기초지방자치단체별 보급 가능한 재생에너지 시장잠재량을 이용한 에너지 자립률 평가

This study estimated the available renewable market potential based on Levelized Cost Of Electricity and then assessed the renewable derived energy self-sufficiency for the unit of local government in South Korea. To calculate energy self-sufficiency, 1 km gridded market renewable generation and local government scale of final energy consumption data were used based on the market costs and statistics for the recent three years. The results showed that the estimated renewable market potentials were 689 TWh (Install capacity 829 GW, 128 Mtoe), which can cover 120% of power consumption. 55% of municipalities can fully replace the existing energy consumption with renewable energy generation and the surplus generation can compensate for the rest area through electricity trade. However, it was confirmed that, currently, 47% of the local governments do not fully consider all renewable energy sources such as wind, hydro and geothermal in establishing 100% renewable energy. The results of this study suggest that energy planning is decentralized, and this will greatly contribute to the establishment of power planning of local governments and close the information gap between the central government, the local governments, and the public.
읍·면 지역 에너지 소비, 재생에너지 잠재량 조사에 기반한 에너지 자립 가능성 연구 - 충남 홍성군을 중심으로 -

In order to energy self-sufficiency in town and village areas, it is important to break down the spatial unit and understand the scale of the local energy supply and demand system. In this study identified the energy consumption and renewable energy resources of towns and villages in Hongseong County. Energy self-sufficiency rates and possibilities were derived for each region, and suitable types of self-sufficiency were suggested. As a result, it was found that Hongdong-myeon, Janggok-myeon, and Seobu-myeon have the potential to achieve energy self-sufficiency. Each of these areas has unique characteristics that make them suitable for different types of energy models. Hongdong-myeon could be classified as a rural, energy integration, and energy self-sufficiency model, Janggok-myeon as a mountainous, bioenergy, and energy trading model, and Seobu-myeon as a fishing village, solar, and energy self-sufficiency model. This study can assist in recognize the phenomenon in rural areas, which will help in formulating practical and effective energy self-sufficiency plans for these areas.
스마트 팜의 재생에너지 자가 소비 촉진을 위한 최적 포트폴리오 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ways to expand the supply of renewable energy to large-scale facility farms and to derive policies to promote self-consumption of renewable energy for efficient use and operation of energy nationwide. This is ultimately intended to reduce power consumption for agriculture supplied from fossil fuel power plants. We assume three main technologies such as photovoltaic power generation, energy storage system(ESS), and air heat pump for smart-farm models, and the objective function and conditions for maximizing cost-benefit are analyzed through linear programming. Assuming several scenarios reflecting various conditions of REC price, CO₂ emission price, and agricultural electricity rate, which are the benefit factors of operators who installs renewable energy, we present some conditions for promoting self-consumption of renewable energy and emission price levels through simulation. The results of this study can contribute to increase the benefits of smart farm models with renewable energy installed and the efficiency of nationwide power system management.
자가용 태양광설비 발전 이용률 모니터링 결과를 활용한 사후관리 조사대상 결정에 대한 연구

The global trend of renewable energy generation and the advent of the Internet of Things technology has popularized inexpensive integrated monitoring technology. Accordingly, the Renewable Energy Monitoring System (REMS) project, which monitors solar plants subsidized by National funds, has been expanding its target since 2018. Concurrently, the mandatory post-management system became effective in 2020 to strengthen the post-management system. The 3-sigma rule is used to determine the control chart for the normal operation of solar systems from the monitoring data. In this study, solar plants with normal operation within the control chart were suggested to be excluded from field investigation with a focus on the management of solar plants with abnormal operation outside the control chart to improve the overall investigation into inefficiencies in the mandatory post-management system. Improvements to the monitoring system operation plan were also suggested.

탄소중립 실현을 위해 농업, 농촌 에너지 소비구조 및 재생에너지 잠재량 연구를 통해 농업·농촌 에너지전환 중장기 계획이 필요한 시점이다. 기존의 열원중심의 농업·농촌의 에너지 사용행태가 변화하여 최근 스마트팜을 중심으로 한 농업 형태가 진화함에 따라 전력수요가 늘고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농축수산업을 중심으로 에너지이용특성을 고려한 재생에너지 수요분석과 농촌의 재생에너지 잠재량을 산정하여 자립률을 분석하고자 한다. 그리고 수요와 공급의 특성을 고려한 지역별 재생에너지 융합체계를 제시할 예정이다.
