        플랜트 O&M을 위한 기자재 조달방식 의사결정에 관한 연구 - 기술전략 관점을 중심으로 -

        In the plant industry, the share of equipment accounts for 45 ~ 75%, which is very high. It is a traditional plant centered on processes and reactions like petroleum and chemical plants. Renewable energy generation plants such as wind power generation and solar power generation are equipment-centric plants. Equipment-centric plants are very important not only in the EPC phase but also in the operation and management phase. The procurement of equipment for plant operation and management can be divided into make and buy. Make is a method of producing equipment itself, and buy is a method of procuring equipment from the outside. The procurement method of the equipment directly affects the plant operation and management cost. In this study, the decision making of equipment procurement method for plant operation and management is defined as 4 phase. Each phase is selection of procurement decision-making objects, technology strategy perspective, finance perspective, and production perspective. In detail, we defined selection process of procurement decision-making objects and technology strategy perspective process. We will contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the plant operation and management area by carrying out researches on the process and application examples of financial and production perspectives in the future.

        Standardized exchange of plant equipment and materials data based on ISO 15926 methodology in nuclear power plants

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In a nuclear power plant, classification is a key tool to manage equipment and materials. There could be different classifications corresponding to the different lifecycle phases and the challenge is to achieve and maintain interoperability, continuity, traceability between them. Therefore, it is important to define the equipment and materials classification based on standardized information models in order to effectively share and integrate lifecycle data of equipment and materials. To accomplish this, a method for standardized exchange of plant equipment and materials data based on ISO 15926 methodology in nuclear power plants is suggested. In the proposed method, we use an information model to expand the equipment and materials classification used for the operation and maintenance phase of a nuclear power plant. This is based on the ISO 15926 standard after analyzing the master data from the Shin Kori unit 1 and 2 of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP). Furthermore, as a data exchange tool in the proposed method, this study develops a method to exchange equipment and materials specification data by using iRINGTools.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> This study extends the equipment classification of a nuclear power plant based on the ISO 15926 standard. </LI> <LI> This is followed by constructing a user-defined reference data server for the extended classification. </LI> <LI> A method to exchange equipment specification data by using iRINGTools is also proposed. </LI> <LI> The reference data server and iRINGTools are used to exchange equipment specification data of the nuclear power plant. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Enhancement of equipment information sharing using three-dimensional computer-aided design simplification and digital catalog techniques in the plant industry

        <P>Process plants are designed and constructed by engineering, procurement, and construction companies, which order various types of equipment to be installed in them. Equipment manufacturers design and produce the ordered equipment, and deliver it to the customer. Therefore, equipment information sharing between them is an important issue for engineering collaboration in a plant project. However, they use different three-dimensional computer-aided design systems for different purposes. For this reason, additional three-dimensional computer-aided design and data merging techniques are required for equipment information sharing. This article presents a new approach to share equipment information using three-dimensional computer-aided design simplification and digital catalog techniques. In this approach, the equipment's three-dimensional computer-aided design data generated by a manufacturer are first simplified and then converted into neutral three-dimensional computer-aided design. The converted three-dimensional computer-aided design data are merged with port and specification data into a digital catalog. Equipment information in the form of this digital catalog is finally delivered to the engineering, procurement, and construction companies.</P>

        During a nuclear power plant life-cycle exceeding 60 years, data interoperability problems are occurred in its life-cycle. Standard classification among over than several hundred organization in plant project for their equipment definition is important to solve data interoperability problem. In particular, ISO 15926-4 proposes Initial Reference Data Library (IRDL) to solve data interoperability problems using a common reference data dictionary. However, there are no standard equipment classification (dictionary) for nuclear power plant industry. A process plant and a nuclear power plant have common features, it can be referred to make new equipment library for nuclear power plant. Therefore, in this paper, the authors analyze current status of equipment classification in the current nuclear power plant and suggest a way of mapping to build a reference data library for the nuclear industry. The authors then propose an extended classification methodology using characteristic of property value.

        대규모 플랜트에서의 가상현실 기반 플랜트 안전훈련 시스템에 관한 연구

        To develop a plant safety training system using virtual reality technology, we constructed a training system for a large scale plant. Compared with safety training for small plants or unit equipment, many system configurations such as virtual plant model, in-process data processing, work instruction, etc. are required and integrated system works have been carried out. The target plant, RDS process, is a high-risk process(high-temperature, high-pressure) that takes into account the training scenarios that can be taken in the event of a leaking fire in the range and refer to the actual shutdown procedure. The proposed safety training integration system can be used in similar situations that can occur in the RDS process and can be a platform for safety training using virtual reality in a large plant. 가상현실 기술을 이용한 플랜트 안전훈련 시스템 개발을 위해서 대규모 플랜트를 대상으로 훈련 시스템을 구성하였다. 소규모 플랜트 또는 단위장치의 안전훈련에 비해서 가상 플랜트 구현, 공정 내 데이터 처리, 작업 지시 등많은 시스템 구성이 필요하며 이들에 대한 통합 시스템 작업을 진행 하였다. 대상 플랜트인 RDS 공정은 고온 고압의 위험도가 높은 공정으로 해당 범위에서 누출로 인한 화재가 발생할 경우에 조치할 수 있는 훈련 시나리오를 고려하였으며 실제 사용 중인 운전 정지 절차를 참조하였다. 제안한 안전훈련 통합 시스템은 RDS 공정에서 일어날 수있는 유사 상황에서도 이용 가능하며 대규모 플랜트에서의 가상현실을 이용한 안전훈련의 새로운 플랫폼으로 고려될 수 있다.

        유형자산재평가와 기업가치

        Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) has been proposed that all Korea Stock Exchange listed firms be required to issue financial statements by 2011. Some firms adopted K-IFRS 1016 for property, plant and equipment-revaluation 2008-2010. This study conducts empirical test on 208 revaluation public announcement firms during 2009-2011 in Korea Stock Exchange. This study compares financial characteristics of firms between the voluntary and mandatory adoption of revaluation for firms whose property, plant and equipment-revaluation are involved, examines whether there are positive sign in stock returns using CAR(AR) on public announcement, and difference in CAR(AR) according to revaluation object. And examines whether DIFF(revaluation difference amount) in high leverage, loss firms have effect on CAR(AR). The results show that First, DIFF and OPCF(operation cash flow) in the voluntary(2009-2010) are bigger than mandatory adoption(2011), there was little difference in LEV, LOSS. Second, there are positive sign in CAR -10∼+10 and AR of public announcement day. It indicates property, plant and equipment-revaluation information is useful to accounting information users for their decision making. Third, this study separates revaluation reserves for property, plant and equipment-revaluation into two classes, land and other depreciable assets, and examine whether difference is in CAR(AR) according to revaluation object. There was little difference in CAR between land and other depreciable assets. Fourth, DIFF is positively related to the stock return. Last, LEV×DIFF, LOSS×DIFF have positive sign in CAR (AR). It indicates DIFF affect positively(+) stock return in firms with high LEV, LOSS. 본 연구는 유형자산재평가를 조기도입(2009년~2010년)한 기업과 의무도입(2011년)한 기업간의 재무적 특성에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고 유형자산재평가 공시를 주식시장에서 어떻게 받아들이고 있는지, 재평가대상에 따라 공시 영향에 차이가 있는지를 보고자 하였다. 또한 부채비율이 상대적으로 높은 기업, 손실기업, 재평가대상이 토지인 기업에서 재평가차액이 주가에 유의하게 양(+)으로 영향을 주는지를 보고자 하였다. 표본은 거래소에서 2009년부터 2011년까지 재평가결정과 결과 공시를 한 기업으로 하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조기도입기업과 의무도입기업간 재무적 특성에 차이가 있는지에 대해서는 재평가차액이 큰 기업, 영업현금흐름이 좋은 기업이 유형자산의 재평가를 조기도입 하였음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 자산재평가와 관련 결과 공시는 시장에서 공시일과 누적일에 양(+)의 수익률을 얻고 있다. 셋째, 재평가결과 공시로 인한 토지와 기타유형자산의 수익률간에 유의한 차이가 있지는 않았다. 넷째, 재평가차액(DIFF)은 공시일(0)과 -10~+10의 누적일 모두에서 양(+)으로 유의하여 재평가차액이 주가에 양(+)의 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로, 부채비율이 상대적으로 큰 기업, 손실기업에서 재평가차액(DIFF)은 주가에 양(+)의 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 부채비율이 높은 기업, 손실기업에서 재평가금액이 클수록 양(+)의 수익을 얻고 있음을 의미한다.

        플랜트 설비 지지용 대안 강구조 시스템의 내진성능

        In this study, alternative seismic force-resisting systems for plant structure supporting equipment were designed, and the seismic performance thereof was compared using nonlinear dynamic analysis. One alternative seismic force-resisting system was designed per the requirement for ordinary moment-resisting and concentrically braced frames but with a reduced base shear. The other seismic force-resisting system was designed by accommodating seismic details of intermediate and unique moment-resisting frames and special concentrically braced frames. Different plastic hinge models were applied to ordinary and ductile systems based on the validation using existing test results. The control model obtained by code-based flexible design and/or reduction of base shear did not satisfy the seismic performance objectives, but the alternative structural system did by strengthened panel zones and a reduced effective buckling length. The seismic force to equipment calculated from the nonlinear dynamic analysis was significantly lower than the equivalent static force of KDS 41 17 00. The comparison of design alternatives showed that the seismic performance required for a plant structure could be secured economically by using performance-based design and alternative seismic-force resisting systems adopting minimally modified seismic details.

        가정용 수경식물 재배기기 디자인 연구 - 상추재배를 중심으로 -

        최근 건강을 생각하는 먹거리의 추세 변화가 양보다 질 위주의 유기농 및 친환경 등을 이용하여 재배하는 작물에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이는 출처를 알 수 없는 불량식품 뿐만 아니라 국내 대기업 식품사들까 지 먹거리에 대한 불신을 야기 시킨 사례들로 인해 전체적인 불신으로 확대되어 사회적 관심사로 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 시점에서 먹거리에 대한 불신을 조금이나마 해소하려는 일환으로, 재배조건이 까다 롭지 않으며, 성장기간이 짧은 상추재배를 중심으로 가정용 수경식물 재배기기를 연구하였다. 식물과 식물 재배 그리고 수경식물 등을 고찰하여 이론적 배경으로 삼았으며, 식물재배에 관련된 현황과 기기에 대하여 정리 하였고, 실물 제작에 필요한 부품과 스팩에 관하여 시장조사 후 배치도 도면 및 모형을 진행 하였다. 정형화된 기기를 소비자가 직접 원하는 공간에 배치할 수 있는 심플하고 가벼운 외형과 직관적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한, 원 버튼 시스템화를 통하여 간편성을 부여하여 디자인하였다. 본 연구는 식물재배공장 형태 및 대형화의 모습을 띄고 있는 식물재배 산업을 통하여, 가정용 수경식물 재배기기의 조건을 찾아 프로토타 입 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 향 후 그 다양해 질 수 있는 연구 개발에 디자인 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있 으며, 나아가 가정용 타 식물재배기기 디자인 개발 시 구조와 배치, 사양 등이 참고로 활용되길 기대한다. In recently, changes in the foods you think your health is a priority quality over quantity. This has increased interest in crops grown using organic and eco-food, etc. This distrust of junk food and food companies, domestic enterprises for people with no source has been extended to the overall distrust, the situation emerging as a social concern. In this point, I want to relieve a little bit of distrust in food. Lettuce is not picky to grow. And a short growing season. So, I was studied Lettuce cultivation, hydroponic plant cultivation household appliances. I investigated plants, plant cultivation, hydroponic plants. Due to them, Make the theoretical background. And, I was investigate the current status and device related to plant cultivation. And, After market research with respect to the parts required and specific to the real, I was going to design. This is a canonical consumer devices directly to a simple and lightweight appearance that can be placed in the desired space. And it was designed to give you a one-button simplicity through systematized so that you can use intuitively. After this direction can be used as design guidelines which can be diverse research and development. I hope and expect this paper is used as reference in other studies. When growing plants for home appliances design development to construction and layout, specifications, etc.

        중립 모델과 플랜트 3D CAD 시스템간의 기자재 카탈로그 데이터 번역 시스템 개발

        In a process plant project, diverse stakeholders use different plant 3D CAD systems for basic and detail designs. Plant design using a plant 3D CAD system needs catalog library for equipment and materials such as pipes, fittings, and equipment. Building catalog library based on a neutral model and using it at plant 3D CAD systems increase the usability of the library and decrease time required for the construction of a catalog library for a specific project. To accomplish this, a system to support translation of a neutral catalog data to a native catalog data of a plant 3D CAD system. In this paper, three data structures are defined for the translation between neutral and native catalogs: a neutral data structure used for storing equipment and materials’ classification and their catalogs, a data structure storing mapping data between neutral and native catalog data, and a data structure for auxiliary information. After the definition of data structures, a system to support the translation is designed. Finally, a prototype system is implemented according to the design and experiments with test cases were performed to verify the feasibility of the prototype system.
