        양궁선수들의 자기관리와 자신감과의 관계

        본 연구는 양궁선수들의 성별과 소속팀, 그리고 수행수준에 따라서 자기관리와 자신감과의 차이가 있는지, 자기관리가 자신감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 제25회 대통령기 전국 남녀 양궁선수권대회에 참가한 고등학교, 대학교, 실업팀에 소속된 선수들이다. 자기관리는 운동선수 자기관리행동 설문지 그리고 자신감은 한국형스포츠자신감 설문지를 사용하여 t-검증, 일원변량분석, 그리고 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성별에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 차이가 없었으며, 소속팀에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치의 지도력, 신체적/정신적, 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 실업팀 선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었으며, 수행수준에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 훈련관리, 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치지도력, 신체적/정신적 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한 우수선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 자기관리가 자신감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 능력입증과 사회적지지는 훈련관리, 대인관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 코치지도력은 정신관리, 몸관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 신체적/정신적준비는 훈련관리, 정신관리가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between archers` self-management and self-confidence according to the gender, belonging team and to verify the effects of self-management on their confidence. Subjects were selected among, the archers, who had participated in the 25th Presidential Men`s and Women`s National Archery Championship Tournament from high schools, universities and amateur archery teams. The questionnaires for sport man`s self management and confidence were used. Such statistical methods ad t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis by stages were done. According to the results, by gender, there was no significant difference in self-management and confidence. By belonging team, self-management showed difference in mental management, a subordinate factor of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. Especially, it was learned that amateurs showed good in self-management and confidence. By performance level, self-management showed difference on training, management and mental management, subordinate factors of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. In particular, it was learned that the best archers showed good in self-management and confidence. In conclusion, reviewing the influence of self-management on self-confidence, competency recognition and public encouragement were influenced by training management and human relations management. Coach leadership was influenced by mental and physical management and physical/mental status were influenced by training management and mental management.

The subjects of this study were 86 4th year students of AB ELS who participated in online Korean language classes. In this study, analysis data were collected through an online questionnaire of self-confidence and academic commitment. For analysis, using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed. The research results are as follows. First, the students’ self-confidence was found to be neither agree nor disagree. Second, students’ academic commitment was slightly disagreed. Third, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between students’ self-confidence and academic commitment. Based on the results of this study, methods to enhance the academic commitment of students learning Korean online were discussed.         KLPGA 1부 투어선수들의 우승경험에 따른 신체적 자기지각과 자신감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze if there were any differences between physical self-perception and self-confidence according to the winning experience among KLPGA players. One hundred two women golfers participated in KLPGA KB Star Championship in 2011 were surveyed and assigned either a winner`s or a non-winner`s group. Physical self-perception consisting three sub-scale based on Fox and Corbin(1989)`s scale and self-confidence with one sub-scale based on Vealey(1986)`s scale were used. Cronbach`s α coefficient was calculated for measuring internal consistency reliability. Independent t-test was conducted to examine the difference of two groups and multiple regression analysis was also conducted to analyze the effects of self-confidence on physical self-perception. The results showed that all of the factors on self-confidence and physical self-perception between two groups was significantly different. The winner`s group had higher scores on self worth, training management, and body-image management. The effects of self-confidence on physical self-perception revealed that training management and body-image management influenced self-confidence on both groups. All three sub-scale of physical self-perception were positively correlated with self-confidence. The study concluded that female professional golfers needed to increase a sense of physical self-perception and to gain self-confidence in order to win a golf tournament.

        무용전공 고등학생의 셀프리더십이 무용자신감에 미치는 영향 : 그릿의 매개효과

        본 연구는 무용전공 고등학생들의 셀프리더십이 무용자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 전국에 재학 중인 무용전공 고등학생 284명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 행동중심전략과 자연보상전략이 활동정체감, 공연자신감, 활동자신감에 정적(+)영향을 미쳤고 건설적사고전략이 부적(-)영향을 미쳤으며 행동중심전략과 공연자신감, 행동중심전략과 활동자신감, 자연보상전략과 활동정체감, 자연보상전략과 공연자신감, 자연보상전략과 활동자신감의 관계에서 노력의 지속성이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 행동중심전략과 활동정체감, 행동중심전략과 활동자신감, 자연보상전략과 활동자신감의 관계에서 흥미의 일관성이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십을 함양하기 위한 교육 방안 모색, 그릿과 무용자신감에 대한 연구의 확대를 시사점으로 도출했다. The primary objective of this study was to investigate the impact of self-leadership on the self-confidence of high school students majoring in dance, placing a specific emphasis on validating the mediating role of grit. A survey involved 284 high school stu dents majoring in dance nationwide, and the research employed multiple regression analysis and mediation analysis to analyze the gathered data. The results indicated that action-oriented strategies and natural reward strategies positively influenced identity in activities, performance self-confidence, and activity self-confidence. On the contrary, constructive thinking strategies exhibited a negative influence on each of these aspects. Effort persistence was identified as a partial mediator in the relationships between action-oriented strategies and performance self-confidence, action-oriented strategies and activity self-confidence, natural reward strategies and identity in activities, natural reward strategies and performance self-confidence, as well as natural reward strategies and activity self-confidence. Furthermore, the consistency of interest emerged as a partial mediator in the relationships between action-oriented strategies and identity in activities, action-oriented strategies and activity self-confidence, and natural reward strat egies and activity self-confidence. In conclusion, the study underscores the need for exploring educational strategies to foster self-leadership and emphasizes the importance of expanding research on grit and dance self-confidence

      • 복싱선수들의 성취목표지향성이 자신감과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 2013년 현재 대한복싱협회에 등록된 선수들을 모집단으로 선정하여 편의표본추출법으로 총 330명을 표 집인원으로 선정하였으며 최종 302명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였고 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도검증 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용한 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성이 자신감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 자신감의 하위요인인 코치지도력, 능력입증, 사회적지지, 신뢰에서 과제목표지향성, 자아목표지향 성의 순으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 성취목표지향성이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분 석한 결과 과제목표지향성, 자아목표지향성의 순으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자신감이 인지 된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 자신감의 하위요인인 코치지도력, 사회적지자 능력입증 신뢰의 순으로 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 성취목표지향성, 자신감, 인지된 경기력 간의 인과관계를 분석한 결과 성취목표지향성이 자신감에 미치는 직접효과는 .620, 성취목표지향성이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 직접효과는 .514, 자 신감이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 직접효과는 .580으로 나타났다. 그리고 성취목표지향성이 자신감을 통해 인지된 경 기력에 미치는 간접효과는 .360으로 인과효과는 .874로 나타났다. The survey targeted subjects who were sampled from those registered with Boxing Association of Korea as of 2013. Using the convenience sampling method, 350 people were selected, and responses from 337 were finally analyzed. For the composition of the survey questionnaire, independent variables consisted of goal achievement orientation, mediating variables consisted of self-confidence, and dependent variables consisted of perceived athletic performance. The background variables consisted of demographic factors. Using SPSS 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, confidence test, correlational analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and path analysis were conducted. Based on above methodologies and the result of data analysis, the finding of this study are outlined as follows. First, the effect of goal achievement orientation om self-confidence was analyzed, revealing that task goal orientation and self goal orientation had a positive effect an sub-factors of self-confidence, namely, coach leadership, capability proof social support, and confidence in this order. And, the analysis of the effect of goal achievement orientation on perceived athletic performance revealed that task goal orientation and self goal orientation had a positive effect in this order. Second, the analysis of the effect of self-confidence on perceived athletic performance revealed that it had a positive effect on sub-factors of self-confidence, namely, coach leadership, social support capability proof, and confidence in this order.Third, the analysis of correlation between goal achievement orientation, self-confidence, and perceived athletic performance revealed that the direct effect of goal achievement orientation on self-confidence was .620, the direct effect of goal achievement orientation on perceived athletic performance was .514, and the direct effect of self-confidence on perceived athletic performance was .580. And, the indirect effect and causation effect of goal achievement orientation on perceived, athletic performance via self-confidence was .360 and .874 respectively.

        대학 태권도 선수의 심리기술이 경쟁상태불안과 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 태권도 선수를 대상으로 심리기술이 경쟁상태불안과 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 태권도 선수를 위한 스포츠 심리기술 프로그램 개발에 의미 있는 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2015년 기준 대한태권도협회에 등록된 대학 태권도 선수를 모집단으로 설정한 후 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 응답이 불성실한 28명의 자료를 제외하고 본 연구에서는 총121명의 자료를 대상으로 분석에 이용하였다. 이러한 과정을 통한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 심리기술, 경쟁상태불안, 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 심리기술의 하위 요인인 자신감이 인지불안, 신체불안, 상태자신감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 불안조절, 목표설정 요인은 인지불안, 신체불안, 상태자신감에 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 집중력 요인은 경쟁상태불안에 부적 관계가 나타났다. 심상요인은 신체불안과 상태자신감에 정적, 팀조화, 의지력 요인은 인지불안, 상태자신감에 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리기술과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서는 자신감, 집중력 요인과 특성자신감, 상태자신감이 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 불안조절은 특성자신감과, 심상, 팀 조화 요인은 상태자신감과 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 의지력은 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경쟁상태불안과 스포츠자신감의 관계에서는 인지불안, 신체불안이 특성자신감에 정적, 상태자신감이 특성자신감에 부적, 특성자신감에 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 심리기술이 인지불안, 신체적 불안, 상태자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특성자신감과 상태자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to investigate the impact of competitive state anxiety and self-confidence sport psychology skills to target Taekwondo athletes aim to provide meaningful data on the development of sports psychology skills program for Taekwondo. The subjects of this study is the analysis on a total of 121 patients data in the present study, except for the 28 materials response is falsely using the Convenience sampling, set in the university Taekwondo registered population Taekwondo Association standard 2015. The results of this study are as follows. First psychological skills, showed that on a competitive state anxiety, confidence in the relationship between sport sub-factors of confidence that the psychological skills of anxiety, body anxiety, positive effect on confidence in the state. Anxiety control. Goal setting factor was that there is a static relationship to cognitive anxiety, physical insecurity, state confidence, concentration factors were related to a Charm competitive state anxiety. Static images factors, team harmony, willpower factor in the body`s state of anxiety and self-confidence appeared to be correlated with cognitive anxiety, and state self-confidence. Second, in the psychological skills and the relationship between the sport confidence, concentration factors and characteristics confidence, state confidence appeared to have a positive correlation, anxiety, adjustment properties with confidence, image, team harmony factor is that this state of confidence and positive correlation was born appear to be a correlation showed that willpower is a talisman. Third, the relationship between competitive anxiety and self-confidence in sports showed that cognitive anxiety, anxiety is positively correlated to the physical characteristics of confidence static, state the characteristic charm confident self-confidence, self-confidence properties. Finally, it showed a significant effect on the psychological anxiety that the technical and physical anxiety, confidence in the state, was found on characteristics significantly affect the self-confidence and confidence in the state.

        레슬링선수의 성취목표지향성, 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계

        본 연구는 레슬링선수들의 입상유무와 소속팀 그리고 선수경력에 따라서 성취목표지향성과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 차이를 밝히며, 성취목표지향성과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 제26회 회장기전국레슬링대회에 참가한 실업팀, 대학교, 고등학교에 소속된 409명의 남자선수이다. 조사도구는 성취목표지향성 질문지(TEOSQ), 운동선수자기관리 질문지(ASMO), 스포츠자신감 질문지(SSCQ)를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 통계방법은 기술통계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 일원 다 변인분석, 단일적 분산분석, 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성취목표지향성에서 입상경험이 있는 선수, 실업팀, 선수경력이 많은 선수가 과제지향성 점수가 높게 나타났다. 자기관리에서 입상경험이 있는 선수가 대인관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련관리의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 실업팀이 그리고 선수경력이 많은 선수가 몸관리, 대인관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련과리의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 스포츠자신감에서 입상경험이 있는 선수가 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났다. 실업팀이 능력입증, 사회적지지, 코치지도력 그리고 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 선수경력이 많은 선수가 코치지도력, 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났다. 성취목표지향성, 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계에 있어서 과제지향성이 자기관리의 하위요인 대인관리, 훈련관리, 몸관리 그리고 정신관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 과제지향성과 자아지향성 모두 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기관리의 훈련관리, 대인관리, 몸관리는 능력입증과 사회적지지를, 몸관리와 대인관리는 코치지도력을 대인관리, 몸관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련관리는 신체/ 정신적 준비의 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among amateur wrestlers` achievement goal orientation, self-management and sport self-confidence according to the performance level, belonging team and career and to verify the effects of achievement goal orientation, self-management on their sport self-confidence. Subjects were selected among the amateur wrestlers, who had participated in the 26th Presidential National Wrestling Tournament from highschool, university and amateur Wrestling team. Using TEOSQ, ASMO and SSCQ, multivariate analysis were performed 409 men participants. The results of analysis are follows; In achievement goal orientation, there was no significant difference in task orientation by performance level, team and career. Higher performance level, amateur and higher career wrestler showed good in task orientation. In self-management, higher performance level wrestler showed good in interpersonal relationship management, mental management, training management, a subordinate factor of self-management, amateur and higher career wrestler showed good in physical conditioning, interpersonal relationship, mental and training management, a subordinate factor of self-management. In sport self- confidence, higher performance level wrestler showed good in physical/mental readiness, a subordinate factor of self-confidence. Amateur wrestler showed good in competency recognition, public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental readiness. Higher career wrestler showed good in coach leadership and physical/mental readiness, a subordinate factor of self-confidence. Wrestlers sport self- confidence was influenced by achievement goal orientation(task, ego) and self-management, and self-management was influenced by task goal orientation. This study suggests a way how wrestlers` achievement goal orientation and self-management can enhance their sport self-confidence.

        간호대학생의 자율실습교육이 전공만족도, 주관적 자신감 및 회복력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self-directed practice on the satisfaction of major, subjective self-confidence, and resilience. Methods: The study design was a pre and post design of a single group. The study targets 90 freshmen of a university nursing department located in the city of U. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, χ2-test, t-test, paired t-test, ANOVA and person’s correlation using SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The results of this study showed that self-directed practice using the self-study logbook and the self-assessment training showed subjective self-confidence(t=-5.71, p<.001), and the self-regulation ability of the sub-domains of resilience(t=-2.38, p=.020) was found to be statistically significant. In addition, there was a statistically significant positive correlation in major satisfaction and subjective self-confidence,(r=.468, p<.001). Conclusions: Therefore, This study can be useful for nursing practice education because it is effective to improve subjective self-confidence, and self-regulation ability of basic nursing practice of nursing students. 연구목적: 본 연구는 자율실습일지 및 자가 평가서를 활용한 자율실습교육이 전공만족도, 기본간호술 수행에 대한 주관적 자신감, 회복력에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구방법: 연구설계는 단일군 전후 설계이며, 연구대상자는 U시에 위치한 일개대학 간호학과 1학년 학생 90명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, paired t-tests, 피어슨 상관관계를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구결과, 자율실습일지 및 자가 평가서를 활용한 자율실습교육이 기본간호술 수행에 대한 주관적 자신감을(t=-5.71, p<.001), 회복력의 하위 영역 중 자기조절능력(t=-2.38, p=.020)을 통계적으로 유의하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전공만족도와 기본간호술 수행에 대한 주관적 자신감이 정적으로 유의한 상관관계(r=.468, p<.001)가 있었다. 결론: 자율실습일지 및 자가 평가서를 활용한 자율실습교육이 간호대학생의 기본간호술 수행에 대한 주관적 자신감과 자기조절능력을 향상시키는데 효과적이므로 간호실습교육에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

      • The Effect of Taekwondo Players' Self-Management on Their Self-Confidence

        This research analyzes the influence of Taekwondo players' experience of winning a competition for the last one year and their self-management on self-confidence, based on those who have attended national championships, classified by the players' level. A total of 301 players who attended the national championship of this year participated in the research and they answered to the questionnaires of self-management and self-confidence which were used in the study of correlation of each question and in Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Regarding the correlation of self-management and self-confidence, the result of this research showed statistical significant correlation of the players' level, the result of each competition, and the experience of winning a competition based on their self-management. Regarding the influence of self-management on self-confidence, there were some difference found, according to the level of Taekwondo, players' experience of winning a competition and the result of game. This study suggests a way how Taekwondo players' self-management can enhance their self-confidence, which is the main factor of best performance.

        골프선수의 셀프리더십과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 구조적관계

        본 연구는 골프선수들의 셀프리더십과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 편의표집법을 이용하여 골프선수 447명의 자료를 수집하였다. 도구로는 셀프리더십 질문지와 자기관리척도, 그리고 스포츠자신감 질문지가 이용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 상관관계를 시행하고 AMOS 18.0를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형(SEM)에 의한 변인간의 인과적 관계 및 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 연구모형은 셀프리더십이 자기관리와 스포츠자신감에 영향을 미치고, 자기관리가 스포츠자신감에 영향을 미치는지를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프선수의 셀프리더십은 자기관리에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프선수의 셀프리더십은 스포츠자신감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프선수의 자기관리는 스포츠자신감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 셀프리더십과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among self-leadership, self-management, and self-confidence of golf players. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, 447 of them were sampled through the convenience sampling. The instruments for data collection were Self-Leadership Questionnaire, Self-Management Scale1, and Sport Confidence Questionnaire. Collected data were put to exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis, using the SPSS 18.0 program and to confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM), using the AMOS 18.0 program. The results were as follows : First, self-leadership had positive effects on self-management, Second self-leadership had positive effects on sport confidence, Third, self-management had positive effects on sport confidence, Forth, the unstandardized path coefficient among self-leadership, self-management and sport confidence in the men was no different from that in the women.
