        대돈(大敦)·소부(少府) 사법자침(瀉法刺鍼)이 뇌혈류역학(腦血流力學) 변동(變動) 개선(改善)에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate anti-ischemic effect of LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture Methods: I designed to investigate whether LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture affects cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), pial arterial diameter(PAD), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)] in normal rats and to make manifest whether LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by cyclooxygenase or guanylate cyclase. The changes of rCBF and MABP were determinated by laser-doppler flowmetry(LDF), and the change of PAD was de terminated by video microscope and width analyzer. Results: The results were as follows; 1. LR1 Reduction in Acupuncture was increased rCBF and PAD, but decreased MABP. 2. HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF, but decreased MABP, and increased PAD. 3. LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF, PAD, but decreased MABP after withdrawing of the needle. This results suggest that LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture increased significantly rCBF by dilating PAD. 4. Pretreatment with indomethacin(1mg/kg, i,v.) was significantly inhibited LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and PAD, but increased LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced decrease of MABP after withdrawing of the needle. 5. Pretreatment with methylene blue($10{\mu}g/kg$, i,v.) was decreased LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and PAD, but accelerated LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced decrease of MABP. Conclusions: I suggest that LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture has an anti-ischemic effect through the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics, and the mechanism is mediated by cyclooxygenase.

        大敦·湧泉 捻轉 및 迎隨 補瀉手技法이 2K1C에 의하여 誘發된 高血壓 白鼠에 미치는 影響

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine effects of acupuncture by needle manipulation at LR1KI1 on the blood pressure, plasma levels of ANP(atrial natriuretic peptide), renin and cardiomegalic index in hypertensive rat induced by two kidney one clip (2K1C).Material and methods : The groups divided into 7 groups; Control, no treatment. Acu-1, acupuncture at LR1KI1 bilaterally and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the thumb of the right hand 6 times. Acu-2, acupuncture at LR1KI1 bilaterally and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the forefinger of the right hand 6 times. Acu-3, acupuncture at LR1KI1 bilaterally and the needle was inserted in the opposite direction(body direction) as the channel runs, Acu-4, acupuncture at LR1KI1 bilaterally, the needle was inserted in the opposite direction(body direction) as the channel runs and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the forefinger of the right hand 6 times. The acupuncture treatments by needle manipulation were started on the 4 week after inducing 2K1C, and executed 5times for 2 weeks. Results : Systolic blood pressure was decreased significantly in Acu-2, Acu-3 and Acu-4. Plasma renin was decreased significantly in Acu-2 and Acu-4. Plasma ANP was increased significantly in Acu-2, however was decreased significantly in Acu-4. Cardiac hypertrophy index was decreased significantly in Acu-1, Acu-2, Acu-3 and Acu-4.Conclusions : These results suggest that acupuncture by needle manipulation at LR1KI1 is effective in hypertension by renal blood problem.

        《난경(難經)》 오사론(五邪論)을 적용한 침법(鍼法)이 2K1C 고혈압(高血壓) 백서(白鼠)의 혈압(血壓)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to compare Xingjian(LR2) Shaofu(HT8) with Dadun(LR1) Shaofu(HT8) on Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by Two Kidney One Clip(2KIC). Methods : This experiments was to investigate the effects of LR2 HT8(originated from ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ Shi Ze Xie Qi Zi), LR1 HT8(originated from ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$ Sheng Ze Xie Zhi) acupuncture on the blood pressure, cardiomegalic index, and plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in hypertensive rat induced by 2K1C. Results: 1. Blood pressure was decreased significantly after third acupuncture of LR2 HT8. 2. Blood pressure was decreased significantly after acupuncture of LR2 HT8, but was increased after LR2 HT8. 3. Cardiomegalic index was not changed after acupuncture of LR2-HT8 and LR1-HT8 4. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide was increased significantly after acupuncture of LR2 HT8 but LR1 HT8 was not changed.

        太白·神門 및 大敦·湧泉에 시술한 竹茹 藥鍼이 2K1C 고혈압 白鼠의 혈압에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare Taebaek(SP3)․Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1) on the Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C. Methods : This experiments was to investigate the effects of Herbal-Acupuncture at Taebaek(SP3)․Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1) on the Blood Pressure, Cardiomegalic index, plasma levels of renin, plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP), serum levels of potassium, and serum levels of aldosterone in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C. Results : The results were as follows. Ⅰ. Blood Pressure was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3)․Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1). Ⅱ. Cardiomegalic index was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1). Ⅲ. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) was increased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3)․Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1). Ⅳ. Plasma levels of renin was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Taebaek(SP3)․Sinmun(HT7), Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1). Conclusion : These results suggest that Blood pressure was decreased significantly after Herbal-Acupuncture of Daedon(LR1)․Yongcheon(KI1) in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C.

The acupuncture executed 5times for 2 weeks. Results : Systolic blood pressure was decreased significantly in Acu-2, Acu-3 and Acu-4. Plasma renin was decreased significantly in Acu-2 and Acu-4. Plasma ANP was increased significantly in Acu-2, however was decreased significantly in Acu-4. Cardiac hypertrophy index was decreased significantly in Acu-1, Acu-2, Acu-3 and Acu-4. Conclusions : These results suggest that acupuncture by needle manipulation at $LR1{\cdot}Kl1$ is effective in hypertension by renal blood problem.

        심정격(心正格)혈위(穴位), (소충(少衝),대돈(大敦), 소해(少海),음곡(陰谷)에 대한 영수(迎隨)및 념전(捻轉) 보사(補瀉) 침자(鍼刺)가 국소 뇌허혈 유발 흰쥐의 항뇌세포고사와 신경보호 효과에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: Acupoints of LR1(Dadun)·HT9(Shaochong), KI10(Yingu)·HT3(Shaohai) are used as controlling the diseases from heart problems. Especially, when they are used, tonification or sedation techniques method is taken as a controlling the medication for an early stroke in the Korean medicine. So the aim of this study is to investigate the anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects of Acupuncture techniques of tonification or sedation at LR1·HT9, KI10·HT3 on the focal ischemia induced by intraluminal filament insertion in rats. Materials and Methods: The focal ischemia was induced by intraluminal filament insertion into middle cerebral artery. The animals were divided into five groups (n=7 in each group): Control group, no therapy group after ischemia induced; AT-1; acupuncture therapy group at LR1·HT9, KI10·HT3 after ischemia-induced. AT-2; acupuncture therapy at right LR1, HT9(forward direction), KI10·HT3(opposite direction) inserting to the direction of route of the each meridian. AT3; acupuncture therapy at right LR1, HT9(twirling forward with the thumb of right hand 9 times), KI10·HT3(twirling forward with the forefinger of right hand 6 times) AT-4; acupuncture therapy at right LR1, HT9(forward direction, twirling forward with the thumb of right hand 9 times), KI10·HT3(opposite direction, twirling forward with the forefinger of right hand 6 times) inserting to the direction of route of the each meridian. The anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects of Acupuncture techniques of tonification or sedation at LR1, HT9, KI10·HT3 were observed by Bax, Bcl-2, mGluR5, Cytochrome c, Cresyl violet and ChAT-stain. Results: The intensity of Bax and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were increased in ACU-2 and ACU-4 group but decreased in ACU-3 group. The intensity of mGluR5 was increased in ACU-1, ACU-2, ACU-3 and ACU-4 group. The intensity of cytochrome c was decreased in ACU-3 and ACU-4 group. The density of neurons stained by Cresyl violet and ChAT were increased in ACU-1, ACU-3 and ACU-4 group. Conclusions: Our study suggests that acupuncture therapy of tonification at LR1, HT9 by twirling forward with the thumb of right hand 9times, sedation at KI10·HT3 by twirling forward with the forefinger of right hand 6 times after perpendicularly inserting needle shows anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects on cholinergic neuron in focal cerebral ischemia of the stroke in rats.

        2K1C 고혈압(高血壓) 백서(白鼠)의 모델에 대한 심실(心實), 신실증(腎實證) 오행(五行) 사법(瀉法) 자침(刺針)이 혈압(血壓) 및 혈장(血漿) Renin, ANP에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: Acupuncture has been used as treatment of disease in the korean medicine. In this study, it was investigated that effects of reduction of acupuncture techniques of five evolutive phase for appling excess in the heart, kidney on cardiovascular system as blood pressure and renin and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in plasma, cardiac hypertrophy. Materials and methods: The experiments were performed on Sprague Dawley rats, 2K1C hypertension model was prepared by constricting the left renal artery with a sliver clip. Animals were then divided into seven groups, 2K1C induced and no treated group (Control), acupuncture on SP3·HT7(AC-1), LR1·KI1(AC-2), SP3·HT7·LR1·KI1(AC-3). The treatments were performed once a day for 10 days in rats. Results: The results are that the blood pressure was significantly decreased at 15days in AC-1 group. The cardiac hypertrophy was significantly decrease in AC-3 group. The activity of plasma ANP was increased in all groups without AC-1 group and the that of plasma Rein was decrease in AC-1, AC-2 groups than control group. Conclusions: These results suggest that acupuncture at SP3·HT7 and SP3·HT7·LR1·KI1 can be used as a therapy for controlling renal hypertension induced by 2K1C in the rats.
