        삼성전자 이동통신장비사업에 관한 역사적 고찰

        본 연구는 조직의 내부 적합성과 외부 적합성간의 관계에 대한 연구로서 내부 적합성과 외부 적합성은 상호 작용하며, 내부 적합성은 외부 환경의 변화에 따라 변화됨을 주장한다. 내부 적합은 기업 내 전체 구조, 전략 및 행위 등이 유기적으로 잘 조화되고 밀착한 정도를 가리키며 내부 적합이 높을수록 지속 가능한 경쟁 우위를 창출할 수 있다. 하지만 외부 환경 변화는 기업의 내부 적합에 영향을 주는데 기업이 경쟁 우위를 유지하려면 조직관성을 극복하고 내부 적합도 환경 변화에 상응하는 변화를 일으켜야 한다. 이 때, 어느 한 부분만 변경되어서는 안되고 모든 요소가 빠른 시간 내 전체적으로 변경되어야만 환경 변화에 맞는 새로운 내부 적합을 다시 구성할 수 있고 핵심경쟁력을 보존할 수 있다. 논문에서 삼성전자 네트워크 사업부의 사례를 통하여 기술적 불연속성을 일으키는 이동통신산업에서 조직이 기술 환경 변화에 대처하여 어떻게 내부 적합을 변화시키는지를 분석하였다. 이동통신산업에서 기술 표준이 CDMA로부터 LTE로 교체되는 과정에서 삼성전자 네트워크 사업부는 다가 오는 환경변화를 미리 감지하고 조직의 관성을 극복하고 능동적으로 내부 적합을 전폭적으로 변경 수정하여 좋은 성과를 거둘 수 있었다. 본 사례는 조직의 내부적합과 외부적합의 관계에 있어 유용한 이론적 · 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This paper studies the relationship between internal fit and external fit, and argues that internal fit interacts with external fit and makes corresponding changes according to changes of external environment. Internal fit refers to the degree to which firms coordinate structure, strategy, activities etc. to constitute a coherent unity consistently, and the higher the degree, the more firms can create the sustained competitive advantages. If the external environment undergoes changes, it will influence on the internal fit. As this change cannot succeed by modification of only some factors in internal fit, firms should entirely modify the whole factors to constitute a new internal fit which is adapted to external fit. This paper analyzed Telecommunication Network Division of Samsung Electronics which belongs to mobile telecommunication industry characterized for technology discontinuity as a case study. We select division-level for study which is lower than firm-level, but this unit gives us opportunity to watch the organization more minutely and closely. We focus on the process of Network division’s modifying internal fit actively under technological environmental change from CDMA to LTE. The case study provides some evidence to the argument about internal fit and external fit.

        내부시장 지향성이 서비스 종업원의 개인-조직 적합성과 직무열의, 적응판매행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 내부마케팅의 중요성을 강조하기 위해 기업의 내부시장 지향성이 서비스 종업원의 심리적 상태와 직무행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 내부마케팅을 반영하는 개념으로 내부시장 지향성을 제시하였으며, 내부적 정보생성 및 내부 커뮤니케이션, 내부시장에 대한 반응성의 세 가지 하위요인으로 구분하였다. 또한 내부시장 지향성은 직무 관련된 서비스 종업원의 인지적 심리상태인 개인-조직 적합성과 정서적 심리상태인 직무열의를 통해 서비스 종업원의 직무행동 측면인 적응판매행동을 증가시킬 것으로 예측하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구가설과 연구모델을 설정하고 가설검증을 실시하였다. 데이터는 소매금융 산업에서 금융서비스를 제공하는 서비스 종업원을 대상으로 수집되었다. 가설분석 결과 내부시장 지향성 중 내부적 정보생성은 서비스 종업원의 개인-조직 적합성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 반면, 내부 커뮤니케이션 및 내부시장에 대한 반응성은 개인-조직 적합성에 긍정적으로 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 뿐만 아니라 서비스 종업원의 개인-조직 적합성은 직무열의에 긍정적으로 작용하였으며, 직무열의는 서비스 종업원의 적응판매행동을 증가시키는 것으로 확인되었다. In order to emphasize the importance of internal marketing, this study attempted to confirm how internal market orientation affects the psychological state and job behavior of service employees. Specifically, in this study, internal market orientation was presented as a concept that reflects internal marketing, and it was divided into three sub-factors: internal information generation, internal communications and responsiveness to the internal market. In addition, internal market orientation was predicted to increase adaptive selling behavior through service employees’ job-related psychological processes such as person-organizational fit and work engagement. To achieve the purpose of this study, research hypotheses and research models were established based on previous studies, and hypothesis testing was conducted. Data were collected from service employees who provide financial services in the retail banking industry. As a result of the hypothesis analysis, it was confirmed that internal information generation did not affect person-organizational fit of service employees, whereas internal communications and responsiveness to the internal market had a positive effect on person-organizational fit. In addition, it was confirmed that service employees’ person-organizational fit had a positive effect on work engagement, and work engagement increased service employees’ adaptive selling behavior.

        내부시장 지향성이 서비스 제공자의 적응적 서비스 행동에 미치는 영향: 개인-환경 적합성과 직무열의의 연속다중매개효과

        본 연구는 서비스 조직의 내부시장 지향성이 서비스 제공자의 적응적 서비스 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이를 위하여 어떠한 심리적 과정을 거치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 서비스 조직의 내부시장 지향성이 서비스 제공자의 인지적 측면인 개인-환경 적합성과 정서적 측면인 직무열의의 심리적 과정을 연속으로 매개하여 적응적 서비스 행동을 증가시킬 것으로 가정하고, 가설 및 연구모델을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 부산과 경남지역에 위치하는 위탁급식업체의 영양사를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하고 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 연구모델에서 제안된 가설을 검증한 결과 내부시장 지향성은 개인-환경 적합성의 핵심요소인 개인-직업 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성을 증가시켰으며, 개인-직업 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성은 직무열의에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 직무열의는 서비스 제공자의 적응적 서비스 행동을 향상시키는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 적응적 서비스 행동에 대한 내부시장 지향성의 영향력은 개인-환경 적합성과 직무열의를 연속적으로 매개함을 본 연구에서 확인하였다. This study sought to examine how internal market orientation of service organizations affects the service providers’ adaptive service behavior and to determine what psychological processes go through for this purpose. To achieve this purpose, based on previous research, a research model was set up to predict that internal market orientation of service organizations will increase service providers’ adaptive service behavior by continuously mediating the psychological processes of person-environment fit and work engagement. To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted and data were collected from nutritionists at consignment catering companies located in Busan and Gyeongnam. As a result of testing the hypotheses proposed in this study's research model, internal market orientation increased person-job fit and person-organization fit, which are key elements of person-environment fit. And, it was confirmed that person-job fit and person-organization fit have a positive effect on work engagement. Additionally, work engagement improved service providers' adaptive service behavior. Lastly, this study confirmed that the influence of internal market orientation on adaptive service behavior is continuously mediated by person-environment fit and job enthusiasm.

        서비스 조직의 내부시장 지향성이 서비스 제공자의 개인-조직 적합성과 감정노동에 미치는 영향 -서비스 복잡성의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        This study was conducted to determine how service organizations’ internal market orientation affects emotional labor strategies through service providers’ person-organizational fit, and how service complexity plays a role between internal market orientation and service providers’ person-organizational fit. In this study, a research model was established based on previous studies, and data was collected and analyzed for service providers engaged in the medical service industry in order to confirm the hypotheses presented in the research model. As a result of hypothesis testing, it was confirmed that the internal market orientation of service organizations improves the person-organizational fit perceived by service providers. And, in the case of the influence of the service providers’ person-organizational fit on emotional labor, it was confirmed that person-organizational fit had a positive effect on the deep acting, but had no statistical effect on the surface acting. Finally, it was confirmed that service complexity plays a moderating role in buffering the influence of internal market orientation on service providers’ person-organizational fit.

        SLM 방식으로 제작한 도재관 금속하부구조물의 변연 및 내면 적합도 평가

        Purpose: To evaluate the marginal and internal fit of metal coping fabricated by a metal three-dimensional (3D) printer that uses selective laser melting (SLM). Methods: An extraoral scanner was used to scan a die of the prepared maxillary right first molar, and the coping was designed using computer-aided design software and saved as an stereo lithography (STL) file. Ten specimens were printed with an SLM-type metal 3D printer (SLM group), and 10 more specimens were fabricated by casting the castable patterns output generated by a digital light processing-type resin 3D printer (casting the 3D printed resin patterns [CRP] group). The fit was measured using the silicon replica technique, and 8 points (A to H) were set per specimen to measure the marginal (points A, H) and internal (points B~G) gaps. The differences among the groups were compared using the Mann-Whitney U-test (α=0.05). Results: The mean of marginal fit in the SLM group was 69.67±18.04 μm, while in the CRP group was 117.10±41.95 μm. The internal fit of the SLM group was 95.18±41.20 μm, and that of the CRP group was 86.35±32 μm. As a result of statistical analysis, there was a significant difference in marginal fit between the SLM and CRP groups (p<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in internal fit between the SLM group and the CRP group (p>0.05). Conclusion: The marginal and internal fit of SLM is within the clinically acceptable range, and it seems to be applicable in terms of fit.

        무형식 학습이 조직구성원들의 고용가능성에 미치는 영향 : 개인-직무, 개인-조직 적합성의 조절효과

        The trend toward employees` assuming a more significant role in their own learning process, the importance being placed on learning as a core competency and lifelong process, and the recognition of learning as a source of sustainable competitive advantage for individuals and organizations alike have also stimulated tremendous interest in informal learning. Informal learning can best be described as learning that is predominantly unstructured, experiential, and noninstitutionalized. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of informal learning in the workplace on the employees` employability and the moderating effects of person-job, person-organization fit those of relationships. Based on literatures, Informal learning captured a category that, may occur in institutions, but it is not typically classroom based or highly structured, and control of learning rests primarily in the hands of the learner. Also employability is conceptualized as a form of work specific active adaptability that enables workers to identify and realize career opportunities. As such, employability facilitates the movement between jobs, both within and between organizations. Employability are divided into internal flexibility and external mobility, considering the application in internal labor market and external labor market. Because of employability has been broadly defined as the ability to gain and maintain employment, both within and across organizations(Finn, 2000). We proposed direct effects hypothesis and moderating effect hypothesis. To test hypothesis, total of 156 questionnaires were used for analysis. The results are as follows. First, informal learning was positive related to internal flexibility and external mobility. This result shows that informal learning is critical determinant of employability. Second, person-job fit moderate relationship between informal learning and internal flexibility, also informal learning and external mobility. Third, personal-organization fit moderate relationship between informal learning and internal flexibility. Base on the results, this study demonstrates the significant role plays informal learning in relation to employability. The findings of this study provide both theoretical and practical tools to help understanding of informal learning, employability and person-job, person-organization fit.

        내부시장 지향성이 의료서비스 제공자의 역할 행동 및 역할 외 행동에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to determine how internal market orientation affects the cognitive aspects and behaviors of medical service providers. Specifically, it is predicted that internal market orientation of healthcare service organizations will affect in-role and extra-role behaviors of healthcare service providers through person-organization fit and person-job fit. To confirm hypotheses presented in this study, 273 data were collected and analyzed from healthcare service providers working in general hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. As results of the analysis, internal market orientation improved person-organization fit and person-job fit of healthcare service providers. Also, it was found that person-organization fit and person-job fit of healthcare service providers increased in-role and extra-role behaviors, which are behavioral aspects.

        열처리가 Ni-Cr 합금으로 제작된 하부구조물의 변연 및 내면 간격에 미치는 영향

        보철물의 완성도를 평가할 수 있는 요소는 여러 가지가 있으나, 그 중 가장 중요한 하나는 보철물의 적합도이다. 합금은 기계적, 물리적 성질 그리고 연마성 개선을 위해 연화열처리나 경화열처리 과정을 거치는데, 이때의 열처리 방법이 Ni-Cr 합금 core의 변연 및 내면 간격에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 실험을 위해 하악 좌측 대구치가 지대치인 석고 모형 30개를 제작하고 dipping법을 이용하여, 3 group(A, B, C)으로 나누어 group당 10개, 총 30개의 Ni-Cr 합금 core를 제작 하였다. 이들을 열처리를 하지 않은 것과 연화, 경화 열처리 방법으로 열처리함에 따라 적합도를 silicone replica technique을 이용하여 측정하였다. 세 집단 간의 평균값에 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 해 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다(α=0.05). 실험 결과 변연 부위(1, 6)에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으나(p<0.05), 나머지 내면 부위(2, 3, 4, 5)에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 Ni-Cr 합금은 열처리를 하지 않는 것이 적합도 측면에서 나을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 추가적인 임상적용 연구를 통해 더욱 심도 있는 평가되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. The most important aspect determining the completeness of aprosthesis is itsmarginal and internal fit. Alloysare processed using a softening/hardening heat treatment methodin order to improve their mechanical, physical properties and polishing properties. To examinehow the heat treatment method affects the marginal and internal fit of the Ni-Cr alloy core,thirty dental stone models of the abutment of the mandibular left molar were manufactured.The Ni-Cr alloy coreswere manufactured by the dipping method for the experiment and dividedinto three groups; A for no heat treatment, B for softening heat treatment and C for hardening heat treatment. The marginal and internal fitsof all of the groups were measured by the silicone replica technique. A statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA(α=0.05) in order to examine whether there is a significant difference in the average values of the marginal and internal fits among the three groups and it was found that themarginal fits (1, 6) were significantly different (p<0.05), but the internal fits (2, 3, 4, 5) were not significantly different (p>0.05). These results show that Ni-Cr alloys should not be processed bythe heat treatmentmethod.However, they need to be confirmed in further clinical application studies.

        A Special Pre-Service-Inspection Using Radiographic Testing(RT) for Brazing Fitting Used in Aircraft Hydraulic System

        Brazing fitting which is one of the aircraft hydraulic power system components is widely used for saving weight and achieving higher reliability. Any inherent defects or damage of fitting can cause system failure and/or physical damage of human body due to highly pressurized fluid. Radiographic testing(RT) technique and additional micro-structure investigation on cut-away surfaces have been accomplished to find out some defect-like-inhomogeneity in the fittings. The radiography results showed that some defect-like-inhomogeneity existed inside body. Additional micro-structure investigation on cut-away surface reveals that the inhomogeneity is due to internal voids. In this study, it can be is said that RT technique can be a useful tool for field acceptance test of hydraulic brazing fitting in short time.
