        전기사고방지를 위한 연구실험실 정기점검/정밀안전진단 표준모델개발

        대학⋅연구기관 등의 연구실험실에서 감전, 전기화재 등 전기사고를 방지하고 안전을 확보하기위해 수행하는 전기분야 정기점검/정밀안전진단은 구체적인 기술적 표준모델이 없는 실정이다. 특히 전기분야 연구실에 대한 정기점 검/정밀안전진단 관련 연구는 매우 취약한 상태로서 이에 대한 대책마련이 시급하다. 이에 대한 문제점을 파악하고 명확한 기준이 없는 점검항목, 점검방법, 필수 활용장비, 안전등급부여방법 등에 대한 구체적인 기준을 마련하였다. 또한, 기존 연구실험실의 전기전자분야 체크리스트를 검토, 분석하여 체크리스트개발연구를 수행하였다. 연구실험실에 실제 효율적으로 적용 가능하도록 구체적인 기준을 마련하여, 제시함으로서 전기안전 취약요인을 개선하도록 체계적 이고 효율적인 표준모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 전기분야 표준모델은 실제 필요한 점검항목에 대한 명확 한 기준을 설정하여 모든 연구실에 공통으로 적용할 수 있도록 개발하여 정기점검과 정밀안전진단 수행 시 바로 실 행 가능하도록 하였다. 이는 연구실의 전기사고방지를 위한 효율적인 점검뿐만 아니라, 연구실안전수준을 전반적으로 상승시킬 것이다. There is no standard model for a Stated Period Check and a Precise Safety Diagnosis to remove electric fire and shock in the university Lab and institute. Especially, the research for the Stated Period Check and the Precise Safety Diagnosis of the Lab related to electrical field is very weak currently, and it is very necessary to build a detail safety plan. This paper informs the specific standard guideline of the safety check list, method and equipment and it shows the way to evaluate safety grade too. This paper also provides the information of R&D process through the analysis of electrical safety check list of ordinary R&D Lab. It shows a new detail guideline to R&D Lab, and the new guideline removes existing problem and deliver the effective standard model to each R&D Lab. The standard model developed in this research adopts the clear guideline of each check list for the electrical environment of current R&D Lab. This standard model can be applied for every R&D Lab to detect routine safety check and detail safety check immediately. This Research will generally improve not only the effective safety check, but also the safety level for R&D Lab to prevent the electrical accidents.

      • 진동신호를 이용한 전기동차 구동장치의 안전성 평가

        Safety diagnosis of electric train driving system is performed using vibration signals of running electric train. Safety diagnosis is tried on the viewpoints of the appreciation of superannuation and the fault diagnosis of motor, reduction gear and bogie. The appreciation of superannuation is checked by the vibration levels of driving parts and the fault diagnosis is done by analyzing the frequencies of the vibration signals which are measured directly from a running electric train. The results shows that the vibration levels of each parts increase as the train gets older and each parts have their own frequency patterns of the vibration. Vibration propagation path is also investigated using calculated the coherence value between bogie and driving system. As the results, it is known that vibration signal can be utilized successfully for the safety diagnosis of the driving part of electric train.

        FAULT DIAGNOSIS AND TOLERANCE ON RELIABILITY OF AUTOMOTIVE MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM: A REVIEW

        This paper reviews fault diagnosis and tolerant techniques for improving reliability of automotive motor control systems which consist of an inverter, permanent magnet synchronous motor and sensors. In order to improve reliability of system, the fault diagnosis is the first step once a fault occurs. An accurate and timely detection and protection can prevent fault propagations and catastrophic consequences. The fault tolerant operation is the next counter measure, which is based on redundancy design. In this paper, statistical survey results on occurrence and failure rate of common fault modes are summarized for inverter, electric motor and sensors, respectively. And then, fault diagnosis and tolerant methods for the main fault modes are discussed based on the researches and literatures which are adequate for automotive applications. Finally, a reliability assessment methodology according to fault mitigation and tolerant concepts is introduced and discussed.

        에너지 프로슈머 설비 복합진단장비 개발

        The need for safe management of energy prosumer electronic components is increasing as the energy prosumer market is revitalized and disseminated in accordance with the government"s new and renewable energy supply policy following the implementation of the Convention on High Oil Prices and Climate Change. Currently, the safety diagnosis of energy prosumer facilities is a measurement system for single elements of electrical, environmental, and mechanical properties, and it is difficult to study the correlation between the properties of each facility. In this paper, we intend to develop a complex diagnostic equipment for energy prosumer facilities that simultaneously collects electrical, mechanical, and environmental factor data. By analyzing standards related to prosumer facilities, we want to define measurement elements and develop diagnostic equipment mainframes, analog data acquisition modules, and control and monitoring programs for diagnostic equipment development.

        전기설비사고예방을 위한 온라인진단기술 개발의 경제성 분석

        In the last couple of decades industrialization and technological development has not only increase in the scale of electrical facilities and it has become more and more complicated and diversified. Furthermore, fires in the electrical transformers, like those that have knocked out power in the country in the past years, are likely to become more common as utility systems begin to show their age. The importance of preventing electrical accidents can never be overemphasized and for this reason, supply of on-line diagnosis system combining information and communication technology(ICT) for the customer`s electrical facilities has been increasing recently. The major advantage of on-line diagnosis system is that the device`s potential problems could be detected early before a serious deterioration or breakdown occurs. In this paper, We estimated the benefit from the investment in the right of present value of sales, success rate of commercialization regarding R&D investment for development and commercialization of on-line diagnosis technology targeting customer electrical facilities. As a result, the net value added of 29.7 billion won and the increased profit by roughly 7.52 precent are expected.

        자기에너지 하베스팅을 이용한 전기설비의 무선 누전과열 경보기 개발

        The MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm was developed to prevent electric shock and fire accidents in a switchgear. First, the MEH induction coil was designed based on the theoretical background and the output characteristics of the MEH induction coil were numerically analyzed. Also a prototype MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm was fabricated and the minimum operating current temperature accuracy and leakage current performance in non-operation or operating mode were confirmed through test. The MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm developed through this study can be utilized for IoT-based electrical safety diagnosis to prevent electric shock and fire in power facilities.

      • 적응신호처리에 의한 주행전기동차의 진동신호해석

        The vibration signals of driving parts of electric train are distorted its signal patterns due to the impact components, which occurs when wheel passes rail joints. An elimination method of the impact components is investigated using adaptive signal processing technique in this study. The result shows that adaptive interference canceling method seems to be more effective than line enhancement technique. The application of adaptive interference canceling method to the signal measured at bogie shows that the extractions of the signals of driving parts of traction motor, reduction gear, and axle bearing are successful. Therefore, only the signals of bogie, which is the place to attach an accelerometer easily, is sufficient for the fault diagnosis and the safety evaluation of electric train. Also, adaptive interference canceling method can be applicable to evaluate the performance of vibration isolation between bogie and car body and to investigate the characteristics of indoor sound.
