a recurrence of the underlying disease after 3 months of follow-up.
